I recently bought some computers and

accessories for my company that is expanding. I

got the equipment after I read an advertisement

on the newspaper announcing special prices.

The equipment was delivered after the

promised date, but I was happy to have my new

computers, even late.

When we installed them, we started to

have problems. Two of my managers could not

operate their computers, three secretaries are

fighting with the scanners, etc. We need to have

technical support from you to solve our

problem.We request the visit of a technician to

train our staff to use the equipment and to fix

the others, because the products have a

Request of technical Assistance



As part of expansion program, on June

13th, we bought six computers model XYZ, six

printers AQ and two scanners DT120, all

manufactured by XXX.

After installation, some of the items

presents operational problems: two computers

lock when a document is imported and the

scanners software is incompatible with some

other software.

We are, therefore, requesting the visit

of a trained technician to check and fix the

equipment, and help our staff to use it

efficiently. Mr. Santos, our MaintenanceAssistant, is the contact person to schedule your
