Flachsauger Flat suction cups Ventosas planas

APLangzeitsauger aus ACLATHAN® werden überwiegend als Vakuumsauger für die Manipulation von Werkstücken in horizontaler Lage eingesetzt. Durch ihre elastischen Dichtlippen und leichte Adaptermontage sind sie für ein schonendes Heben von Werkstücken bei niedrigen Montagekosten Bestandteil vieler Vakuum-Systeme. Biegesteife Artikel mit glatter bis leicht unebener Oberfläche sind sowohl horizontal als auch vertikal bei entsprechender Haltekraftkorrektur transportierbar. Näherungswerte aus Laborversuchen sind in den Tabellen für die gängigen Abmessungen angegeben und dienen der Vorauswahl. Praxisversuche in System- und Materialkombination sind für optimale Auswahl der Geometrie- und Materialausführung erforderlich. AP-Longlife Suction Cups of ACLATHAN® are mostly used as vacuum cups for the handling of workpieces in horizontal position.

On account of their elastic sealing lips and easy mounting of the adapters they are part of many vacuum systems for a gentle lifting of workpieces at low cost.

Bending-resistant articles with smooth or slightly uneven surface can be transported horizontally as well as vertically with corresponding correction of cohesion.

Approximate values based on lab tests are indicated in the tables for the bestselling sizes and serve as preselection. For an optimum selection of geometry and material type practical tests in system and material combination are necessary.

Ventosas de larga duración en VULKOLLAN® utilizadas principalmente para manipulation de piezas en el eje horizontal.

Gracias a la elasticidad y adaptabilidad de sus labios y la facilidad de montaje de los adaptadores pueden emplearse para manipular piezas delicadas a costes reducidos.

Modificando la intensidad de aspiración pueden también ser transportadas piezas indeformables dotadas de superficie lisa o ligeramente rugosa, tanto en posición vertical como horizontal.

Los valores indicados se han obtenido en ensayos de laboratorio y se dan a título orientativo para poder facilitar una preselección dimensional. Para obtener los resultados en la práctica es absolutamente necesario efectuar los ensayos atendiendo al sistema y a los materiales utilizados, así como la geometría y la dureza de las ventosas.

APLangzeitsauger aus ACLATHAN® bilden eine kompakte Baueinheit, um stabile Hebevorgänge durchzuführen und höhere Lasten ohne Abreißrisiko übernehmen zu können. Je nach Einsatzgebiet sind die Metalle in Messing, Aluminium oder Stahl ausgeführt – sowohl Innengewinde als auch Außengewinde sind herstellbar. Näherungswerte aus Laborversuchen sind in den Tabellen für die gängigen Abmessungen angegeben und dienen der Vorauswahl. Praxisversuche in System- und Materialkombination sind für optimale Auswahl der Geometrie- und Materialausführung erforderlich.

AP-Longlife Suction Cups of ACLATHAN® form a compact building unit in order to carry out stable lifting actions and take over higher loads without breakaway risk. Depending on the field of application the metal parts are made of brass, aluminium or steel and can be supplied with internal or external thread.


Las ventosas de larga duración en VULKOLLAN® con inserto metálico son conjuntos muy estables y compactos asegurando una elevación de piezas pesadas sin riesgo de rotura. Los insertos pueden fabricarse, según la utilización, en latón, en aluminio o en aciero. Pueden suministrarse en ejécución de rosca "macho" o "hembra".

Los valores indicados se han obtenido en ensayos de laboratorio y se dan a título orientativo para poder facilitar una preselección dimensional. AP-Longlife Suction Cups of ACLATHAN® form a compact building unit in order to carry out stable lifting actions and take over higher loads without breakaway risk. Depending on the field of application the metal parts are made of brass, aluminium or steel and can be supplied with internal or external thread.

APLangzeitsauger aus ACLATHAN® werden überwiegend als Vakuumsauger für die Manipulation von Werkstücken in horizontaler Lage eingesetzt. Die Langhalsausführung ist für die Rohrmontage mittels Rohrschelle und geringfügigem kardanschen Ausgleich bei unebenen Teilen verwendbar. Durch ihre elastischen Dichtlippen und leichte Adaptermontage sind sie für ein schonendes Heben von Werkstücken bei niedrigen Montagekosten Bestandteil vieler Vakuum-Systeme. Biegesteife Artikel mit glatter bis leicht unebener Oberfläche sind sowohl horizontal als auch vertikal bei entsprechender Haltekraftkorrektur transportierbar. Näherungswerte aus Laborversuchen sind in den Tabellen für die gängigen Abmessungen angegeben und dienen der Vorauswahl. Praxisversuche in System- und Materialkombination sind für optimale Auswahl der Geometrie- und Materialausführung erforderlich. AP-Longlife Suction Cups of ACLATHAN® are mostly used as vacuum cups for the handling of workpieces in horizontal position.

The long-necked execution is used with uneven parts for tube mounting by means of a wall clamp and slight cardanic compensation.

On account of their elastic sealing lips and easy mounting of the adapters they are part of many vacuum systems for a gentle lifting of workpieces at low cost.

Bending-resistant articles with smooth or slightly uneven surface can be transported horizontally as well as vertically with corresponding correction of cohesion.

La ejecución de cuello o caña alta se utiliza para fijación por tubular y presenta la ventaja de poder igualar los movimientos cuando la pieza a elevar no está completamente lisa.

APLangzeitsauger aus ACLATHAN® sind durch besondere Geometrien und Materialeinstellungen als Vakuumsauger vielseitig einsetzbar. Besondere Ausführungen, nach Zeichnung, Muster oder in Absprache, sind durch die Formgebung und Lippenausbildung dem Verwendungszweck anpaßbar. Die Adapter sind, falls erforderlich, auch durch zusätzliche Metalleinlagen im festen Verbund mit dem elastischen Material. Dadurch ergeben sich bei hochelastischen Lippen großflächige biegesteife Sauger. Doppelanschlüsse oder Arretierungsstifte sowie Montagehilfen sind so einplanbar.

Näherungswerte aus Laborversuchen sind in den Tabellen für die gängigen Abmessungen angegeben und dienen der Vorauswahl. Praxisversuche in System- und Materialkombination sind für optimale Auswahl der Geometrie- und Materialausführung erforderlich.

AP-Longlife Suction Cups of ACLATHAN® can be used as vacuum suckers for a variety of applications on account of special geometries and material types.

Special executions as per drawing or samples can be adapted to the requirements by the shape and lip configuration. If required the adapters are firmly adhered to the elastic material by additional metal inserts. Thus large-surface and bending resistant suckers can be offered with highly elastic lips.

Therefore double connections or stopping pins as well as mounting aids can be planned.


Las ventosas de larga duracción en VULKOLLAN® pueden utilizarse de forma polivalente gracias a lasdiferentes formes, geometrías y materiales en que pueden fabricarse.

Cualquier forma puede obtenerse, bien sea según plano, muestras o después de efectuar un estudio para hallar una solución efectiva. Los adaptadores pueden integrarse ya en la fabricación o posteriormente . Se obtienen así ventosas rígidas, de gran surperficie y dotadas de labios con una gran elasticidad.

Insertos de doble efecto, pernos de guía y topes que puedan facilitar el montaje son tenidos previamente en cuenta en el diseño y ejecución de la ventosa.

Los valores indicados se han obtenido en ensayos de laboratorio y se dan a título orientativo para poder facilitar una preselección dimensional. Scheibensauger Disk type Sucker Ventosas planas

APLangzeitscheibensauger aus ACLATHAN® werden aus Flachmaterial mechanisch in die gewünschte Dimension gebracht. Das Lippenprofil ist parallel gleichmäßig dick. Die Form der Saugglocke wird durch die umgebenden Bauteile bestimmt. Vorspannung und Geometrie des Adapters sowie die Materialdicke bestimmen die konische Form und Funktion des Saugers. Haltekraft und Verformweg ist dadurch nur am Artikel empirisch bestimmbar und kann im Zusammenwirken mit der Haftfläche ermittelt werden. Diese Saugerart ist überwiegend für leichte empfindliche Teile, kurzfristige provisorische Tests oder Sonderabmessungen mit geringen Bedarfszahlen vorgesehen.

AP-Longlife Disk-type Suckers are mechanically made from sheet material. The lip profile has got a uniform thickness. The shape of the sucker is determined by the surrounding components. Prestressing and geometry of the adapter as well as material thickness determine the conical shape and function of the sucker. Therefore lifting power and deformation can only be calculated empirically in interaction with the contact surface. This kind of sucker is mainly used for light and delicate parts, provisional tests or special dimensions with low quantities.

Las ventosas planas se fabrican en las dimensiones solicitadas a partir de placas semi-acabadas en material MACLATAN® AP y VULKOLLAN®. Las surperficies de las ventosas planas son perfectamente paralelas y del mismo espesor. La form obtenida después del montaje depende del adaptador. La fuerza de succión y la deformación de la ventosa plana dependerá de su superficie. Este tipo de ventosas se utiliza para la manipulación de piezas ligeras y frágiles, con dimensiones especiales y prototipos disponibles en cantidades reducidas.
