Customizable.

Seperate print shaft on the • first and last page (for example: cover sheet).Every copy can be assigned • to a different printer or shaft.

Printer outputs.

The course of a print task can be defined precisely, e.g., the first or last page should be pulled from another tray. Further parameter such as user, copy, language and a free definable tax parameter can help to identify a printer as well. Duplex prints with a dynamic back side layout can also be configured.

A possible scenario: When printing the delivery note the Pick-List will be displayed in the warehouse. The delivery note and the address tag are printed in separate shafts or printers in the dispatch area. If the delivery goes to a foreign country, an export note will be generated.

Print preview.

The coresuite designer preview does not only display documents, but also provides the possibility to search, zoom, export to other data types (tiff, xls, pdf, rtf) or simply to change the standard printer.

Further possibilities of the preview are navigation trees for a structured overview as well as graphical link buttons, with which SAP® forms can be opened. With help of the link button navigation between the different reports are possible.

Pivot (contingency table).

The Pivot object collects data in several dimensions and can thus answer questions like: „How is the product turnover distributed over the years and per employee?”.

With coresuite designer, eMails can be created from SAP® Business One. The eMail addresses and texts can be automatically defined. It is automatically generated and the underlying layout is attached as a PDF. The reports can also be directly converted to Word or Excel for further editing.

Print from the menu.

User queries with parameters can be placed directly into the SAP® Business One menu. Therefore the customer has his individual analysis on the right spot at all times. The parameter can be defined per text field, combo box or per ChooseFromList. The lod-ging of standard figures is also possible.

Barcodes.

The coresuite designer supports all important barcode formats. For optimal results you can adjust the line thickness as well as the line proportion, as far as the barcode type allows it to.

Dynamic parameter.

In the layouts, the parameter entry fields can be confi-gured as wished. Even SQL queries can be used.

Layouting.

The designer stands out with a clear and logical structure of the tools and all its cha-racteristics. Working with styles, which can be exported and imported, have vital advantages: In this way the style set only has to be produced one time and can be used for all layouts of the project. The designer is being delivered with predefined styles – you can start instantly.

Charts and diagrams.

The charts in coresuite designer are rotatable around both axes. There are bars, vertically and horizontally, cake, cone, octahedron and lines as well as the versions in 2-D/3-D and graded, grouped, stacked or simple. The coresuite designer provides the possibility to compile clock hand, bars, digits and a lot more.

Automatic printing.

A side of the conventional printing with the print button, the coresuite designer al-lows automatic printing as well. The following possibilities are available:

Batch printing: Print orders are being triggered by the SAP• ® alert function. For exa-mple, every evening at 20.00 hrs, open outgoing invoices can be printed. Functio-nalities such as automated invoice reminder generated by eMails are possible. Remote printing: The • coresuite designer supervises a specific file with xml-based printing orders. The corresponding layout is being printed as soon as a print order is located in this file.

Scripting for professionals.

Almost every designer feature can be controlled per code. With the delivered Code-Script editor individual adjustments can be made very easily. For the creation of the Script all common languages can be used. The designer is being delivered with a huge amount of standard functions. In the product manual, these functionalities are being described and extended with examples.

Example: A company has information sheets of all important products in a PDF file and saves them in a central file. If an offer with products is being sent per eMail, the desi-gner checks the file, as to whether the corresponding information sheets are available and adds them to the eMail.

Individual adjustments.

Thanks to the flexibility of coresuite designer, it can be built into business processes and extended very easily. Solutions, which needed an additional AddOn are omitted, as they can be described with coresuite designer.

You can search for all important fields in SAP® Business One and can activate different search combinations as well. Use the Boolean operator „AND“ to filter search results. Conduct searches based on parts of expressions (using *), date, document number, client number, article number, client name, contact partner - it‘s very practical! coresuite quickfinder presents all the documents or master data matching your search in a clear hierarchic structure. The results can additionally be filtered according to status open/closed and according to user correspondence.

SAP® Business One gives you important business information on clients or business partners instantly! This is the fundamental idea, underlying the new coresuite cti from coresystems. The product connects ESTOS CTI (Computer Telephone Integration) pro-ducts with coresuite quickfinder and is fully integrated in SAP® Business One.

From phone calls to service calls in a click.

coresuite quickfinder and ESTOS communicate with one another! Register ESTOS shows a log with all phone calls. This log is also saved in the data base. As soon as coresuite quickfinder recognizes the number, the contact partner’s name is shown. You can also use the immediate functions here.

New offerings, orders or service calls can be set up in SAP® for the calling party, with only one click.

Journal.

The journal keeps a log of all calls. It registers whom, when and for how long you spoke to on the telephone. Telephone calls can additio-nally be filtered and sorted by different criteria, thus giving you a clearer over-view.

Searching for contacts.

Connection to different data sources (SAP®, Outlook, Twixtel etc.) is possible, thus allowing you to read contact information from any given source. Connecting to SAP® Business One allows you to find client addresses as they are registered in the system. And you can obviously call a client directly, using ProCall Clients.

Pop Up.

A speech bubble identifies the caller with all the important data from SAP® Business One. The data can be highlighted with colour. If, for example, the client balance is too high, it is highlighted in red. This immediately shows you that the client has unsettled accounts.

Monitor.

With the ProCall monitor you always know what is going on. At a glance, you can see which of your colleagues are free at the moment or who is on the telephone with whom. When connected to Outlook, the active terminals are also directly displayed on the monitor.

Connection to third-party systems – XML data import and export.

The coresuite connector allows you to realize XML data exports and imports fast and easily. In this way a process can be defined in just a few minutes, which will write the item information into the file when adding or changing the item. This is how you can always make sure that the current product information is available as a file. Data can be read in from outside into SAP® Business One. In this way the field representative can enter his sales orders in an Excel template and then automatically read it into SAP® Business One with the coresuite connector.

Workflow optimization.

With coresuite connector, documents can be created without need for a specific order to that effect. For example, when a new client order is generated in taskmaster A, the corresponding purchase order can be automatically created in taskmaster B.

Functionality.

A business process consists of a trigger, various numbers of converters and an output. As soon as the trigger has been initiated, it will generate a XML document with the basic data and will pass it on to the first converter. The converters can extend, respec-tively change, the whole data structure of the document with additional data. The output, which releases the data in the requested form, is at the end of the business process.

Costs and additional expenses.

Costs, such as transportation rates or food expenses, can be allocated and registered to accounted services. Expenses can be defined over a multilevel model, directly at business partner or order level, thus allowing collaborators to automatically account for the correct costs. Additional expenses, such as material costs or fees (charges), can also be added from the product master data. Correct accounting is ensured by auto-matic creation of delivery notes (stock transactions).

Controlling.

The collaborator area allows hierarchic superiors to keep track of their employees’ presences, absences and accounted services. Employees, on the other hand, have permanent access to current data regarding their working hours and holidays balance situation by a simple mouse click. In the service area, reports on overdue service orders as well as holding patterns at company, department and collaborator level, can be created.

Working hours, holidays, overtime.

Individual working time models (work program) can be individually defined for each employee. For each working day, the intended working periods, with work begin and work end is defined for every work model. In addition, different time windows can be assigned to corresponding factors. For example, a collaborator’s work period on Friday from 8.00 to 18.00 hrs is calculated with factor 1, whereas from 18.00 to 24.00 hrs it is calculated with factor 1.5. Holiday and overtime balances can be permanently ac-counted for and updated with the time register.

Individual time models can be • lodged to the employees. The employees can check their • current holidays and overtime balances at any time.Public holidays are taken in • consideration when calculating the allocated time.

Automatic invoicing.

All rendered services, as well as presented costs and additional expenses can be ac-counted for, at any desired moment using the invoicing assistant. All documents con-cerning a business partner can be summarized, thus making it possible to create monthly invoices. All the created invoices can be mass printed, thus saving lots of time.

Periodic invoices.

Periodic invoices for maintenance, subscriptions or rental services can be stored in the system. The invoicing assistant takes the payment frequency, which can be flexibly defined, automatically into consideration.

Nature of the contract.

The standard contract in SAP® Business One can be supplemented by individual ag-reements, such as reaction time, shift fees, current accounts and hourly subscriptions. The definitions are automatically included in the service register.

Service catalogue.

Time registration is conducted based on a catalogue, which defines accounting service types in the company. Articles needed for invoicing and price calculation are defined for the different service types. Prices, articles and other features can be sent to resour-ces, business partners or to the object itself (client contract, project, etc). The service catalogue can be structured and organized with separate numbers (example NPK). Special prices for business partners and graduated prices of all price lists are taken into consideration when assessing service and invoicing.

Customer specific adjustments.

coresuite customize captivates with individual functions such as the defining of re-quired fields, the coloring and redesigning of masks as well as the invoking of func-tions. Your own extensions can be created and applied directly. With these adjustments the user can manage his day-to-day work easier, safer and more productive. coresuite customize is divided into different modules, which can be activated or deactivated at any time.

Optimizer.

With the module Optimizer, you can log into any SAP® event and react accordingly. Possible events are for example “leave a text field“, „add a document“, „switch bet-ween data”, “close the window” etc. If such an event has been triggered the desired function can be realized. A field can be controlled, filled in, displayed and compared. When creating a function, there is the possibility to react by either code (VB.Net or C#), SQL or RegEx.

For functions with code, an integrated code editor is available. This helps writing code fragments with code completion and syntax control. SQL queries can be put on the data bank, either to check values or to read and write back values into a specific field. RegEx is the short form for regular expression. With this string it is possible to check specific values. There are predefined control strings available as templates.

The function button.

The function button is an important element of coresuite customize. An endless number of functions can be added to it, such as creating eMails directly from SAP® Business One, sending SMS, updating currency from a web service or starting external programs.

Item Placement.

With the Item Placement you bring order into the masks of SAP® Business One. You can blend out, shift, replace them to other register cards or change the size of the fields up to your imagination. You can even change the tabulator order.

New Items.

With the module New Items you can create new fields. There are two application areas for this module. On the one hand you can place UDF fields onto the main mask of SAP® and you will have all necessary fields on it. On the other hand a combination with the optimizer is possible. That’s how an empty field can be created with “New Items” and filled with specific values.

New Menu.

Global functions, which do not belong to a SAP® form, can be invoked by a new menu entry. Create a new entry in the module “New Menu”, which can be invoked with a code (VB.Net or C#) or with a Shell.

Extended Code.

If functions are being used more than one time, they can be defined in the module „Extended Code”. The created code can be accessed from everywhere. You can ac-cess the defined code in the „Extended Code“ from the fields „Optimizer“, „Function button“ or „New Menu“. Global variables, which are available everywhere, can be defined as well.

Import/export.

It is possible to import and export individual rules with a few simple mouse clicks. Applying previously created functions from an existing solution to a new system is absolutely no problem. The ones that can be imported, are available on the coresystems ag website as examples.

Authorizations.

coresuite customize creates user authorization groups in order for different users to access different rules. Every user can be assigned to one and more user groups and every rule can be activated for one and more user groups as well.
