Die Präsentation macht’s!Sponsoren gewinnen und halten

Glückliche Teilnehmer und zufriedene Sponsoren – das ist das Ziel einer erfolgreichen Golf-Premiumveranstaltung. Gleichzeitig ist es die Basis für einen ansprechenden Turnierkalender eines jeden Golf-Clubs. Nun gibt es eine Software, die die Planung und Durch-führung von Sponsorenturnieren professionell unterstützt. Sie wurde Mitte Februar auf der PGA-Arbeitstagung vorgestellt und stieß bei den Golf-Professionals auf reges Interesse.

Das Nürnberger Softwarehaus NORIS-IB® hat die Lösung i|NORIS®-GI18

entwickelt. Sie macht es einfach, Sponsoren, Gäste und die Besonder-heiten von Platz und Location aufmerksamkeitsstark und mit Unterhal-tungswert zu präsentieren. Informationen zu Turnier und Teilnehmern werden damit ebenso eindrucksvoll am Bildschirm übermittelt wie Tom-bola-Highlights und Produkt-Promotions, etwa per Infotexten, Bildein-blendungen oder Werbetrailer. Gäste und Teilnehmer finden sich in vor-bereiteten und deshalb schnell erstellten Fotogalerien mit den Bildern des Tages wieder. Selbst der Sitzplan für die Abendveranstaltung wird online erstellt und aktualisiert, was einen reibungslosen Ablauf sichert.

Auch in der Vorbereitung des Turniers ist die Software mit zentra-ler Datenverwaltung ein nützliches Tool: Mehr als 30 Prozent Zeit kann damit bei den üblichen Routinearbeiten eingespart werden. Happy participants and satisfied sponsors – this is the goal of any successful premium golf event. At the same time, this forms the ba-sis for an attractive tournament calendar for any golf club. And now the software is available to professionally support the planning and hosting of sponsored tournaments. This software was presented in mid-February at the PGA workshop and was met with substantial in-terest from golf professionals. The software solution i|NORIS®-GI18 was developed by the Nuremberg software company NORIS-IB®. It makes it easy to present sponsors, guests and specifics regarding place and location in a way that is attention-grabbing and has high entertainment value. Information regarding tournaments and partici-pants can be displayed just as impressively on the screen as tom-bola highlights and product promotions – in the form of information texts, images and advertisement trailers. Guests and participants can find themselves in “pictures of the day” photo galleries, which are prepared in advance and therefore quickly put together. Even the seating plan for the evening event can be created and updated online, which helps ensure things run smoothly. Thanks to its central data management, the software can be a useful tool in the run-up to a tournament: it can lead to a reduction in time expenditure of more than 30 per cent for routine administration tasks. The i|NORIS®-GI18 infotainment system isn’t only suitable for managing entertain-

ment and processing information for golf tournaments – it can also be used, for example, during meetings or for open house events. The reason this professional golf event tool really hits the right note with organisers is because the software was developed based on practical experience. André Hüsgen, managing director of NORIS-IB®, regularly organises charity golf tournaments with his company and is intent on finding efficient ways of organising such events. “On the one hand, we wanted to draw attention to participants and spon-sors in the best possible way and, on the other hand, considerably simplify the process of preparing for and hosting events”, explained André Hüsgen. The interest from PGA participants shows that the message is getting across!
