Because Mr. da Si!va does not speak English. In answer to your question - you are citing an email from 2009 with the date falsitied to read 6 December 2012. I can't say with certainty which languages were used in which meetinqs, but I recall we had a Portuguese-fluent member of our staff that acted as translator on several occasions.
