Senior Project Planning/Scheduling Lead - Primavera SME – (Nov 2009 to Jun 2011): Directed CPM construction planning and
scheduling of $329-M EPC Mobile Source Air Toxins (MSAT) capital improvement project for Marathon Petroleum Company in
Robinson, IL. Maintained overall project construction schedule, cost tracking integration by developing, utilizing daily, weekly, by-
weekly and monthly reporting for 9 subcontracts and 1 fully integrated project file. Coordinated and maintained quality relationships
between project teams, owner’s representatives and sub-contractors utilizing regularly scheduled project reviews and ad-hoc
meetings to discuss the quality and quantity calculations regarding production values effecting schedule driven critical and near critical
path work resulting in ownership by all participants in the life and health of the schedule and cost tracking information. The project

Senior Project Controls Planner – (Feb 2007 to Sep 2009): Managed CPM Scheduling, EVM tracking and cost controls on capital
improvements for midstream, downstream and pipeline petrochemical projects. Lead planner/scheduler on several projects for the
capital projects group midstream operations primarily in LNG terminals and Carbon Capture projects.

Project Controls Planner – (Feb 2006 to Feb 2007): Oversaw project controls planning of EPC projects to ensure accurate
representation of all schedule information. Impacted broad base of projects from engineering office as well as the field. Created and
managed project schedules for Mid-Stream LNG and Down-Stream on-site facilities and clients.
� Recreated and quantified entire schedule for $3.8-B PERU LNG (PLNG) construction and commissioning requirements, providing
engineering and purchasing schedule target deliverable requirements, to achieve fully-integrated schedule. Included PM’s schedule
template for Engineering & Procurement implementation requirements.
� Provided program analytics on delays impacting the Gulf Coast projects impacted by Hurricane Katrina. Presented schedule
and cost information to management and owners for incorporation into project recovery.
� Served at Valero Refinery in Houston as Project Controls Specialist tracking and reporting on turnover packages and defining
outstanding items delaying system turnover package milestone dates for every package.

Civil Construction Estimator/PM – (Feb 2004 to Nov 2005): Directed all aspects of estimating process, from finding new clients,
quantifying required materials and associated values, defining scope of work, and pricing estimates and negotiating new contracts.
Coordinated startup of new projects, purchased materials and rental equipment, and scheduled design and maintenance. Developed
and implemented new comprehensive spreadsheets for gathering data, as well as subsequent pricing and utilization of owned
equipment, rented equipment, fuel consumption management, material purchases and subcontractor work resulting in an increase
of profits by 10% and a reduction of overheads by 15% or better.

Project Controls Planning Engineer – (Jan 2003 to Feb 2004): Managed contract schedule via Primavera P3 on $94.9-M+ (TIC)
SR51 Design Build 11 mile HOV Lanes project. Ensured accurate distribution of pertinent information to project participants by
integrating 3 sub-projects controlled by 3 Project Managers into 1 master schedule and reporting process. Facilitated change order
management and partnered with the ADOT project management team to qualify and quantify resulting impacts, for $8.8-M in total
impacts to the project. The project was delivered on time and on budget.
THE SHAW GROUP – (Contract) Granbury, TX
Project Controls Planner – (Mar to Oct 2002): A.E.S. Granbury L.L.C., Wolf Hollow Power Plant 750 MW (NG): Instrumentally
drove progression of plant construction project and turnover packages by daily and weekly updating Primavera schedule with
information provided from the field to a “Level 4 & 5,” detail and reported daily progress to management. Overhauled schedule and
cost control programs from scratch out of Excel and Access, then transferred the data too Primavera.
