Mrchenhuser haben immer ein straentransportfhiges Bauma. Sie sind daher maximal 2,40m breit und in der Lnge variabel bis zu 6,00m. Je nach Gre des Hauses werden Giebel und Dach erst beim Aufbau auf das Haus aufgesetzt. Ein Anbau, wie zum Beispiel ein WC oder die vielfltigen Spielanlagen, lassen jedes Mrchenhaus anders aussehen. Fairy tale houses have always a road transportable size. The width is limited to 2,40 meters and the length is variable up to 6,00 me-ters. Depending on the size of the house gable and roof must be set on top of the house during the installation.With cultivated elements, for example an external bathroom or the varied play equipment, does every fairy tale house look different.

ALLGEMEINE INFORMATION / GENERAL INFORMATIONFr die Auengestaltung der Huser und fr die Spielgerte verwenden wir Robinie oder Eiche. Alle Metalle sind verzinkt oder aus Edelstahl. Alle Seile und Netze an den Spielgerten sind aus Herkulestau mit Stahlseileinlage.Die Holzart von Podesten, Mbeln etc. kann auch aus Douglasie bzw. Fichte/Tanne oder hnlich (auf Anfrage) bestellt werden. Farbige Elemente oder der Einsatz von Lasuren kann bestellt werden. Fr die Konstruktionshlzer verwenden wir Konstruktionsvollholz.Im Inneren der Huschen verbauen wir geschliffene OSB-Platten, um Ihnen eine glatte Oberfl che zu bieten. Auch diese geschliffenen OSB-Platten sehen recht rustikal aus. Jegliche Mblierungen sind gesondert zu bestel-len, gern gehen wir auf Ihre Wnsche ein und machen Ihnen ein Angebot. Der Ausbau der Huser bietet sich im privaten Bereich auch gut zum SELBERMACHEN an. Wir weisen darauf hin, dass Trockenrisse bei allen einheimischen harten Hlzern normal sind und auch nach entsprechender Lagerung und fachgerechter Bearbeitung auftreten. Deshalb begrnden Trockenrisse keinen Garantieanspruch.Je nach Anforderung und Verwendungszweck dmmen wir die Wnde der Huschen. Eine Dmmung schlagen wir Ihnen im Angebot vor. Bitte gehen Sie davon aus, dass auch die groen Mrchenhuser keine Wohnhuser sein knnen. Wir lehnen uns recht nah an die im Caravanbau erreichbaren Konstruktionswerte an, verweisen aber dar-auf, dass natrliche Hlzer eigene spezifi sche Eigenschaften haben, was durchaus Unterschiede ausmacht.Wir bieten Ihnen auf Anfrage die Mglichkeit an, die Huschen mit Rdern auszustatten. Mit diesen kann man die Huser begrenzt bewegen. Fr die Strae sind sie keineswegs zulassungsfhig. In jedem Fall bekommen Sie ein ganz besonders einmaliges Design, weil jedes Huschen ein UNIKAT ist. Die Huschen sind EINFACH und RUSTIKAL, NATRLICH und STABIL, das Robinienholz ist SAUBER GESCHLIFFEN und hat an den Rndern Splintstreifen, damit es lebendig und gut aussieht.

The outer design of the houses and the play equipment is characterized by the use of robinia or oak. All connec-ting parts are made of stainless steel or galvanized. All ropes and nets are made of Hercules rope with a steel rope inside. Construction parts like platforms, furniture etc. can be made of douglas fi r or spruce (on request) as well. Coloured elements or the use of glazes can be ordered, too. The construction itself consists of square shaped timber.Inside of the houses we use OSB-boards, in order to obtain a smooth surface. These boards offer quite a ru-stic-styled design as well. Any type of furniture has to be requested. Of course, we respond to your wishes and integrate it into our offer. Especially for private use, interested customers will fi nd the interior fi tting well sui-ted for do-it-yourself projects. Drying cracks are normal in all native hard woods, also after appropriate storage and professional treatment. Therefore drying cracks do not justify a warranty claim. Depending on the requirements and intended purpose we dam the walls of the houses. If needed the insulation can be integrated in the offer. Please note, that even the larger houses are no residential houses. We orientate on the construction guidelines of the caravan industry, but point out that naturally grown wood has its own specifi c characteristics. This individuality causes some variations, of course. If requested we provide the houses equipped with wheels. Those wheels allow the houses to be moved around by the customer in certain limits. However, the houses are not allowed on streets. Every house is UNIQUE, with a specifi c and matchless design. The houses are kept SIMPLE and RUSTIC-STYLED, NATURAL and STABLE. All robinia parts are planed and chamfered and show some sapwood on its periphery. That way we reach a vivid and charming look.

Das groe Mrchenhaus - big fairy tale house

Das groe Mrchenhaus hat einen Grundriss von 4,80m Lnge und 2,40m Breite, zusammen mit dem Dach kommt man auf 5,60mx3,50m. Der Ausbau ist frei whlbar. Unsere Mrchenhuser, die in Bostalsee stehen, sind im Erdgeschoss mit Sitz- und Schlafplatz fr die Eltern, Fernseher, Kche mit Khlschrank und Kochgelegenheit ausgestattet. Die Kinder knnen zum Spiel-Schlaf- Bereich ber eine Leiter in die obere Etage klettern.

Grundstzlich ist es mglich, die obere Etage ber eine Tr zu einem Balkon mit daran angebauter Rutschstan-ge zu verlassen. Diese Option kann weit ausgebaut werden. In Bostalsee ist an jedem Mrchenhaus eine anders gestaltete Spielanlage angebaut worden. Auf dem Balkon an der Rckseite kann man unter dem Dachvorstand spielen oder auch darunter im Sand, da er Schatten spendet, wenn die Sonne brennt. Anbauelemente, wie Netze oder Kletterwnde erhhen den Spielwert und machen es fr Kinder immer interessanter. Es lassen sich auch mehrere Mrchenhuser miteinander verbinden, indem von Balkon zu Balkon Spielelemente wie Wackelbrcken, Dschungelbrcken oder Seilbahnen integriert werden. Das tolle an diesen Husern ist, dass man sie nach seinen Vorstellungen ndern kann, da Ein- und Anbauten frei whlbar sind.

The big Fairytale house has a fl oor plan of 4.80m length and 2.40m width, together with the roof its getting to 5,60mx3,50m. The expansion can be freely selected. Our fairy tale houses, which stand in Bostalsee, have a place for seat and sleep for the parents, TV and a kitchen with refrigerator and cooking facilities. The children can climb a ladder upstairs to the playing-sleeping-area.

Basicly it is possible, to leave the second fl oor over a door to a balcony with a sliding pole. This option can be de-veloped. At Bostalsee, every house has different play equipment on it. The balcony on the backside of the house offers a play area benath it and also under it in the sand if you need a shady spot. Extension elements, like nets or climbing walls bring a high quality of play value and makes it more interesting for the children.

The fairy tale houses can be combined with each other. Elements like wobbly bridge, jungle bridge or cableway can be integrated from balcony to balcony. The best of our houses is that you can create on your own idea, because of free selectable attachments and internals.

HAUS MIT DEM KUSCHELSCHLAFPODEST HOUSE WITH CUDDLE-SLEEPING-FLOORDas Haus mit dem Kuschelschlafpodest ist etwas kleiner als das groe Mrchenhaus. Hier ist ein zweiter Schlaf-platz direkt ber der Sitz-Schlafecke im unteren Bereich angelegt, was durchaus fr Gemtlichkeit sorgt, weil sich alles in einem Raum abspielt. Auch fr diese Mrchenhausgre stehen Ihnen alle Optionen der Gestaltung zur freien Verfgung.

Dazu ist in der hinteren Hlfte eine eingezogene Decke fr einen Schlafbereich, den man durch eine Leiter be-treten kann. Die vordere Hlfte hingegen ist haushoch. Sie knnen bei dieser Variante, so wie bei jeder anderen auch, entscheiden, welche Gestaltungselemente an der Fassade angebracht werden und ob Sie eine Terrasse, einen Anbau fr ein Badezimmer oder einen Balkon mit unterschiedlichen Abstiegsmglichkeiten mchten. In der Innenraumgestaltung bieten wir Ihnen mageschneiderte Lsungen fr eine optimierte Raumaufteilung.

The house with cuddle-sleeping-fl oor is a little bit smaller than the big fairy tale house. Here is a second sleeping area directly above the sit-ting-sleepingcorner at the lower level, that pro-vides cosiness, because everything is in one room. Also for this size of fairy tale house you have all possible options for design.

To that, in the rear half of the house is a false ceiling for sleeping, that you can enter on a ladder. The front half of the house is as high as the house.You can choose it with elements of the facade you want. For example a terrace, outhouse for a ba-throom or a balcony with different possibilities for descent. For interior design we have optimized so-lution for fl oor plan.

DAS KLEINE MRCHENHAUS / LITTLE FAIRY TALE HOUSEUnser kleines Mrchenhaus kann auch als Sanitrhaus oder als freistehende Sauna genutzt werden. Ein Anbau ist auch in dieser Hausvariante mglich. The little fairy tale house can be for sanitary and also used as freestanding sauna. An outhouse can be choosen for this kind of house.

Die Wand zur Abtrennung kann auch weggelassen werden. The room divider could be omitted.

Je nach Wunsch lsst sich eine Terasse anbauen. The ice cream shop doesnt necessarily need to be one. It is also pos-sible to use this space-saving and immediately available little house for other purposes, e.g. as kiosk, takeaway shop and many more. DAS HEXENHUSCHEN WITCHES HOUSE

Das Hexenhuschen ist zum Spielen und Spa haben fr Kinder bis 5 Jahre. Es bietet die Mglichkeit seine Spiel-sachen zu verstauen oder mit Freunden gemeinsam die Zeit zu verbringen. Auch hier gibt es unterschiedliche Varianten der Innenausstattung, zum Beispiel ohne jegliche Sitzbnke oder Tische oder eben mit. Eine farbige Gestaltung der Fenster und Tr ist mglich. Das Hexenhuschen ist in jedem Fall ein Hingucker.
