Der ESTROMAT 426 ist eine kombinierte Misch- und Spritzanlage zum Verarbeiten von trocken vorge-mischten Tundish- Spritzmassen in Big-Bags. Über einen ca. 2,5 Tonnen fassenden Vorratsbehälter gelangt das Trockenmaterial in den Durchlauf-mischer, in dem durch kontinuierliche Mischwasser-zugabe eine homogene Spritzmasse mit gleich bleibender Konsistenz aufbereitet wird und in die darunter angebrachte Mörtelpumpe gelangt.

Eine Nassmörtelsonde reguliert den Füllstand der Mörtelpumpe durch das Ein- und Ausschalten des Durchlaufmischers vollautomatisch.

Über eine Schneckenpumpe wird die Spritzmasse durch druckfeste Schläuche zum Verarbeitungsort gefördert und mittels Spritzgerät aufgebracht.

The ESTROMAT 426 is a combined mixing- and spraying unit for processing of dry premixed Tundish-spray masses in Big-Bags. Through a dry material hopper for approx. 2,5 tons the dry material reaches the continuous mixer, in which continuously mixing water is added so that a homogeneous spray masse is processed and led to the mortar pump below. A wet mortar probe is adjusting the level of the mortar hopper by switching the continuous mixer automatically on and off.

The screw pump conveys the spray-masses through pressure proof hoses to the processing place and is there applied manually with the spray gun.

The automatic Tundish spraying unit ESTROMAT 450 is processing dry premixed Tundish spraying masses in Big Bags. The unit consists of a walking car on rails, the mixing and spraying unit ESTROMAT 426 and a programmable 5-axle manipulator. The unit is able to find the correct spraying position up to 10 Tundishsautomatically with the help of its computer control. The screw pump of the mixing unit is PLC- and FQ-controlled which allows homogenous layers.

The UELZENER T115 fully pneumatic pressure chamber conveying system for the handling of dry fine grained refractory materials for rapid hot repairs on electric ovens, converters and other localised repairs.The wear of the UELZENER T115 is extremely low as the working principle does not require rotating parts in the bulk goods. The uniform transport of the dry material into the conveying line results from the ratio chamber pressure /conveying pressure, which is adjusted specifi-cally to the material. The working sequence is exten-sively automated, therefore operating errors are practically excluded. The integrated electric-pneuma-tic control regulates preblowing time, opening and closing of material outlet flap, application of air pressure, empty blowing time on conveying line and pressure relief of chamber.

Die gleichmäßige Einschleu-sung des Trockenmaterials in die Förderleitung erfolgt durch das spezifisch auf das Material eingestellte Verhältnis von Kammerdruck zu Förderdruck.Der Arbeitsablauf ist weitgehend automatisiert, wodurch eine Fehlbedienung praktisch ausgeschlos-sen wird. Die Druckkammer-Spritzanlage UELZENER T115-2-R arbeitet automatisch und ist für die kontinuierliche Förderung und Spritzen von trockenen, feinkörnigen Schüttgütern konzipiert. Der Aufbau in einem robusten Rahmengestell, die zuverlässige Arbeitsweise, die einfache Bedienung und der leichte Transport durch Kran oder Stapler zum Einsatzort, machen die Anlage besonders geeignet für den schnellen Reparatur-einsatz im Feuerfestbereich (Heißreparatur) bei Elektroöfen, Konvertern und bei der Rinnenpflege. Der Verschleiß an der UELZENER T 115-2-R ist äußerst gering. Die Rotoraustragseinrichtung ist infolge sorgfältiger Materialauswahl verschleißarm. Die gleichmäßige Einschleusung des Trockenmaterials in die Spritzleitung erfolgt durch die Luftzuführung oberhalb des Rotors und wird durch Rotordrehzahl und durch ein definiertes, auf das verwendete Material spezifisch einstellbares Verhältnis von Kammerdruck zu Förderdruck beeinflusst.Durch die kontinuierliche Einschleusung des Materials und optimal eingestellter Druckluftversorgung wird Flugförderung im Dünnstromprinzip erreicht und Schwallförderung vermieden.Die Beschickung der Anlage geschieht über Big-Bag oder per Silo. Bei Big-Bag-Befüllung kann eine Big-Bag-Aufnahme zum Aufsetzen auf die UELZENER T 115 als Zubehör geliefert werden, die den Arbeitsablauf weitgehend unabhängig von einer momentanen Verfügbarkeit eines Kranes macht.

The pressure vessel gunite machine UELZENER T115-2-R is working automatically and is designed for the continuous conveying of dry, fine grained materials. Built-in in a rigid frame, reliable operation, simple handling and easy transport by crane or forklift to the place of operation make the UELZENER T115-2-R most suitable for the fast repair in the refractory section (hot-repair) of EAF, converters as well as at runners.The wear of the rotor outlet system is low because of its thoroughly selected material. The steady feeding of the dry material into the hose line is effected by the air input above the rotor and is influenced by the rotor speed and a defined relation between the chamber pressure and conveying pressure. Because of the steady feeding with material and optimal air supply the fly conveyance of the material is achieved and a swelling conveyance of material is avoided. The operation of the UELZENER T115-2-R works fully automatically. All important functions - like adjustable pre-blowing time, opening and closing of the material discharge flap, pressurising and de-aeration of the chamber and adjustable time for emptying the conveying line – are automatically controlled by the free programmable SPS-control. Any wrong operation is hereby avoided. Any further charging of the pressure chamber is only possible, when chamber is fully relieved from pressure. A level probe in the chamber is preventing overcharge. On request an electric remote control can be installed.

Die Trockenspritzmaschine UELZENER T39-5 findet Einsatz bei der Wartung und Reparatur von Dampferzeugern und anderen Fällen, wo die Anwendung von größeren Maschinen unwirtschaftlich oder wegen der Maschinen-Abmessungen nicht möglich ist. Stiftkopfmassen, SiC- Massen und andere geeignete Feuerfestmassen werden pneumatisch gefördert und gespritzt. Bereits mit geringem Luftbedarf wird eine Fördermenge bis zu 1,5m³/h erzielt.

Der einfache Aufbau der Maschine und die chargenweise Beschickung mit Sackware sind für kleinere Arbeiten eine Voraussetzung für den schnellen Einsatz. Das Zellenrad arbeitet im Druckbehälter mit geringem Verschleiß. Die bei ähnlichen Konstruktionen erforderliche Abdichtungs-platte entfällt bei der T39-5, wodurch die Betriebs-kosten erheblich reduziert werden konnten.

The UELZENER T39-5 dry spraying machine is used for the maintenance and repair of steam generators and in other cases where the use of larger machines is not economical or not possible because of the machine dimensions. Refractory material for pin tube mills, SiC materials and other suitable refractory materials are conveyed and sprayed pneumatically.

Even with a low air requirement, a conveying capacity of up to 1,5 m³/h is achieved The simple structure of the machine and charge wise loading with material in bags allows a rapid use for smaller jobs. The bucket wheel works in the pressure vessel with low wear. A sealing plate (necessary in similar designs) is not required with the T39-5.which is saving operating costs.considerably.

BeschreibungDer UELZENER T115-500 Spritzmanipulator auf Fahrwagen wird in Verbindung mit der Druckkessel-Spritzanlage UELZENER T115 für Heiß- und Kaltreparatur von Konvertern und Elektroöfen eingesetzt. Die Spritzlanze ist hydraulisch teleskopierbar und in X-, Y- und Z-Richtung drahtlos fernsteuerbar.

UELZENER Durchlaufmischer der Baureihe ESTROMAT 400 haben sich im Baustellenbetrieb, vor allem bei der Mauermörtel-produktion, seit Jahren bestens bewährt. Die 3 Basis-Varianten mit Durchsatzleistungen von 3 - 20 m³/h decken alle Einsatz-bereiche ab, z.B. Mischen von Spezialbaustoffen, Feuerfest-massen, Betonmischen u. Anfeuchten für Betonnass- u. Trocken-spritzverfahren (u.a. bis zu einer Körnung von 20mm), für Hoch-, Tief- und Tunnelbau, in Gießereien, Bergbau, Sonderan-wendungen in der chemischen Industrie u vieles andere mehr.

Die Beschickung der ESTROMAT 400 mit Trockenmaterial kann durch alle marktgängigen Systeme und Einrichtungen erfolgen, z.B. aus Silos und Containern, Sackware oder Big-Bags. Der ESTROMAT 400 mischt vollautomatisch und kontinuierlich werksmäßig vorgemischte Trockenmaterialien in verarbeitbarer Konsistenz. Er kann an jeden Trockenmörtel-Silo/Container mit Norm-Auslaufflansch DN 250 oder DN350 angebaut werden. Bei geöffneter Siloklappe fließt das Trockenmaterial in den Trocken-mörtelbereich des ESTROMAT 400 und wird von einer Dosier-schnecke dem Mischrohr zugeführt. Hier wird das Material mit einer exakt einstellbaren Wassermenge durch eine Mischwelle zu einem homogenen optimal aufgeschlossenen Mörtel aufbereitet.

Die fertige Mischung fällt in einen unter dem Mischerausgang aufgestellten Behälter, der zur Verarbeitungsstelle transportiert wird. Elektr. Steuerung u. Wasserarmatur sind in ein separates leicht transportables Gestell montiert. Die Ansteuerung des E400kann über Fernsteuerung und am Steuerschrank erfolgen, wobei ein einstellbares Zeitrelais den Mischer nach Füllen des Trans-portbehälters automatisch abschaltet.Die bewährte Technik bietet folgende Vorteile:- geringer Platzbedarf für Material-Lagerung und Mischstation- Personaleinsparung trotz hoher Mischleistung- Vermeidung von Mischfehlern, keine Material Verluste- einfache Bedienung und geringer Reinigungsaufwand

Der Durchlaufmischer ESTROMAT 401 wird für die Verarbeitung von Sackware auf ein Gestell montiert und mit einem Trichter ausgerüstet.

ESTROMAT 401 - 403Continuous mixer for pre-mixed mortar delivered in silo/container or big-bag

The UELZENER continuous mixers of the series ESTROMAT 400 proved their success in the best way since year’s operating on building sites, particularly with masonry mortar production. The 3 basic types with flow rate performances of 3 - 20 m³/h are suitable for all applications; e.g. mixing of special building materials,refractory masses, concrete mixing and moistening for concrete wet- and dry-spraying techniques (up to grain sizes of 20mm), for construction and tunnelling, foundries, mining industry as well as special applications in the chemical industry and many more.

The ESTROMAT 400 can be feed by each marketable system and equipment, e.g. from silos, containers, bag ware or Big Bags. The ESTROMAT 400 mixes fully automatic and continuously pre-mixed dry materials to suitable processable consistency. The unit can be mounted at each dry-mortar silo/container with standard discharge flange ID250 or ID350. With opened silo flap the dry material flows into the dry mortar area of the ESTROMAT 400 and is supplied by a dosing screw to the mixing tube. Here the material is mixed with an accurately adjustable quantity of water to a homogeneous mortar.

The finished mixture is processed into a vessel which is installed under the mixer outlet, which can be transported to the place ofoperation. Electrical control and water armature are mounted in a separate, well transportable rack. The ESTROMAT 400 can be controlled by remote control and directly at the control box, while an adjustable time relay is switching the mixer automatically off when the transport container is filled.

The proved technique grants the following advantages - little space for material storage and mixing station - saving manpower at high mixing output- elimination of mixing errors, no loss of material - simple handling and low cleaning expenses
