Graduate in Corporates & Markets; Corporate Finance – London or Frankfurt

About us

Our 12-month Graduate Programme in London or Frankfurt begins with several weeks of training involving technical courses, workshops and case studies designed to provide insight into the various areas of investment banking, and also includes training specific to Corporate Finance.

Your role will be to support the origination and execution of transactions, including:

• Conducting financial and other analyses required for origination

• Preparing marketing material for presentations

• Assisting with all aspects of execution for individual countries

• Becoming familiar with the operations and products of Commerzbank AG

• Participating in the development of products, market updates and processes

Your Profile

You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in mathematics, economics, engineering or IT/computer science. You are proficient in MS Office and Bloomberg. Fluency in German and English is mandatory. You possess strong conceptual skills, an analytical mindset and you are a highly motivated and an ambitious team player.
