The platform
• is a further development of „Campus Virtuell“ which was developed by students of the University of Oldenburg and established in several departments
• the platform is based on PERL and MySQL and running under Linux / BSD
• the usage of the platform is free of charge

1. We add search depths to every linkin LiLi (How many clicks do we need to reach important content ? )
2. The Harvest gatherer uses the 200 links in LiLi as starting points and follows all the links of the page with the individual search depth defined in 1.
3. The Harvest creates an index file
4. A query can be started over the index file
