Dr. Udo Haberland, Leiter des Bereichs Entwicklung und Innovation, berichtet über eine solche Idee: „Wir haben auf Initiative eines Mitarbeiters das Handling und den praktischen Nutzen eines Motors deutlich verbessert.“ Der innovative Mitarbeiter hatte den Einfall, die Antriebssteuerung direkt in den Motor zu integrieren – das sparte Platz. Innovative Vorschläge sind beim Top-Innovator gern gesehen. Jeder der weltweit rund 2.000 Beschäftigten kann sie einreichen. Dazu füllt er ein Formblatt aus. Ein Gremium prüft dann, ob sich die Ideen realisieren lassen. „Ob sich eine Idee durchsetzt, hängt im Wesentlichen davon ab, ob unsere Kunden etwas davon haben“, sagt Dr. Haberland.

FAULHABER crowned innovation champion
Überlingen/Schönaich – Let go of the old and try something new: innovative small- and medium-sized companies such as Dr. Fritz Faulhaber GmbH & Co. KG from Schönaich near Stuttgart are not afraid of change, but rather embrace it as an opportunity. The company was thus able to convince in the 27th round of the TOP 100 innovation competition. As of June 19, FAULHABER is once again officially among the TOP 100. In the scientific selection process, the company, competing in size class C (more than 200 employees), convinced in particular in categories “Innovative Processes/Organisation” and “Climate of Innovation”. FAULHABER can count itself among Germany’s top innovators for the fourth time.
The TOP 100 company, which is based near Stuttgart, develops and manufactures high-performance DC motors, brushless DC motors, and stepper and linear motors as one of the leading providers in the field of high-precision miniature and micro drive systems. In addition, the drive specialist offers suitable precision gearheads, linear components, encoders and drive electronics assemblies for constructing complete systems. These are used in robotics, aerospace, optics, medical and laboratory technology, precision monitoring and measuring technology as well as other innovative industries. Surgical instruments used for minimally invasive procedures, for example, have little space for a drive. So little space is available, in fact, that the FAULHABER employees need to come up with solutions. Dr. Udo Haberland, head of the Development and Innovation department, reports on one such idea: “At the suggestion of an employee, we significantly improved the handling and practical uses of a motor.” The innovative employee had the idea to integrate the drive control directly in the motor – that saved space. Normally, the miniature drives – the smallest drive ever manufactured has a diameter of just 1.9 millimetres – are controlled by a separate electronic unit.
Innovative suggestions are always welcome at the top innovator. They can be submitted by any of the around 2,000 employees worldwide. A form simply needs to be completed. A committee then reviews the ideas for feasibility. “Whether or not an idea is successful depends largely on whether it benefits our customers”, says Dr. Haberland.

Überlingen/Schönaich – Abandonner l'ancien, oser la nouveauté : les petites et moyennes entreprises innovantes telles que Dr. Fritz Faulhaber GmbH & Co. KG de Schönaich près de Stuttgart n'ont pas peur du changement, elles le considèrent comme une opportunité. C'est ce qui a permis à l'entreprise de se distinguer lors de la 27e édition du concours du TOP 100 de l'innovation. Depuis le 19 juin, FAULHABER figure une fois de plus officiellement dans le TOP 100. Lors du processus de sélection scientifique, l'entreprise a notamment impressionné, parmi les concurrents de taille C (plus de 200 employés), dans les catégories « Processus et organisation innovants » et « Climat d'innovation ». C'est la quatrième fois que FAULHABER compte parmi les meilleurs innovateurs d'Allemagne.
L'entreprise du TOP 100 située près de Stuttgart en Allemagne est l'un des principaux fournisseurs dans le domaine des systèmes d'entraînement miniatures et microsystèmes de haute précision. Elle développe et fabrique des moteurs C.C. puissants, des moteurs C.C. sans balais, des moteurs pas à pas et des moteurs linéaires. En outre, le spécialiste de l'entraînement propose des réducteurs de précision, des composants linéaires, des codeurs et des blocs électroniques de commande adaptés pour la construction de systèmes complets. Dans d'autres applications également, il y a parfois tellement peu de place que les collaborateurs de FAULHABER doivent trouver un moyen. Udo Haberland, responsable du département Développement et Innovation, fait état d'une telle idée : « À l'initiative d'un collaborateur, nous avons considérablement amélioré la manipulation et l'utilité pratique d'un moteur. » Le collaborateur inventif a eu l'idée d'intégrer la commande de l'entraînement directement dans le moteur – ce qui a permis de gagner de la place. Normalement, les entraînements miniatures – le plus petit jamais produit a un diamètre de seulement 1,9 millimètres – sont contrôlés par une unité électronique à part.
Chez le top innovateur, les suggestions innovantes sont toujours les bienvenues. Elles peuvent être soumises par chacun des quelque 2 000 collaborateurs à travers le monde. Il suffit de remplir un formulaire. Un comité vérifie ensuite la faisabilité des idées. « Le succès d'une idée dépend essentiellement du fait que nos clients peuvent en tirer profit ou non », explique M. Haberland.

L’azienda è stata così in grado di convincere la giuria nella 27a edizione della competizione per l’innovazione TOP 100. Dal 19 giugno FAULHABER è di nuovo ufficialmente tra i TOP 100. Nel processo di selezione scientifica, l'azienda, tra le imprese di classe di dimensione C (oltre 200 dipendenti), ha convinto in particolare nelle categorie “Processi e organizzazione innovativi” e “Clima dell'innovazione”. Per la quarta volta, FAULHABER può annoverarsi tra le migliori aziende innovatrici della Germania.

Überlingen/Schönaich – Niet bang zijn het oude los te laten en iets nieuws te proberen: innovatieve MKB-bedrijven als Dr. Fritz Faulhaber GmbH & Co. KG uit het nabij Stuttgart gelegen Schönaich zien verandering als een uitdaging. Daarvan werd weer overtuigend bewijs geleverd in de 27e versie van de TOP 100 innovatiewedstrijd. Sinds 19 juni hoort FAULHABER opnieuw officieel bij de TOP 100. In het wetenschappelijke selectieproces overtuigde het bedrijf, dat deelnam in groottecategorie C (meer dan 200 werknemers), met name in de categorieën "Innovatieve processen/organisatie" en "Innovatieklimaat". FAULHABER mag zich daarmee voor de vierde keer tot de topinnovatoren van Duitsland rekenen.
Het TOP 100-bedrijf, dat gevestigd is in de buurt van Stuttgart, ontwikkelt en produceert hoogpresterende DC-motoren, borstelloze DC-motoren en stappen- en lineaire motoren. Het is een van de toonaangevende aanbieders op het gebied van hoogprecisie miniatuur- en micro-aandrijfsystemen. Daarnaast biedt de aandrijvingsspecialist geschikte precisietandwielkasten, lineaire componenten, encoders en aandrijfelektronica voor de bouw van complete systemen. Dr. Udo Haberland, hoofd van de afdeling Ontwikkeling en Innovatie, vertelt over zo'n idee: "Op voorstel van een medewerker wisten we de bediening en het praktische gebruik van een motor aanzienlijk te verbeteren." Deze innovatieve medewerker had het idee om de aandrijfbesturing direct in de motor te integreren - dat scheelde ruimte. Normaal gesproken worden miniatuuraandrijvingen - de kleinste die ooit is gemaakt heeft een diameter van slechts 1,9 millimeter - aangestuurd door een aparte elektronische eenheid.
Innovatieve suggesties zijn bij de top-innovator altijd welkom. Ze kunnen worden ingediend door elk van de ongeveer 2.000 mensen die wereldwijd bij FAULHABER werken. Er is niet meer voor nodig dan een formulier invullen. Vervolgens beoordeelt een comité de haalbaarheid. "Of een idee het haalt, hangt vooral af van de vraag of onze klanten er beter van worden", zegt Dr. Haberland.

Überlingen/Schönaich – Altes loslassen und Neues wagen: Innovative Mittelständler wie die Dr. Fritz Faulhaber GmbH & Co. KG aus Schönaich bei Stuttgart haben keine Angst vor dem Wandel, sondern begreifen ihn als Chance. Damit überzeugte das Unternehmen bei der 27. Runde des Innovationswettbewerbs TOP 100. FAULHABER gehört seit dem 19. Juni offiziell erneut zu den TOP 100. In dem wissenschaftlichen Auswahlverfahren beeindruckte das Unternehmen in der Größenklasse C (mehr als 200 Beschäftigte) besonders in den Kategorien „Innovative Prozesse und Organisation“ und „Innovationsklima“. FAULHABER darf sich bereits zum vierten Mal zu den Top-Innovatoren Deutschlands zählen.
Das TOP 100-Unternehmen, das in der Nähe von Stuttgart ansässig ist, entwickelt und fertigt als einer der führenden Anbieter im Bereich der hochpräzisen Miniatur- und Mikroantriebssysteme leistungsstarke DC-, bürstenlose DC-, Schritt- und Linearmotoren. Ergänzend bietet der Antriebsspezialist passende Präzisionsgetriebe, Linearkomponenten, Encoder und Antriebselektronik-Baugruppen für den Aufbau von Komplettsystemen an. Diese kommen in der Robotik, der Luft- und Raumfahrt, der Optik, der Medizin- und Labortechnik, der Präzisionsüberwachung und Messtechnik sowie weiteren innovativen Branchen zum Einsatz. So lassen beispielsweise chirurgische Arbeitsgeräte, die für minimalinvasive Eingriffe genutzt werden, wenig Platz für einen Antrieb. Mitunter steht so wenig Platz zur Verfügung, dass sich die FAULHABER-Mitarbeiter etwas einfallen lassen müssen. Dr. Udo Haberland, Leiter des Bereichs Entwicklung und Innovation, berichtet über eine solche Idee: „Wir haben auf Initiative eines Mitarbeiters das Handling und den praktischen Nutzen eines Motors deutlich verbessert.“ Der innovative Mitarbeiter hatte den Einfall, die Antriebssteuerung direkt in den Motor zu integrieren – das sparte Platz. Normalerweise werden die Miniaturantriebe– der Kleinste je gefertigte Antrieb hat gerade mal einen Durchmesser von 1,9 Millimetern – von einer separaten elektronischen Einheit gesteuert.
Innovative Vorschläge sind beim Top-Innovator gern gesehen. Jeder der weltweit rund 2.000 Beschäftigten kann sie einreichen. Dazu füllt er ein Formblatt aus. Ein Gremium prüft dann, ob sich die Ideen realisieren lassen. „Ob sich eine Idee durchsetzt, hängt im Wesentlichen davon ab, ob unsere Kunden etwas davon haben“, sagt Dr. Haberland.

Überlingen/Schönaich – Let go of the old and try something new: innovative small- and medium-sized companies such as Dr. Fritz Faulhaber GmbH & Co. KG from Schönaich near Stuttgart are not afraid of change, but rather embrace it as an opportunity. The company was thus able to convince in the 27th round of the TOP 100 innovation competition. As of June 19, FAULHABER is once again officially among the TOP 100. In the scientific selection process, the company, competing in size class C (more than 200 employees), convinced in particular in categories “Innovative Processes/Organisation” and “Climate of Innovation”. FAULHABER can count itself among Germany’s top innovators for the fourth time.
The TOP 100 company, which is based near Stuttgart, develops and manufactures high-performance DC motors, brushless DC motors, and stepper and linear motors as one of the leading providers in the field of high-precision miniature and micro drive systems. In addition, the drive specialist offers suitable precision gearheads, linear components, encoders and drive electronics assemblies for constructing complete systems. These are used in robotics, aerospace, optics, medical and laboratory technology, precision monitoring and measuring technology as well as other innovative industries. Surgical instruments used for minimally invasive procedures, for example, have little space for a drive. So little space is available, in fact, that the FAULHABER employees need to come up with solutions. Dr. Udo Haberland, head of the Development and Innovation department, reports on one such idea: “At the suggestion of an employee, we significantly improved the handling and practical uses of a motor.” The innovative employee had the idea to integrate the drive control directly in the motor – that saved space. Normally, the miniature drives – the smallest drive ever manufactured has a diameter of just 1.9 millimetres – are controlled by a separate electronic unit.
Innovative suggestions are always welcome at the top innovator. They can be submitted by any of the around 2,000 employees worldwide. A form simply needs to be completed. A committee then reviews the ideas for feasibility. “Whether or not an idea is successful depends largely on whether it benefits our customers”, says Dr. Haberland.

Überlingen/Schönaich – Abandonner l'ancien, oser la nouveauté : les petites et moyennes entreprises innovantes telles que Dr. Fritz Faulhaber GmbH & Co. KG de Schönaich près de Stuttgart n'ont pas peur du changement, elles le considèrent comme une opportunité. C'est ce qui a permis à l'entreprise de se distinguer lors de la 27e édition du concours du TOP 100 de l'innovation. Depuis le 19 juin, FAULHABER figure une fois de plus officiellement dans le TOP 100. Lors du processus de sélection scientifique, l'entreprise a notamment impressionné, parmi les concurrents de taille C (plus de 200 employés), dans les catégories « Processus et organisation innovants » et « Climat d'innovation ». C'est la quatrième fois que FAULHABER compte parmi les meilleurs innovateurs d'Allemagne.
L'entreprise du TOP 100 située près de Stuttgart en Allemagne est l'un des principaux fournisseurs dans le domaine des systèmes d'entraînement miniatures et microsystèmes de haute précision. Elle développe et fabrique des moteurs C.C. puissants, des moteurs C.C. sans balais, des moteurs pas à pas et des moteurs linéaires. Udo Haberland, responsable du département Développement et Innovation, fait état d'une telle idée : « À l'initiative d'un collaborateur, nous avons considérablement amélioré la manipulation et l'utilité pratique d'un moteur. » Le collaborateur inventif a eu l'idée d'intégrer la commande de l'entraînement directement dans le moteur – ce qui a permis de gagner de la place. Normalement, les entraînements miniatures – le plus petit jamais produit a un diamètre de seulement 1,9 millimètres – sont contrôlés par une unité électronique à part.
Chez le top innovateur, les suggestions innovantes sont toujours les bienvenues. Elles peuvent être soumises par chacun des quelque 2 000 collaborateurs à travers le monde. Il suffit de remplir un formulaire. Un comité vérifie ensuite la faisabilité des idées. « Le succès d'une idée dépend essentiellement du fait que nos clients peuvent en tirer profit ou non », explique M. Haberland.

FAULHABER gekroond als innovatiekampioen
Überlingen/Schönaich – Niet bang zijn het oude los te laten en iets nieuws te proberen: innovatieve MKB-bedrijven als Dr. Fritz Faulhaber GmbH & Co. KG uit het nabij Stuttgart gelegen Schönaich zien verandering als een uitdaging. Daarvan werd weer overtuigend bewijs geleverd in de 27e versie van de TOP 100 innovatiewedstrijd. Sinds 19 juni hoort FAULHABER opnieuw officieel bij de TOP 100. In het wetenschappelijke selectieproces overtuigde het bedrijf, dat deelnam in groottecategorie C (meer dan 200 werknemers), met name in de categorieën "Innovatieve processen/organisatie" en "Innovatieklimaat". FAULHABER mag zich daarmee voor de vierde keer tot de topinnovatoren van Duitsland rekenen.
Het TOP 100-bedrijf, dat gevestigd is in de buurt van Stuttgart, ontwikkelt en produceert hoogpresterende DC-motoren, borstelloze DC-motoren en stappen- en lineaire motoren. Het is een van de toonaangevende aanbieders op het gebied van hoogprecisie miniatuur- en micro-aandrijfsystemen. Daarnaast biedt de aandrijvingsspecialist geschikte precisietandwielkasten, lineaire componenten, encoders en aandrijfelektronica voor de bouw van complete systemen. Deze worden gebruikt in de robotica, lucht- en ruimtevaart, optica, medische en laboratoriumtechnologie, precisiebewakings- en -meettechniek en andere innovatieve industrieën. Zo hebben de chirurgische instrumenten die worden gebruikt voor minimaal invasieve procedures weinig ruimte voor een aandrijving. Zo weinig ruimte zelfs dat medewerkers FAULHABER speciale oplossingen moeten bedenken. Dr. Udo Haberland, hoofd van de afdeling Ontwikkeling en Innovatie, vertelt over zo'n idee: "Op voorstel van een medewerker wisten we de bediening en het praktische gebruik van een motor aanzienlijk te verbeteren." Deze innovatieve medewerker had het idee om de aandrijfbesturing direct in de motor te integreren - dat scheelde ruimte. Normaal gesproken worden miniatuuraandrijvingen - de kleinste die ooit is gemaakt heeft een diameter van slechts 1,9 millimeter - aangestuurd door een aparte elektronische eenheid.
Innovatieve suggesties zijn bij de top-innovator altijd welkom. Ze kunnen worden ingediend door elk van de ongeveer 2.000 mensen die wereldwijd bij FAULHABER werken. Er is niet meer voor nodig dan een formulier invullen. Vervolgens beoordeelt een comité de haalbaarheid. "Of een idee het haalt, hangt vooral af van de vraag of onze klanten er beter van worden", zegt Dr. Haberland.
