Conclusions
High-resolution breast CT based on CdTe
detector technology can outperform DM and BT
with respect to
- 3D spatial resolution, - detectability of microcalcifications and - soft tissue lesions at an AGD below 5 mGy!
Clinical tests are planned to start
at U of Erlangen and U of Aachen
late in 2014.
