tation. Intelligent software solutions ensure

These are based on the capturing solution

smartCAPTURE, co-developed and exclu-

sively distributed by arCaptis. Integrated

workfl ow and archive solutions complete

the DMS portfolio.

Die Gewinnung von Spilit und Kalkstein und die eigenentwickelte Aufbereitung am Standort Vares in Bosnien und Herze-gowina entstanden im Jahr 2000 auf der grünen Wiese. Seitdem wurde die Leis-tung der Anlage mehrfach deutlich gestei-gert – von zunächst rund 100 Tonnen pro Stunde (t/h) auf bis zu 450 t/h. Die Aufberei-tung verfügt über eine moderne SPS-Steue-rung, der gesamte Produktionsprozess wird per Video überwacht. Der Betrieb ist damit auf dem neusten Stand der Technik und nimmt in Europa eine Spitzenstellung ein. Für besonders hohe Qualität sorgt die Tatsache, dass alle Fraktionen (Edelsplitte) auf den Sieben gewaschen werden, wodurch hochwertige Produkte ohne Feinkornanteile entstehen.

Auf dem Steinkohlenbergwerk Prosper-Haniel in Bottrop betreibt BBM seit 2006 ein Vortriebssystem zur maschinellen Stre-ckenherstellung mit einem Ausbruchsquer-schnitt von rund 30 Quadratmetern. Bedingt durch die Gebirgsverhältnisse sind pro Meter Strecke zusätzlich zum Stahlbogenausbau 22 Gebirgsanker eingebracht und der Stahl-ausbau komplett mit Beton hinterfüllt worden. Der Auftrag an BBM umfasste zudem den Einbau aller Rohrleitungen, die Bandförder-anlage, die Transporteinrichtung und die Energieversorgung. Diese umfangreiche und anspruchsvolle Aufgabe bewältigte BBM in höchster Qualität und mit einer Leistung von durchschnittlich acht Metern fertiger Strecke pro Tag, sodass die ersten 2.200 Meter Flöz-strecke dem Auftraggeber vorzeitig übergeben werden konnten.

We established the excavation of spilit and

limestone and our own processing plant at

the Vares site in Bosnia and Herzegovina

in 2000 as a greenfi eld development.

Since then the capacity of the operation

has risen dramatically, many times over –

from the initial 100 tons per hour (t/h) to

the present 450 t/h. The processing plant

is equipped with modern PLC control and

the complete production process is video-

monitored. The facilities are thus state-of-

the-art and occupy a leading position in

Europe. High quality is assured in particu-

lar by the fact that all fractions (fi ne fl ints)

are washed on screens, which results in a

high-quality product free of fi ne fractions.

BBM has been operating a heading system

for mechanical roadway excavation at the

Prosper-Haniel colliery in Bottrop since

2006. The machine has an excavation cross-

section of around 30 square metres. Due to

the rock conditions, 22 rock bolts are in-

stalled per metre in addition to the steel

arches, and the steel support has been

completely backfi lled with concrete. BBM’s

order also includes the installation of all

pipelines, the conveyor belt system, the

transportation equipment and the power

supply. BBM met fully with this comprehen-

sive and challenging project, delivering the

utmost in quality and with an average output

of eight metres of completed roadway per

day. Thus, it was possible to hand the fi rst

2200 metres of heading over to the custom-

er ahead of schedule.

BBM ist am Bau der paneuropäischen Auto-bahn beteiligt, die in Bosnien und Herzego-wina über 360 km in südlicher Linie verläuft und das Land an das europäische Autobahn-netz anschließen wird. Für wesentliche Teil-abschnitte ist BBM als Mitglied von Arbeits-gemeinschaften mitverantwortlich, für die Autobahnumfahrung („Bypass“) Sarajevo so-gar als Partner. Zu diesem Projekt gehören mehrere Tunnel und Viadukte sowie ein drei-stöckiger Abzweig und weitere anspruchs-volle Über- und Unterführungen. Neben den Bauleistungen liefert BBM einen großen Teil der Baustoffe für die Trassen-Unterkonstruk-tion und ist Exklusivlieferant sämtlicher Edel-splittfraktionen für die Asphaltdeckschicht. In ganz Bosnien und Herzegowina kann sonst kein Unternehmen die für den Autobahnbau erforderliche Edelsplittqualität liefern.

Am 5-Sterne-Hotel „Breidenbacher Hof“ in der Düsseldorfer Königsallee übernahm BBM 2006 die kompletten Rohbauarbeiten. Die besonderen He-rausforderungen dabei: In den Unterge-schossen mussten die Bauarbeiten in der anspruchsvollen Deckelbauweise ausgeführt werden, außerdem wurden die Untergeschosse als sogenannte weiße Wanne ausgeführt. Darüber hi-naus musste eine vom Auftraggeber ver-ursache Bauzeitverzögerung von drei Monaten aufgeholt werden. All diese hohen Anforderungen erfüllte das BBM-Team hervorragend und termingerecht. Durch das Aufholen des Zeitverzugs konnte der Investor seine ursprüngliche Terminplanung weiterführen.

Mit seiner Lösung zur digitalen Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Rechnungen hat das BBM-Unternehmen arCaptis eine Düssel-dorfer Steuerberatung überzeugt, die über eine Tochterfi rma jährlich mehr als 550.000 Belege verarbeitet. Andere Anbieter waren zuvor daran gescheitert, die erforderlichen Individualisierungen darzustellen. arCaptis dagegen punktete mit exzellenter Qualität und der Kompatibilität seiner Lösungen mit anderen Systemen. Die digital gewonne-nen Daten steuern jetzt unter anderem das Mahnwesen und den Zahlungsverkehr.

In 2006, BBM took on construction of

the complete building shell of the 5-star

“Breidenbacher Hof” hotel in Königsallee,

Düsseldorf. There were a number of spe-

cifi c challenges here, including: It was

necessary to build the basement storeys

using the challenging dig-and-cast con-

struction method, whilst the basement

storeys were also designed to form a so-

called “white tank”. Furthermore, it was

necessary to make up for a three month

construction delay caused by the cus-

tomer. The BBM team fulfi lled all of these

extensive demands expertly and on

schedule. Catching up on the delay al-

lowed the investor to adhere to his origi-

nal time plan.

BBM is working on the construction of the

pan-European motorway, which runs in a

southerly direction for 360 km across Bosnia

and Herzegovnia and will connect the country

to the European motorway network. BBM

holds co-responsibility for signifi cant sec-

tions of the motorway as a member of the

consortium, although it is working on the

Sarajevo bypass in its capacity as construc-

tion partner. This project comprises multiple

tunnels and viaducts as well as one three-

level junction and further challenging un-

derpasses and fl yovers. In addition to con-

struction services, BBM is also supplying a

considerable quantity of the construction

materials for the roadway substructure and is

the exclusive supplier of all fi ne fl int fractions

for the asphalt top layer. No other company in

Bosnia and Herzegovina is able to deliver the

quality of fi ne fl int required for the motorway.

With its solutions for the digital logging

and processing of invoices, the BBM

company arCaptis has won over a Düs-

seldorf accountancy that processes over

550,000 bills and receipts annually

through a subsidiary company. In the

past, other suppliers had failed to deliver

the requisite level of individualisation. In

contrast, arCaptis scored highly with its

excellent quality and the compatibility of

its solutions with other systems. The

digitally logged data is now used in pro-

cesses including the controlling of debt

recovery and payment transactions.
