In addition to wo0rk on the facade itself, elaborate structural changes were made with a view to repositioning the edifice in the urban fabric. Today, CITYHAUS I boasts a bright, appealing façade, its spacious two-story entrance hall opening onto downtown. The new entrance area is wide and bright, and was enhanced through the use of high-quality material in the form of light beige natural stone.
