VERTRAGSBEDINGUNGEN / CONTRACT TERMS


ALLGEMEINE MIETBEDINGUNGEN Unsere Mietpreise verstehen sich exklusive Mehrwertsteuer und 1 % Vertrags-

gebühr. Die vorliegende Bestellung wird für den Auftraggeber durch dessen

Unterschrift verbindlich. Getroffene Vereinbarungen haben nur Gültigkeit, wenn

sie von admicos bestätigt werden. Mit der Unterzeichnung der Bestellung

übernimmt der Auftraggeber auch die Verpflichtung, die für die ordnungsgemä-

ße Ausführung der Bestellung nötigen Unterlagen (Pläne, Modelle etc.) termin-

gerecht zur Verfügung zu stellen. Diese Unterlagen müssen so beschaffen sein,

dass eine einwandfreie Ausführung der Bestellung gewährleistet ist. Die Ausfüh-

rung von Standentwürfen kann nach ausdrücklicher Vereinbarung admicos

übertragen werden. Die dafür angefallenen Kosten gehen zu Lasten des Auf-

traggebers. Ausführungsmuster (Pläne, Modelle etc.) werden nur auf ausdrück-

lichen Wunsch geliefert. Zur Begutachtung vorgelegte Ausführungsmuster

müssen fristgerecht retourniert werden, andernfalls gelten sie als "ohne Korrek-

tur" genehmigt. Der Auftraggeber haftet für sämtliches gemietetes Material

bzw. Mobiliar bis zur ordnungsgemäßen Übergabe an den Vermieter. Bei nicht

ordnungsgemäßer Rückgabe des Materials bzw. Mobiliars ist admicos berech-

tigt, die fehlenden Gegenstände zum Neupreis in Rechnung zu stellen. Rekla-

mationen jedweder Art können nur vor Ausstellungsbeginn anerkannt werden.

Der Standaufbau wird mit Aluminium-Stehern (250 cm hoch) sowie Aluminium-

Zargen für den Abschluss und eingeschobenen 7 mm Homogenplatten mit PVC-

Beschichtung (in Ausnahmefällen weiß gestrichen) erstellt. Auf den Stehern,

Zargen und Homogenplatten darf unter keinen Umständen genagelt, ge-

schraubt und gestrichen werden. Das Übermalen und Tapezieren der Homo-

genplatten ist nicht gestattet. Die Befestigung von Bildern, Postern, Werbema-

terialien etc. an den Homogenplatten ist nur mit Doppelklebebändern erlaubt.

Beschädigte Homogenplatten verbleiben Eigentum des Ausstellers und werden

zum Preis von € 175,00/m² zuzüglich Mehrwertsteuer in Rechnung gestellt.

GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS Our rental fees are to be understood without VAT and a contract fee of 1%.

This order becomes binding on the customer by the act appending his signa-

ture. Any agreements made shall be valid only if they have been duly confirmed

by admicos. By appending his signature to the order, the customer at the same

time also assumes responsibility for providing on time all data and supporting

documents (i.e. plans, models, etc.) required for filling the order. The nature of

these documents must be such € to ensure the fully satisfactory execution of

the order. Following express agreement to that effect, the task of executing

stand designs may be assigned to admicos. Any costs incurred in that connec-

tion will be charged to the customer. Execution samples (drawings, models,

etc.) will only be supplied if expressly requested by the customer. Any execu-

tion samples submitted for examination must be returned within the set period,

failing which they shall be deemed to have been approved "without any correc-

tion". The customer shall be liable for all rented equipment or furniture until

such time as it is duly handed back to the lessee. Failure to return such equip-

ment or furniture in due order shall entitle admicos to charge in account the

missing items at their purchase price when new. Complaints of any kind can

only be considered prior to the commencement of the exhibition. The stand

structure will be assembled using aluminium uprights (250 cm high) as well as

aluminium cases for the surrounds in combination with inserted 7-mm-gauge

PVC-coated particleboard panels (in exceptional cases also with a white paint

coat). The uprights, frames and particle-board panels must under no circum-

stances be used as a base for driving in nails, affixing screws of paintwork. The

particleboard panels must not be painted over or papered. Pictures, posters,

advertising and promotional material etc. must not be affixed to the parti-

cleboard panels unless this is done with the aid of mounting tape. Damaged

particle-board panels remain the property of the exhibitor and will be charged

in account at the rate € 175.00 per square metre plus VAT.
