Since 1961, Adisa is the Spanish reference manufacturer of high efficiency boilers and prepackaged heat production equipment Roof Top, Mini Roof Top and skids for gas centralized installations. With its own R&D department and its own factory of 10,000 m2 in Arenys de Mar, Barcelona (Spain), Adisa equipment are manufactured according to the highest quality standards. In july 2014, after its acquisition by Hitecsa, Adisa continues offering the market high efficiency energy solutions for the DHW and Heat production.

Founded in 1948, Wesper is the French manufacturer setting the standards in the design, development and production of air conditioning and air handling systems for residential, commercial, industrial and service sector applications. The company has the largest capacity production site in all of Europe, covering 55,000 m2 and located in Pons (France). In July 2014, Hitecsa purchases Wesper, thus widening its product range with the introduction of new chillers and the well renowned wesper air handling units with Eurovent certification.
