Introduction to MyBill

The MyBill online portal is a new and user-friendly platform that you can use to manage your transport invoices with ease. Your invoices are processed fast, securely and electronically. Customs invoices and the paperwork for your import shipments can be found on the DHL e-Billing Hub. Both platforms – MyBill and the DHL e-Billing Hub – can be used free of charge with our DHL e-Billing service. MyBill Login In your browser, go to mybill.dhl.com. Log in with your email address and your password. A successful login will take you right to the Invoicing overview page.

Forgotten your password? Here’s how to request a new one: Click on the “Forgotten Password” link. It can be found on the home page when you are

logging in right below the “Password” field. Please enter the email address that you used to register. When you click on “Send Email”, a new password that you can use to log in will be sent

within minutes to your email account.

Invoicing page

After you log in, you will be automatically directed to the Invoicing page. The page provides a convenient overview of your invoices, with information such as invoice

number, account number, invoice date, due date and total at a glance. Clicking on an invoice number will take you to a detail view of the selected invoice and all

shipments that are part of that invoice.

TIP: Overview of your downloads Click on the “Downloads” tab to see a list of all active and recently completed downloads.

Invoice page & downloading

You are now on the Invoice page, which gives you an overview of all of the shipments on the invoice you selected. View waybill: Click on the “Image” button on the right side of the page to see a copy of a waybill

or to download it. Download invoice: On the upper left side of the page, you will find a dropdown menu that allows you to select

different file formats: PDF, CSV and XML. Select the format of your choice and the download will begin.

Manage and change your User Details Click on the “My Account” tab to access your User Details. You can adjust the language setting on this page. You can enter a new password if you would like to change your old one. You can see which account numbers are connected with your user.

TIP: Don’t forget to log out When you end a session, it is recommended to log out of MyBill before you close the browser window. You can do that by clicking on your username on the upper right side of the page and then selecting “Log out”.

Use the search field Click on the “Search” tab located between the “My Account” & “Help” tabs on the menu bar. This function allows you to conduct searches using various parameters:

- Customer number - Invoice number - Waybill number - Type of invoice - Invoice date

You can also save the search parameters for your next search.

Getting help Clicking on the “Help” tab will take you to a page with information under different

headings.
