In der Solarstation tubra®-PGS multi sind zwei Schwerkraftbremsen, Sicherheitseinrichtungen, Wandbefes-

tigung und Komplett-Isolierung bereits integriert.

Optional sind die Stationen tubra®-PGS-C multi mit vormontierter und vorverdrahteter Regelung erhältlich.

Absperrungen vor und hinter der Pumpe ermöglichen den Austausch ohne Entleerung der Anlage. Zeiger-

thermometer und Schwerkraftbremsen sind in den Betätigungsgriffen bzw. in den Kugelhähnen montiert.

Mittels Betätigung der Hähne können die Schwerkraftbremsen manuell geöffnet werden. Als

Durchflussmengen-Messgerät steht die Ausführung 1 - 13 l/min zur Verfügung. Auch Volumenstromsensoren

im Vortex-Prinzip sind optional erhältlich.

Zur sicheren Entgasung der Anlage ist ein Luftsammler (tubra®-air-jet) mit großem Volumen integriert, der

manuell über den Handentlüfter entleert werden kann. Die erforderlichen Einrichtungen wie Manometer,

Sicherheitsventil und der Anschluss für das Ausdehnungsgefäß sind aufgrund der niedrigen thermischen

Belastung im Rücklauf integriert.

Die Pumpengruppe kann an der Wand aber auch mit optionalem Zubehör direkt am Speicher montiert wer-

den. Auf Wunsch sind alle Ausführungen mit Hocheffizienzpumpe erhältlich.

The solar pump station tubra®-PGS multi incorporates two check valves, safety valves, a wall bracket and a

complete insulation.

The pump station tubra®-PGS-C multi offers additionally a pre-mounted and cabled electronic control.

Shutoffs directly before and after the pump guarantee a fast and simple exchange of the pump without emp-

tying and refilling if necessary. Thermometers are integrated in the ball valve grips. Gravity brakes are inte-

grated directly in the ball valves and can be actuated turning the grips. Flowmeters are available with 1-13

l/min and as vortex sensors.

A safe deaeration of the system is guaranteed by the big manual airvent tubra®-air-jet. Pressure gauge, safety

valves and connections for the expansion vessel are integrated in the return flow due to the lower thermic

load.

A wall bracket is standard but also a set for direct installation at the storage tank is available.

High efficiency pumps are available upon request.

In der Solarstation tubra®-PGS XL sind zwei Schwerkraftbremsen, Sicherheitseinrichtungen, Wandbefes-

tigung und Komplett-Isolierung bereits integriert. Optional sind die Stationen tubra®-PGS-C XL mit vormon-

tierter und vorverdrahteter Regelung erhältlich. Absperrungen vor und hinter der Pumpe ermöglichen den

Austausch ohne Entleerung der Anlage.

Zeigerthermometer und Schwerkraftbremsen sind in den Betätigungsgriffen bzw. in den Kugelhähnen mon-

tiert. Mittels Betätigung der Hähne können die Schwerkraftbremsen manuell geöffnet werden. Als Durch-

flussmengen-Messgerät steht die Ausführung 5-35 l/min zur Verfügung. Auch Volumenstromsensoren im

Höchste Effizienz für solare Raumwärme zeichnet die Übergabestation tubra®-ÜSTA-mat aus. Die kompakt

konstruierte Wärmetauscherstation dient zur Schichtenladung eines Pufferspeichers über Umschaltventile

und ist bereits komplett vormontiert für den Anschluss an Solar- und Speicherkreis. Über zwei

Temperaturfühler im Pufferspeicher kann die Schichtladung auf den Speicher angesteuert werden. Die bei-

den montierbaren Fühler und die integrierte Regelung sind Garant für die optimale Ansteuerung der Um-

schaltventile. Die Station ist mit je einer Sicherheitseinheit auf der Primär- und Sekundärseite ausgestattet.

Spezielle integrierte Halterungen ermöglichen eine einfache Wandmontage.

The tubra®-ÜSTA-mat transfer station guarantees highest profit of solar thermal energy. The compact stati-

on is used for a stratified charge of buffer tanks with the help of switch valves. It is completely premounted

for the direct installation of the solar thermal and the storage circuit. The ideal charge of the buffer tank is

controlled by two sensors and the electronic control which actuate the two switch valves. The station is

equipped with a security group on the primary as well as on the secondary side. Special wall brackets are

integrated for a quick and simple wall mounting.

Die tubra®-ÜSTA-mat XL ist eine solare Übergabestation mit Plattenwärmetauscher für Solaranlagen bis zu

230 m2 Kollektorfläche (Flachkollektor). Die kompakte Einheit enthält alle relevanten Sicherheitseinrichtungen

auf der Speicherseite und auf der Solarseite. Die Spüleinrichtung sorgt für eine einfache Inbetriebnahme. Die

integrierte und vorverdrahtete Regelung stellt eine schnelle Montage und den störungsfreien Betrieb sicher.

Modernste Vortex-Sensorik (optional), die hocheffizienten Energiesparpumpen und der leistungsstarke

Edelstahl-Plattenwärmetauscher sorgen bei der tubra®-ÜSTA-mat XL für einen größtmöglichen Solarertrag

bei Low-Flow-Betrieb (18 l/m2 h). tubra®-ÜSTA-mat XL ist kaskadierbar und vorbereitet zur Schichtbeladung

über Umschaltventile.

The tubra®-ÜSTA-mat XL is a transfer station with integrated heat exchanger for solar thermal systems with

a collector surface of up to 230 sqm (flat collector). The compact station contains all necessary safety featu-

res on the solar thermal and the storage circuit. The flush valve helps with an easy start-up. The pre-moun-

ted and pre-cabled electronic control guarantees a quick installation and smooth operations. The combina-

tion of most recent vortex sensors (optional), the high efficiency pumps and the powerful stainless steel heat

exchanger allow a maximum solar thermal output of the tubra®-ÜSTA-mat XL operated in low-flow mode

(18 l/m2 h). tubra®-ÜSTA-mat XL is cascadable and prepared for a stratified charge of buffer tanks with the

help of switch valves.
