m-systems has newly developed the discharge station ES14
(patent pending) which guarantees trouble-free material
discharge from octabins.

Die Anlage kann alle Standard - Paletten bis zu einer
Größe von 1200 mm x 1300 mm aufnehmen und
kann mit einem Hubwagen befahren werden.
The ES14 can discharge all pallets up to a size of 1200
mm x 1300 mm and can be loaded by a manual fork
lift (pump truck) also.
Die Steuerung erfolgt automatisch. Langwierige
Einstell- und Programmiervorgänge entfallen völlig.
The machine is controlled automatically. Complex
adjustment or programming is not required.
Die ES14 kippt den Oktabin, so dass das Granulat zur
tiefsten stelle fliesst, von wo es abgesaugt wird. Ein
einstellbarer Vibrationsmotor sorgt dabei für guten
Materialfluss. Eingebaute Sicherungssysteme und
zwei auf Ihren Bedarf zugeschnittene Varianten von
Schutzumhausungen schützen vor Fehlbedienungen
und sorgen für die Sicherheit Ihrer Mitarbeiter.
Die aufklappbare Abdeckung aus Aluminium schützt Ihr
Granulat vor möglichen Verschmutzungen.
Eine Blinkleuchte signalisiert den entleerten Oktabin.

Eine völlig neu entwickelte Teleskop-Sauglanze ver-
einfacht die Handhabung enorm und ist trotz ihrer
kurzen Baulänge in der Lage, selbst größte Oktabins zu
entleeren.
Der speziell geformte Lanzenkopf verhindert,dass die
Folie des Oktabin angesaugt wird und die Lanze ver-
stopft.
A brand new developed telescope suction lance simpli-
fies the use distinctly and is able to discharge the largest
oktabins as the lance is telescopic.
The lance tip is specially designed to avoid sucking in
the octabin foil liner.

Jede Oktabin - Entleerstation ES14 kann mit einer optional
von m-systems erhältlichen Granulatweiche mit einer
zweiten ES14 gekoppelt werden. Das bedeutet, die ES14 ist
in der Lage, nach der Entleerung des ersten Oktabin,
vollautomatisch auf eine zweite Station umzuschalten, um
ununterbrochene Granulatversorgung sicher zu stellen. Bei
Bedarf kann manuell zwischen den beiden gekoppelten
Stationen hin und her geschaltet werden.
Für die Granulatweiche ist kein separater Druckluft- und
Stromanschluss notwendig.
Sie kommt komplett mit Wandhalter zur Auslieferung.
With an optional available pellet diverter valve switch there
is the possibility to connect two stations.
That means if the first octabin is discharged the systems
automatically switches to the second station to guarantee
continuous material flow.
If necessary you are able to switch from one station to the
other by hand.
No separate compressed air supply and power connection is
necessary.
The 2 way granulate switch will be sold with a wall bracket.
Die momentan aktive Anlage wird durch den blau leuchtenden Umschalter angezeigt.
A blue light on the switch indicates which station is active.
