Zweck / Purpose

Vereinbarung der Kooperation und der Pflichten zwischen beiden Parteien zur Aufrechterhaltung des ICOP Verfahrens Germany einschließlich der gegenseitigen Mitgliedschaft der Akkreditierungsstelle im CBMC Germany bzw. des CBMC Germany im DAkkS Sektor Komitee Managementsysteme.

Agreement of cooperation and of duties between both parties for the maintenance of the ICOP Scheme Germany including mutual membership of the AB in the CBMC Germany and the CBMC Germany in the DAkkS Sector Committee Managementsystems.

1 Anwendungsbereich Scope

Dieses Verfahren gilt für alle Aktivitäten des CBMC Germany und für alle Aktivitäten der DAkkS bzgl. Luftfahrt-, Raumfahrt- und Verteidigungsindustrie.

This procedure is valid for all activities of the CBMC Germany and all activities of DAkkS regarding the Aerospace, Space and Defence Industry.

Hinweis: Sofern in diesem Verfahren externe Quellen (Dokumente, Gesetze, Durchführungsbestimmungen, Standards, Verfahren, Richtlinien Beschlussfassungen, Interpretationen etc. …) referenziert werden, ist immer die aktuell gültige Fassung angesprochen. Änderungen inklusive Aussetzung und Streichung sind bis zur Überarbeitung dieses Verfahrens sinngemäß anzuwenden.

Note: Provided that in this procedure external sources (documents, laws, regulations, standards, procedures, guidelines, resolutions, interpretations etc. …) are referenced, always the current applicable version is addressed. Changes including suspension and cancellation are to be applied analogous until this procedure is updated.

2 Vereinbarung der Zusammenarbeit (MoU) Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)

Die Zusammenarbeit und die Pflichten zwischen dem BDLI (Bundesverband der Deutschen Luft- und Raumfahrtindustrie e.V.), dem BDLI Fachausschuss Qualitätsmanagement, dem Steuerungsgremium CBMC Germany und der deutschen Akkreditierungsstelle DAkkS im Rahmen des ICOP Verfahrens sind in der im Anhang A beigefügten “Vereinbarung der Zusammenarbeit (MoU)“ geregelt.

The cooperation and the duties between the BDLI (German Aerospace Industries Association), the BDLI Quality Committee, the steering committee CBMC Germany and the German Accreditation Body DAkkS concerning the ICOP Scheme are defined in the attached Annex A “Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)”.
