Um Bedie-nungsfehler zu vermeiden, muß diese Be-dienungsanleitung dem Bedienungspersonalstets zugänglich sein. Legen Sie diese An-leitung immer griffbereit ab. Jede Bedienungdes Fahrgestells setzt die genaue Kenntnisund Beachtung dieser Bedienungsanleitungvoraus. Das Fahrgestell ist nur für diebeschriebenen Einsatzzwecke zu verwen-den.Die folgenden Seiten enthalten alles, wasSie über die Bedienung des Fahrgestellswissen müssen. Das Sonderfahrgestell Stollenwerk-Geräte-Bestell-Nr. 4002-1, 4003-1 Dräger- Sach-Nr. 2 M 22288 ist für den Transport von Dräger-Transportinkubatoren Dräger ITI 5400 zugelassen.
Der Dräger-Transportinkubator darf nur mit dem Sonderfahrgestell Stollenwerk-Geräte-Bestell-Nr. 4002-1 und 4003-1 transportiert werden.!

Bei nicht sachgemäßer Fixierungund vollständigem Fixiersystemwerden die gefordertenHaltekräfte 10 g vorwärts, rück-wärts, seitwärts und senkrechtnach DIN EN 1789 nicht erreicht.
HINWEISBei älteren Aufnahmeplatten sollte die Vollständigkeit und die Funktion des Fixiersystems überprüft werden.
� Fixierung des Fahrgestelles mit seitlicher Verriegelung und Überschlagsicherung.Die Aufnahmeplatte des RTW bzw.KTW muß mit einem Fixierungs-system nach DIN EN 1789 (Bild 13a/1 bis 7) ausgestattet sein. Das Fahrgestell wird im Fixierschloß links und rechts verriegelt.

Die Höhe des Fahrgestelles muß soeingestellt sein, dass die Aufsetzrollenauf der vorderen Kante der ausgezoge-nen Bühne aufsetzen (Bild 24/ Pfeil).Die Höheneinstellung des Fahrgestellesmuß unter Belastung des RTW oderKTW erfolgen (ca. 100 kg am Ende derBühne).
Der RTW bzw. KTW soll auf einerebenen Fläche stehen. Bei Bühnenohne Ladekante müssen die Auf-setzrollen auf die unbelastete
Bühne aufschiebbar sein! Ein freiesAusschwenken des vorderen Stand-beines muß gewährleistet sein (sieheBild 39).
3.2 Vorderes Standbein einstellen
Hutmutter (Bild 22/1) lösen undSchraube ganz herausdrehen.Teleskopsystem auf die erforderlicheHöhe einstellen.
HINWEISUm eine gleiche Höhe einzustel-len, Teleskopsysteme auf diegleiche Markierung (Bild 23/1)einstellen. Hutmutter mitSchraube in das Profil eindrehenund mit 13er Schlüssel fest-schrauben. Dabei muß die Hut-mutter mit Scheibe am Profilanliegen.

Desinfektion
Die Desinfektion des Fahrgestelles erfolgtnach den gesetzlichen Vorschriften desjeweiligen Landes. Es sind Flächendes-infektionsmittel zu verwenden, z.B. Bura-ton 10F (Fa. Schülke & Mayr, Norderstedt)
Die zu verwendenden Desinfektionsmittelsollen für die Anwender der BRD grund-sätzlich aus der DGHM-Liste ausgewähltwerden (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Hy-
giene und Mikrobiologie). Für andereLänder empfiehlt sich ein Präparat aufder Basis von Aldehyden, Alkoholen oderquaterären Ammoniumverbindungen.
ReinigungIn jedem Land muß die Grundreinigung fürKrankentragen bzw. Fahrgestelle ebenfallsnach den dort gültigen Vorschriften erfol-gen. Als Grundreinigungsmittel kann z.B.SPARKLE (DIV. Der NCH GmbH,Mörfleden-Walldorf) eingesetzt werden.

Das Medizinproduktegesetz siehteine sachgerechte Instandhaltung –insbesondere nach den Angabendes Herstellers – voraus, da nur sodie vom Hersteller zugesichertemedizinische und technischeLeistung des Fahrgestelles erhaltenbleibt.Bei Schwergängigkeit der Stand-beine sind die Gleitelemente (Bild46/ Pfeile) in der Führung zuschmieren.
Schmiermittel:Fin Super oder vergleichbar.Die Zugfedern (Bild 47/ Pfeil) derLenkrollen sollten nach Bedarf ge-schmiert werden, z.B. bei Schwer-gängigkeit oder Quietschen wäh-rend des Lenkvorgangs.
WARTUNGSEMPFEHLUNGFÜR FAHRGERÄTE MODELL 2870/4002/4003 SOWIE KRANKENTRAGEN MODELL 3002-3008
Für unsere Fahrgeräte/ Krankentragen empfehlen wir einen jährlichen Wartungsintervall.Vorstehende Empfehlungen ist jedoch nur eine Richtungsangabe, da sehr viel von denRandbedingungen abhängig ist wie z.B.:
- schlechter Untergrund worüber das Fahrgestell gefahren wird- Belastung der Geräte z.B. durch schwergewichtige Patienten- Durchgeführte Funktionsprüfungen und Sichtkontrollen des Bedienungspersonals
