Über den Begriff „Apposition“

Als Apposition wird in der Grammatik ein substantiv-isches Attribut bezeichnet, das sein Beziehungswort näher beschreibt. Dieses Beziehungswort kann ein Substantiv oder Pronomen sein oder eine substanti-vische Wortgruppe (NP, Satzglied). Die Apposition ist mit dem Beziehungswort austauschbar und steht meist im gleichen Kasus wie das Beziehungswort. Bei Nachstellung wird sie in der Regel durch Kom-mata eingeschlossen.
