Dr. Erhard Weyer combined his life's work with the name

MENTOR in more than 40 years of acting as a entrepre-

neur, author, writer, painter and patron. His entire think-

lation software used by MENTOR supports the develop-

ment of complicated lighting concepts. The integration of

CAD and CAM technology enables rapid and economical

production of small batches and industrial scale manu-

facturing.

mould making as well as automated production processes

on state-of-the-art metal and plastic processing machines.

The cooperation with suppliers and partner enterprises

preparation and complete assembly of modules or system

components are integrated into MENTOR’s work flow.

Quality assurance is guaranteed through selected test and

inspection procedures. For this reason all production loca-
