The one-bedroom apartment has a balcony with evening sun. In the studio you will fi nd a double bed, sofa-bed (1,60 m), dining table and a stereo as well as TV and DVD player. Internet is available (WLan). The kitchen is fully equipped for four people and has a fridge and a stove with oven, toaster and electric kettle. In the bathroom there is a bathtub.Maximum occupancy 4 people

Alle drei Apartments liegen im Zentrum von Berlin in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße. Einen Supermarkt gibt es direkt an der Ecke. Reinigung, Bäcker und weitere Geschäfte sind auch nicht weit. Zahlreiche Kneipen, Restaurants sowie Cafés sind in unmit-telbarer Nähe, sowie der Kurfürstendamm, Tauentzien, der Zoo-logische Garten und das berühmte KaDeWe. Alles ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der U-Bahnhof Spichernstraße mit den Linien U3 und U9 liegt mit drei Minuten Fußweg ganz nah. Ein Parkplatz im Hof kann für 4 € täglich gemietet werden.

All three apartments are located in the same building complex in a quiet side street in Berlin city centre. There is a supermarket, bakery, dry cleaner and other shops located within easy walking distance. Numerous pubs, restaurants and cafes can also be found in the area. The Kurfürstendamm, Tauentzien, the Zoologi-cal Garden as well as the famous department store KaDeWe are also close by. Public transport is 3 minutes walk away with U-Bahnhof Spichernstraße served by lines U3 and U9 which provide frequent and easy access to the whole of Berlin. A parking space is available in the courtyard at € 4 a day.
