Achtung!Wir empfehlen, den Führungswagen während desEinbaus der BPLSE..(-FE, -OE) von der Schiene zutrennen! Die Demontage des Führungswagens istaber nicht zwingend erforderlich! Beim Einbau derBPLSE..(-FE, -OE) Wagen vor Verschmutzung schützen und auf Schutzschiene � lassen!

Fitting of the BPLSE..(-FE, -OE)

Caution!We recommend that the carriage is separate from the guideway while the BPLSE..(-FE, -OE) is being fitted. However, it is not absolutely essential to removethe carriage. While fitting the BPLSE..(-FE, -OE), protect the carriage against contamination and do not remove the dummy guideway �.

Führungswagen demontieren

❑ Schutzschiene � vor die Führungsschiene setzen und den Führungswagen � auf die Schutzschiene schieben.

Achtung!Schutzschiene im Wagen lassen!Die Schutzschiene � verhindert Schäden am Wälzkörpersatz und schützt vor Wälzkörperverlust, wenn der Wagen von der Schiene getrennt ist!

Removing the carriage

❑ Position the dummy guideway � against the guideway and slide the carriage � onto thedummy guideway.

Caution!Leave the dummy guideway in the carriage.The dummy guideway � prevents damage to the rolling element set and the loss of rolling elements while the carriage is separate from the guideway.

Vorbereitungen für den BPLSE..(-FE, -OE)-Einbau

❑ Führungswagen an Schienenende fahren undgegebenenfalls Schmiernippel entfernen.

BPLSE45(-FE, -OE)❑ Schrauben � und Frontblech � entfernen,

diese Bauteile werden nicht mehr benötigt.

Preparations for fitting of the BPLSE..(-FE, -OE)

❑ Slide carriage to the end of the guideway and remove the lubrication nipple if appropriate.

BPLSE45(-FE, -OE)❑ Remove screws � and end plate �.The parts removed are no longer required.

BPLSE..(-FE, -OE) einbauen

❑ Schmieradapterplatte � vor das Kopfstück setzen und mit Spezialschraube � und Dichtring �montieren, Spezialschraube leicht anziehen.

Achtung!Bei Verwendung einer ungeeigneten Schraube wird die Schmierstoffzufuhr blockiert!Ausschließlich Spezialschraube � verwenden!

Fitting of the BPLSE..(-FE, -OE)

❑ Position the lubrication adapter plate � against the end piece and mount using the special screw � and sealing ring �. Tighten the special screw slightly.

Caution!The lubricant feed system will become blocked if anunsuitable screw is used.Use the special screw � only.

BPLSE..(-FE, -OE) einbauen

❑ Schmiernippel � (bei BPLSE..-FE) oderZentralschmieranschluss � (bei BPLSE.. -OE) und Dichtring � auf der gewünschten Seite montieren.

❑ Verschlussschraube � montieren.

BPLSE45(-FE, -OE)❑ Schmieradapterplatte � mit Befestigungs-

schrauben � fixieren, Schrauben handfest anziehen.

Fitting of the BPLSE..(-FE, -OE)

❑ Mount the lubrication nipple � (for BPLSE..-FE)or central lubrication connector � (for BPLSE..-OE) and the sealing ring � on the required side.

❑ Mount the screw plug �.

BPLSE45(-FE, -OE)❑ Secure the lubrication adapter plate � using fixing

screws �, tighten screws finger-tight.

Führungswagen aufschieben,BPLSE..(-FE, -OE) fertig montieren

Achtung!Die BPLSE45(-FE, -OE) wird durch Befestigungs-schrauben � zentriert, andere Baugrößen müssenvon Hand zentriert werden!

❑ Führungswagen � auf Führungsschiene schieben.❑ Schmieradapterplatte � zur Führungsschiene so

ausrichten, dass ein umlaufend gleichmäßiger Spalt entsteht.

❑ Spezialschraube � anziehen, Anziehdrehmomentbeachten, siehe Bild.

Slide the carriage on the guideway,final fitting of the BPLSE..(-FE, -OE)

Caution!BPLSE45(-FE, -OE) is centred using fixing screws �. Other sizes must be centred manually.

❑ Slide the carriage � onto the guideway .❑ Align the lubrication adapter plate � with the

guideway so that there is a uniform gap all theway round.

❑ Tighten the special screw �, observing the tightening torque, see picture.
