The new two part stair nosing profile system can be used for material thicknesses of 7 – 14 mm due to the patented champion-technology with a unique adjustment. The base-profile is screwed to the subfloor and the top-profile can be clipped on the lami-nate-, cork-, or parquet-floor quickly and easily. The result is a perfect installation. The innovative Step-Clip Champion has the following features:

• only one profile for all floor coverings from 7 – 14 mm

Das Farbspektrum bei den mit Holzdekor ummantelten Profilen oder den Profilen, bei denen ein Dekorstreifen eingeklebt werden kann, wird um das Trenddekor Wenge auf nunmehr 13 Farben erweitert. Bei den Dreikant-Treppenstangen ver-bessert Küberit außerdem die

Materialqualität und liefert diese zukünftig aus massivem Messing, wodurch das Sägen der Stangen vereinfacht wird. Ebenso wurde bei den Dehnfugenprofilen die Silikonfugenfarbe schwarz zusätz-lich mit ins Lagerprogramm aufge-nommen.

Neu sind die Rampenprofile 269 U und 267 U aus Aluminium für 8 mm bzw. 20,5 mm starke Bodebeläge. Für ein perfektes Verlegebild z.B. bei Shop-in-Shop Systemen sind für beide Profile vorkonfektionierte 90°-Ecken mit Verbinder erhältlich.

Das Rampenprofil 266 U aus Aluminium für 22,5 mm starke Beläge verfügt über eine rutsch- und feuchtigkeits hemmende P-Dich tungslippe aus EPDM, die bereits werkseitig vormontiert ist.

The new ramp profiles type 269 U and 267 U made of aluminium are available in an undrilled version and can be used for floor thicknesses of 8 and 20,5 mm. Fitting 90°-Corners with connector are available for both profiles to achieve a perfect look for example in “Shop-in-shop designs”.

The ramp profile type 266 U made of aluminium in an undrilled version for a floor thickness of 22,5 mm is provided with a pre-assembled P-sealing lip made of EPDM that is slip-resistant and restrains moisture.

The use of high-quality design coverings as a base for crea-tive floorings has increased enormously. Therefore Küberit has complemented it's range of products with the following profiles which specifically can be used for design floors, CV, PVC, rubber and linoleum floors:

• two ramp profiles type 264 and type 265 to compensate for height differences of 2.5 – 5 mm and 5 – 7 mm, countersunk drilled or self-adhesive

• the easily bendable T-profile for floors of 5 mm thickness and more that has a width of 24 mm and can be bent to a diameter of 120 cm

• stair nosing profile type 872 with a discreet finish

Die Neuheit »PPS®-Champion XXL« wird schwer-punktmäßig eingesetzt bei der Verlegung von Parkett oder Massivholzdielen, um für den natürlichen Werkstoff Holz ausreichend Dehnungsfugen zu gewährleisten. Das System ist ausgelegt für Bodenbelagshöhen von 7 – 18 mm und zeichnet sich durch vier wesentliche Produktvorteile aus:

• Dehnungsfuge 13 % größer (jetzt 17,5 mm)

• Höhenverstellbereich +22%

• jetzt mit Torx-Schrauben

• Verstärkung im gesenkten Bohrloch – für einen sicheren Schraubensitz

The novelty »PPS®-Champion XXL« was mainly developed for the application of parquet and timber floor boards, to allow an effectual expansion joint for the natural material wood. The system was laid-out for floor covering heights of 7 – 18 mm and benefits from four vantages:

• the expansion joint was increased by 13 % to 17,5 mm

• adjustable range of the height +22%

• now with Torx screws

• the reinforcement of the countersunk drill holes ensures a safe fit of the screws
