MedTechLab

With the new virtual “MedTechLab” the WTZ-West together with the Medical University of Innsbruck (MUI), the Management Center Innsbruck (MCI), University of Innsbruck (LFUI) and UMIT and in cooperation with the Standortagentur Tirol creates a new innovate format for information, innovation, training, networking and cooperation.

The MedTechLab will organize over the coming months a number of workshops and lectures with focus on Medical Technology. Moreover, we will organize 2 to 3 “Innovation Trips”: excursions to interesting and innovative MedTech companies.

One inherent part of the MedTechLab is the organization of the “MedTech Science Days”. We will hold a minimum of 5 MedTech Science Days during the upcoming months.

Within this event, you will have the opportunity to get an overview over the Med Tech research of UMIT and LFUI in the field of biomedical informatics and mechatronics.
