Willkommen in der Had’n- & Kulturgemeinde NeuhausDie Gemeinde Neuhaus lädt Sie herzlich ein, unsere idyllische Region zu besuchen, um Genuss, Kunst, Kultur und Natur zu erleben. Schattige Wälder, sanfte Hügel und üppige Wiesen werden bei Ihnen unvergessliche Eindrücke hinterlassen. Dazu gehört auch der Wassererlebnisweg mit einem neuen Birdwatching Trail. Entlang der Drau ist es möglich, Wasser- und Raderlebnisse der besonderen Art zu erleben.
Aber nicht nur Sport- und Naturbegeisterte, auch Kunstliebhaber kommen bei uns voll auf ihre Rechnung, denn in Neuhaus wurde eines der größten Kunstmuseen Österreichs errichtet. Das Museum Liaunig beherbergt neben einer umfassenden Kunstsammlung eine riesige Goldausstellung und steht weltweit in einer Reihe mit dem British Museum in London, dem Museum of Fine Arts in Houston und dem Gold of Africa Museum in Kapstadt.

Zdravo uživanje z ajdovimi žganci v občini SuhaZdruženje „Genuss Region Jauntaler Had‘n“ je obudilo že skoraj pozabljene ajdove jedi in ajda je tako ponovno postala bistvena sestavina tradicionalne kuhinje. Prav zaradi tega je občina Suha imenovana tudi občina ajde. V Podjunski regiji dvakrat na leto praznujejo praznik ajde, ki ga poznajo po vsej Avstriji, in vas prisrčno vabijo na degustacijo zdravih kulinaričnih dobrot. La comune Neuhaus è chiamata “la comune del grano saraceno Had`n”. Due volte all`anno la regione del gusto Jauntal festeggia la festa del “Had`n”, che nel frattempo è famosa in tutta l`Austria, e Vi invita cordialmente a gustare queste specialità sane! Two times a year the region of pleasure Jauntal celebrates the festival of the buckwheat Had`n, which in the meantime is known all over Austria, and invites you cordially to taste the healthy delicacies! The high-quality grain is also gluten-free and is considered as medical plant. Zeitgenössische KunstDas Museum Liaunig beherbergt eine markante Sammlung zeitgenössischer Malerei und Grafik mit Werken von u. a. Marc Adrian, Hans Bischoffshausen, Arnulf Rainer und Hans Staudacher.
Ebenso repräsentativ ist die Auswahl österreichischer Plastiker und Objektkünstler wie z.B.: Otto Eder, Bruno Gironcoli oder Fritz Wotruba. Als Kontrapunkt bestaunen Sie in einem 350 m2 großen Kubus 600 Schmuck- und Kultobjekte afrikanischer Königsstämme. Weitere Ergänzung finden die Kunstschätze durch Werke ausländischer Maler und Plastiker.
Nur der lang gezogene Galerietrakt des insgesamt sehr reduzierten Bauwerks ist von außen sichtbar und bietet auf seinen beiden Terrassen herrliche Ausblicke in die Landschaft.

Sodobna umetnostMuzej Liaunig hrani in predstavlja bogato zbirko sodobnega slikarstva in grafike priznanih umetnikov, kot so Marc Adrian, Hans Bischoffshausen, Arnulf Rainer in Hans Staudacher. V muzeju so odlično zastopani tudi avstrijski kiparji, kot so Otto Eder, Bruno Gironcoli in Fritz Wotruba. Obiskovalce bo očarala tudi obsežna zbirka nakita in kultnih predmetov afriških plemen, umetniška zbirka pa je izpopolnjena z deli tujih umetnikov in kiparjev. Od zunaj je viden le daljši del muzejske stavbe, z dveh teras pa se razprostira čudovit razgled na obdajajočo pokrajino.

Also representative is the selection of Austrian plastic arts and object artists such as Otto Eder, Bruno Gironcoli or Fritz Wotruba. As a contrast you can admire 600 precious and ritual objects of African kings in a 350 m2 huge cube. The art treasures are completed by works of foreign artists and sculptors. Only the long side of the gallery is visible from outside and offers stunning views over the landscape from its two terraces.

Der Rundweg führt durch den Wald zur Drau, vorbei an den Schilfinseln und weiter zur Mündung des Motschulabaches. Lassen Sie sich von ursprünglichen Bergbächen und wildromantischen Aulandschaft verzaubern!

Show mill and farmers museum: At the village Bach you can admire the clacking water mill from the 19th century and watch grinding grain into flour like in ancient times. Still today the clear mountain water moves the mill wheel made of larch wood.Kneipp Oasis: Become familiar with the healing power of water! Občina Suha: Raj za dejavnost v počitnicahRadi pešačite in so vam všeč avanture? Potem ste na pravem mestu, saj okolica Suhe nudi veliko presenečenj. V Podjuni najdete enega najlepših mostov za bungee jumping v Evropi, kjer si lahko privoščite sto metrski skok, gora Peca omogoča mnoga zanimiva »outdoor« doživetja, v Grebinju pa lahko obiščete najbolj barvito stalaktitno jamo v Avstriji. Aktivne obiskovalce torej čakajo nepozabni trenutki; ne nazadnje velja omeniti tudi "pot Svetega Jakoba" na južnem Avstrijskem, ki vodi romarje od Labota in Suhe prek Beljaka do Santiago de Compostele.
Muzejska pot s tremi destinacijami: sledi menihov, umetnikov in mecenov vas vodijo na tri različne destinacije. Zaokrožena tridnevna pot prinaša prekrasen pogled na čudovito pokrajino južne Koroške. Pokrajina Klopinjskega jezera v južni Koroški ponuja tako tri kulturne zaklade: kulturno mesto Pliberk z muzejem Wernerja Berga, Muzej Liaunig na Suhi in Benediktinski samostan Svetega Pavla v Št.Pavlu.

Südkärnten ist mit seinem 1.246 km langen und gut beschilderten Wegenetz ein Paradies für Biker jeden Niveaus. 366 Kilometer lang ist der Drauradweg (in Kärnten „R1“), der in Südtirol am Toblacher Feld beginnt, sich durch Osttirol und Kärnten bis nach Neuhaus schlängelt und im slowenischen Marburg endet.

Pot „Drauradweg“ (na Koroškem „R1“) je dolga 366 km in povezuje Južno Tirolsko, Vzhodno Tirolsko, Koroško do Suhe z zaključkom v Mariboru v Sloveniji. Doživite pokrajinske in kulturne znamenitosti ene najlepših kolesarskih poti v Evropi, ki je še posebej primerna za družine z otroci. Na voljo so tudi zahtevnejše ture za izkušene kolesarje, podrobnosti najdete v priloženem zemljevidu.

Un punto ideale di partenza per un giro in bicicletta o mountain bikeLa regione al Sud della Carinzia offre 1.246 km di percorsi ciclabili ben segnalati – un paradiso per ciclisti di ogni livello. Il percorso ciclabile Drauradweg ha una lunghezza di 366 km (in Carinzia „R1“) - da Sudtirolo (Toblacher Feld) per il Tirolo dell’Est, per la Carinzia fino a Neuhaus e avanti fino a Maribor (Slovenia). Fate l`esperienza di paesaggi bellissimi e cultura straordinaria sul percorso ciclabile più bello d`Europa, che è fatto specialmente per famiglie con bambini. Naturalmente ci sono anche i percorsi più avanzati per mountain bike, per informazioni vedere la carta accanto.
