She also worked as a senior advisor at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development under President Clinton. Burdock recently launched the Renewable Energy Business Network D.C. Chapter, and she serves on the Environmental Steering Committee of the Episcopal Diocese of Maryland. Lenard worked extensively as a Hill staffer on energy and environmental policy. Prior to her work as a senior legislative aide to Senator Durbin she served as senior legislative assistant to Rep. Frank Pallone, providing counsel to the senior member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee and House Resources Committee on all energy and environment matters. Lenard joined DLGS in 2007.
