5. Validity of Bid:The Bid shall remain valid fbr a period not less than 90 days after the deadline fixed for submission ofBids.

6. Terms and Conditions:(a) The remuneration shall be disbursed through,Account Payee cheque to the manpower employed at

the Engineering college nowgong. M.P. premises in the presence of'representative ofthe Engineeringco llege nowgong M.P.

(b) The Contracting Agency will ensure payment by the 5'r'ofeverl'succeeding month to their cmployeesprovided to the offlce/ premises of Engineering college nowgong, M.P. as per the monthly

remuneration and OTA charges quoted without any deduction.

(c) The Contracting Agency r.vill submit the invoice along u,ith prool'ol'disbursement in triplicate aflermaking the payment to the employees provided to the olllce/premises of'Engineering collegenowgong, M.P. supported with the following document:-

(i) Details ofdisbursement made to the staff furnishing cheque details for each payment along witha copy of Bank passbook entry of individual account.

(ii) Proofofpayment ofstatutory obligation such as EPF. ESL Service lax and any other applicabletax ifanv.

Payment to the Contracting agency will be released within l5 days fiom the datc ol'thc receipt of'the invoice/bill.

The Contracting Agency will provide Identity Card to all his employees deputed as per thelormat suggested by the Indenting Ofice valid lbr the period ofcontract.

The Contracting Agency shall comply with all statutory obligations. Minor variations asper actual calculation will be borne by the Indentoric lient.

Ilowcvcr. t.ngineering college nowgong, M.P. reservesthe right to request to Contracting Agency to provide thc security services round the clock all thcdays in a month according to the duty timing shown at the pre-pages/above. Engineering collegenowgong, M.P. also reserves the right to request lbr the services of additional/extra manpower.The Contracting agency will be compensated, for the extra manpower provided, by the IndentingAgency as per the rale quoted.

In case ofabsence on any rvorking day, the monthly remuneration will be regulated as pcr thefollowing formula:

made available against each slot in each category. The candidate may be invited lbr personaldiscussion also No conveyance or any other charges will be paid by Engineering collegenowgong, M.P. In case, none is fbund suitable then additional bio-data shall be made availableby the Contracting Agency. Promptly i,e. wirhin 24 hours. The replacement of a Candidate onaccount of absence/unsu itability 1br E.C. Nowgong shall be made within 24 hours.

(i) The contracting Agencl' will be rcquircd to sign a contract with the L-,nginecring collcgcnowgong, M.P. as per the Model Contract cnclosed 1'or rcad1, rel'ere ncc. '[ he other tcrrns andconditions specifled in the Bid document and accepted bid rvill also fbrm the part of'the ModelAsreement.

The antecedents ofall the workers rvill be got verilied fiom the police by the ContracringAgency before deployment fbr work as per Engineering college nowgong, M.p.

(l) The Contracting Agency will deploy the trained/experienced srveepers, gardeners and securityGuards without arms pref'erable r:en who are below the age of 50 years as well as physically fitand mentally alert. l'he Contracting Agency will also ensure that the security guards/securitysupervisor is tiee fiorr AIDS or any other infectious disease befbre deployment lirr r.r'orr.

(m) The Engineering collage nougong. M.P. shall providc a snrall guard room/spacc lirr Securitrcuards/security supewisor dcployed by thc corrtractirrg Agerrcy. No name plate of agencr shallbe allowed on the room arrd nobody rvill be allorved to stay in the offlce except the stafF of theContacting Agency on duty.

The contracting Agcncy shall provide to their sccurit) personncl rr,ith impressive summcrunifbrrns as well as winter unifbrm with insisnia./bad ses.

7. Evaluation of Bid:

The indenter will evaluate and compare tlre Bids determined to be substantially responsive i.e. whiclr areproperly signed and confbrm to the terms & conditions in the tbllorvrng manncr:-

8. Award of Contract:

(a) The Indentor will award the contract to the bidder rvhose Bid has been determined to bcsubstantially responsive and who has offered the lowest price as per para 7.

(b) The Indentor reserves the right at the time o1'au'ard of contract to increase or decrease therequirement of manpower indicated in para 2 above.

(c) The Indentor prior to the expiration ol thc Uid validitv period *ill notily thc biddcr rihosc []id is

(d) Not with standing the above" the Indentor reserves the right to accept or reject all Bids and tocancel the biding process and re.ject all Bids at anv timc prior to the au,ard ofthe contract.
