eSRA Timeline

• Phase 1: NIH proposal development for the system to system submission to Grants.gov

•We are working to establish a production server at LBNL

• The current Project Plan projects a Go-Live date of about 4/15/2011

eSRA User Acceptance Testing

• User Acceptance Test #3 includes: – testing Workspaces – Approval Routing – Work Flow Notifications – Proposal Submission to the Grant.gov Training

Server•WHEN: Week of March 27th

– 2-3 person teams to mimic the system users

• Resolve User Acceptance Test Issues and Comments.• Training First Week in May for the NIH Cycle II Proposals
