Die Frberohre dersoft-TRD DS XL sind ausgelegt zurAufnahme von je zweiWarenstrngen. Das Belade-gewicht pro Speicher richtet sichnach den spezifischen Waren-eigenschaften und nach der Wahldes Anlagentyps.Verschiedene Baugren deckenein breites Kapazittsspektrum ab.

The soft-TRD DS XL is a univer-sally applicable dyeing machine forknits and wovens.
With its short fabric circulationtimes and 'flooded' fabric transportsystem the machine is especiallysuitable for crease sensitive fabricsmade from Polyester (also unfixed
PES), Polyester blends, Polyamide,micro fibres and Lycra blends aswell as pile or wool fabrics.
The dyeing chambers of thesoft-TRD DS XL are each de-signed to take two fabric ropes. Theloading capacity per tube isdependent on the specific fabricproperties and selected machineexecution.A choice of machine sizes offeringa wide range of capacities.
La soft-TRD DS XL es una mqui-na de tintura de aplicacin univer-sal en el acabado de tejidos ygneros de punto.
Debido a los tiempos de ciclo redu-cidos y al transporte "flotante" delmaterial textil, es particularmenteapropiada para el tratamiento de
telas propensas a arrugas enpolister (tambin sin termofijado),mezclas de polister, poliamida,microfibras y mezclas elsticas conLycra, as como para gneros depelo o lana.
Cada tubo de la soft-TRD DS XLpuede tomar dos cuerdas de mate-rial textil cuyo peso puede variar deacuerdo con las caractersticasespecficas del gnero y del mode-lo de mquina seleccionado.
