test person. The measuring values of voltage and

partial discharge will be stored and can be printed

out in a test report under the order number.

Test set with two test rooms for isolation and PD-

tests of series products as surge arrestors or

transformers with different frequencies. The test

person choose the specific test sequence for the test

object, connect only the test object to high voltage

and press the start button.

FAIL / PASS of the test object will be indicated to

the test person. The measuring values of the test

voltage, partial discharge, reference voltage and

leakage current will be stored and can be printed out

in a test report under the order number.

Für Prüflinge mit mehreren Anschlussmöglich-keiten an denen nacheinander eine kombinierte Isolations- und TE-Prüfung durchgeführt werden soll. Im Prüfplan der Steuersoftware MSPS20 kann jeder einzelne Prüfschritt festgelegt werden, z.B. welcher Anschluss an Hochspannung, an Erde oder an die Messimpedanz geschaltet wird. Durch den automatischen Prüfablauf mit Proto-kollierung unter Wegfall des Umklemmens, des Öffnens und Schließens der Prüfraumtüre wird eine deutlich kürzere Prüfzeit pro Prüfling erzielt. Optional kann ein hochspannungsfester TE-Im-pulskalibrator angeschlossen werden, so dass vor jeder TE-Messung der Korrekturfaktor der entsprechenden Prüflingsanschlüsse auto-matisch durch die Steuersoftware MSPS20 festgestellt wird.

For test objects with several taps and a combined insulation- and partial discharge test shall be performed successively. Each test step can be fixed in the test sequence of the control software MSPS20 e.g. which tap will be connected to high voltage, to ground or to the measuring impedance. By the automate test running and data processing under omission of connecting, opening and closing the door of the test room, the test time of each test object will be shorten immense. Optional a high voltage resistant partial discharge impulse calibrator can be connected and the software MSPS20 determines the correction factor automatically of the respective tap connection before the PD-test will be started.

Software EAPS Analysing software EAPS

Besonders in der Entwicklung oder bei komplexen Prüflingen lässt die Kenntnis der Häufigkeit von Teilentladungen bezogen auf Pegel und Phasenlage Schlüsse auf deren möglichen Ursachen zu. Die Software EAPS dient in Verbindung mit dem Teilentladungsmessgerät TMG der Erfassung , Darstellung und Analyse von Teilentladungen. Die auftretenden Teilentladungen können bezüglich Pegel und Phase in folgenden Arten graphisch dargestellt werden: n elliptische Darstellung n oszillographische Darstellung n Wolkendarstellung n dreidimensionale Darstellung Neben der einfachen Bedienbarkeit ist besonders der mit der Maus frei einstellbare Blickwinkel der dreidimensionalen Grafiken vorteilhaft. Es können bis zu vier verschiedene Darstellungsfenster in der Größe und Lage beliebig angezeigt werden. Dabei kann für jedes Fenster eine von sechs möglichen Darstellungsarten gewählt werden. Speziell zum Vergleichen der Messwerte verschiedener Prüflinge ist ein eigener Darstellungsmodus vorhanden. Das Speichern, Laden, Drucken und Exportieren der Grafiken ist dabei ebenso möglich wie das Speichern und Laden von Benutzerprofilen.

Following displays related to level and phase of the PD-pulses are available: n elliptical n oscillographic n coloured PD pattern as cloud n as a three-dimensional coloured PD pattern Besides simple operation you have the advantage of adjusting any angle of view of the three - dimensional chart. You can display up to 4 different windows, each of them is variable in its size and place on screen. It is possible to select one of six different kinds of view for every window. EAPS offers a special point in its menu for comparing test results of different test objects. Of course it is possible to load, save, print and export graphics. Last, but not least, each operator can save his own settings.
