Kardiale Kontraktilitätsmodulation (CCM)
CCM-Therapie:
- verbessert Belastungstoleranz und Lebensqualität bei
systolischer Herzinsuffizienz NYHA II-III
- hat keinen negativen Effekt auf das Überleben
(positiver Trend)
- verbessert LV-Größe und -Funktion
- verbessert pathologische Genexpression
sinnvoll bei Patienten ohne CRT-Kriterien

Devicetherapie bei Herzinsuffizienz
- CRT bei Patienten mit EF 35%, NYHA III-IV,
QRS 150 ms (oder 120 ms + Dyssynchronie),
Sinusrhythmus unter optimaler Medikation indiziert.
- Kardiale Kontraktilitätsmodulation (CCM) ist Option bei
therapierefraktärer Herzinsuffizienz & normalem QRS-
Komplex
- MI-Device bei funktioneller Mitralinsuffizienz und fehlendem
OP-Ansatz wahrscheinlich sinnvoll
