Der Axialkompensator Typ ABH wurde speziell für den Einbau in Fernheizleitungen entwickelt. Der hochflexiblewandige Matallbalg wird duch das äußere Mantelrohr vor Beschädigungen auch bei rauhem Baustellenbetriebgeschützt. Dank der Belastung durch Außendruck ist der Metallbalg knickstabil, unabhängig von seiner Länge. Betriebs-sicherheit und Dehnungsaufnahme sind deshalb größer als bei nach herkömmlichem Prinzip gebauten Kompensatoren.Durch in beide Richtungen wirkende Hubbegrenzung können, wenn erforderlich, zwei Kompensatoren zwischen zweiFestpunkten eingesetzt werden, ohne daß ein Metallbalg überlastet werden kann. Die Verdrehsicherung soll bei der Montage helfen, daß keine Torsionsmomente in den Metallbalg eingeleitet werden. Der Kompensator Typ ABH wird miteiner Vorspannvorrichtung, die sich beim Anfahren der Leitung selbsttätig löst, einbaufertig vorgespannt geliefert.Der Kompensator wird mit beiderseits Rohrstutzen mit 30° Schweißfase, wahlweise mit Fest- oder Losflansch geliefert.

MontagehinweisDer Kompensator Typ HKS ABH dient nur zum Ausgleichvon axialen Dehnungen in Rohleitungen. Beanspruchungquer zu seiner Achse und durch Verdrehung sollte vermie-den werden.Im Unterschied zum normalen Axialkompensator können,wenn erforderlich, auch zwei Kompensatoren zwischenzwei Festpunkten angeordnet werden. HKS ABH standardaxial expansion jointsfor district heating

The HKS type expansion joints have been designedspecially for installation in district heating pipe systemsand constructed in such a way that, when the bellows isfully compressed, the axial compressive forces in thepipeline can be transferred directly through the adjoiningend surfaces of the media pipes, without the bellowsbeing overloaded.

If the temperature in the pipe network drops to such anextent that tensile stresses occur, the maximum tensilestresses in the media pipe will be transferred to the stopring through the outer casing pipe and the contact facesof the slide guide.This design means that the number of fastenings in thepipe system can be reduced, as the expansion joints canbe installed in serios in sections of pipe without inter me-diate fastenings. The expansion joints will trigger eachother individually. Together with the media pipe, the guidepipe forms a telescopic union in the expansion joint, allo-wing optional installation of the expansion joint with re-gard to direction of flow.

This telescopic union also forms a guide, allowing lengthsof pipe to be welded together, including the expansionjoint, and then laid in the trench without the expansionjoint being damaged.The expansion joint is pre-stressed 100 % at the factoryusing explosive bolts, which are fitted through the stopring and into the slide guide.When the installation is put into operation, the explosivebolts are activated, triggering the movement of the ex-pansion joint – see also the table for initial force.When installing expansion joints in a curved section, atleast 12 meters of straight pipe must be installed beforeand after the expansion jonts.Pipes with HKS-Expansion joint should be tested to max.24 bar for pressure stage 16 and max. 37.5 bar for pres-sure stage 25 at 20° C.

Die flexible Schlauchleitung für Offshore-Dampframmen.Die HKS hat unter Einsatz modernster Fertigungstechnolo-gien einen neuen Schlauch entwickelt.

Der HKS-Schlauch ist eine Kombination aus einem Metall-schlauch und einem homogen vulkanisierten Gummi-schlauch mit eingebetteten Druckträgerlager aus Stahl.

Durch diese patentierte Konstruktion werden die im Einsatzauftretenden dynamischen Kräfte direkt auf den voll inte-grierten Anschlußnippel übertragen.

Die dampfführende Innenlage besteht aus einem Edelstahl-Ringwellschlauch.

Der HKS-Schlauch ist für Dampftemperaturen bis +210 ˚Cbei maximalen Arbeitsdrücken von 17,5 bar bei 10-facherSicherheit ausgelegt.

Die Außendecke ist seewasser- und witterungsbeständigsowie abriebfest.

Innendurchmesser: 4“ – 8“.

Maximale Lieferlänge: 50 Fuss.

Zulässiger Biegeradius: 8 x Innendurchmesser.

Anschlüsse: Stahlnippel mit NPT-Außengewinde.

HKS devolopped a new pile driver hose by using modernmanufacturing technologies.

Combines a metal a metal hose and a homogeneouslycured rubber hose with imbedded pressure-carrier pliesmade of stell.

This patented design enables the dynamic forces occurringon use to be directly transmitted to the fully integrated con-necting fitting. The steamleading inner lining consists of ahigh-grade steel anular wave hose.

The HKS hose is constructed for steam-temperature of upto +210˚C at maximum working pressure of 17,5 bar pro-viding 10 times higher security.

The outer cover is sea water- and weather-proof and resi-stant to abrasion.

Inner Diameter: 4“ – 8“.

Maximum lenght at supply: 50 feet.

Allowable Bending Radius: 8 times the inner diameter.

Formgebung und BewegungDie Form des Kompensators ist weitgehend von der Bewegung abhängig. Vorallem bei einer Achsen-veränderung ist durch die notwendige Materialveränderung oftmals eine Falte oder Welle notwendig.

Die Expan 2000 ist eine der modernsten Metallbalg-Verformungsmaschinen Europas. Hier können Metallbälge mit einerWandstärke von 10 x 1 mm verformt werden. Dieser Halbautomat verfügt über ein neu entwickeltes elektronisches Meß-verfahren, um die Wellenverformung optimal zu überwachen. Um bei gleicher Axialbewegung kürzere Baulängen zu er-reichen, kann eine Wellentiefe von 65 mm eingestellt werden.

This semi-automatic machine is provided with a new developed electronic measuringmethod to supervise the corrugated deformation optimal.
