radioactive material, nuclear material, prescribed

substance or irradiating apparatus it acquired.

(2) Every such return shall specify the quantity and

the type of radioactive material, nuclear material,

prescribed substance or irradiating apparatus in the

possession of or under the control of the licensee

together with such other particulars as the appropriate

authority may from time to time require.
