Deutschen Speditions- und Logistikverband (DSLV)

Er wurde am 11. April 2003 in Bonn gegründet. Zusammengeschlossen haben sich darin die beiden

wichtigsten Interessenvertretungen der Branche - der Bundesverband Spedition und Logistik (BSL) und die Vereinigung Deutscher Kraftwagenspediteure (VKS).

Mit rund 4.000 Mitgliedern in 17 Landesorganisationen repräsentiert der DSLV etwa 90 Prozent des bei circa 55 Milliarden Euro liegenden Branchenumsatzes und ist damit die einzige Spitzenorganisation im deutschen Verkehrsgewerbe, die das gesamte Leistungsspektrum aus Spedition und Logistik abdeckt.

Development of Best Practices in the Transport and Logistics of Chemical Goods in Europe

ECTA has been formed to improve the standards of efficiency, safety, and quality as well as the environmental and social impacts of the transport and logistics of chemical goods in Europe.

It aims to reach this objective via : Joint studies of a scientific nature in co-operation between its members,

other associations having related interests, authorities and institutions within Europe be it at a regional, national, European or international level.

The formation of working groups formed of representatives of transporters, logistic service providers and producers of chemical goods, with, where appropriate, the participation of authorities and institutions in order to develop best practices implying improvement in the transport and logistics of chemical goods in Europe.

ECD Warum plötzlich Probleme am 14.8.2009 ?

1. Attached I forward the WORMS press article of 14 Aug about the illegal tank cleaning prosecuted by the Kripo

2. NIENBURG case of 7 Aug : driver of truck company in Oldenburg wanting to clean his tank himself entering the tank – seriously hurt and reanimated at the last second by the city emergency team.

3. Subcontractor of Hoyer (without the knowledge of Hoyer) carefully duplicating ECD’s in a systematic way (2 drivers involved) over a long period. Applying the system in Holland, Germany, Belgium. Interception thanks to the control at the DOW loading point.

4. Similar case in Holland by an individual truck driver: caught for the second time in a year repeating of what he did before.

5. Several cases of duplication in Spain. 6. Italy: Luca Ferando of ALCI makes a dramatic appeal for support. I will

Erwartungen der Spedition

Das ECD ist aus Sicht des Spediteurs sicher begrüßenswert, wenn er dadurch angezeigt bekommt, dass der von ihm befrachtete Tankraum qualitativ hochwertig gereinigt wurde. Allerdings benötigt er das Zertifikat selbst nicht, denn der Frachtführer unterliegt ja nur der allgemeinen Pflicht, einen geeignetes Fahrzeug zu gestellen.

Spediteure mit eigenem Tankraum unterliegen natürlich dieser Pflicht, sind aber frei in ihrer Wahl, wie und wo sie ihre Tanks reinigen lassen.
