MENTOR ist Spezialist im Bereich der Griffe und setzt mit dem Inhalt dieses Kata-

loges erneut Akzente. Neben der Vielfalt an Materialien im Bereich der Thermo-

plaste für Kunststoffapplikationen sowie der Duroplaste für besondere Ansprüche

in speziellen temperatursensiblen Umgebungen werden weitere Problemlösun-

gen in dem Metallbereich geboten.

Der Kunde kann auswählen, ob er

Stahl-, Aluminium- oder Nirostaaus-

führungen für seine speziellen Appli-

kationen bevorzugt.

Diese unterschiedlichsten Ausführun-

gen sind in den vielfältigsten Ober-

flächen verfügbar, so dass der Kunde

zwischen diversen Lackierungen,

Pulverlacken, Verchromungen, Elo-

xalschichten oder aber der rostfreien

Oberfläche auswählen kann.

Speziell bei den Metallgriffen wird

sorgsam auf eine professionelle Ver-

arbeitung Wert gelegt. So sind z.B. bei

den Aluminiumgriffen die mechanisch

bearbeiteten Flächen geschliffen und die Kanten verrundet und bieten somit mit

der standardseitigen Eloxalschicht in natur und schwarz ein besonders schönes

und hochwertiges Design.

Aber auch unser Programm im Bereich der Nirostagriffe ist besonders vielfältig und

bietet neben unserer Griffpalette in grau-weißem Design eine besondere Ergänzung

zu dem vielfältigen Standardprogramm des Hauses.

Somit werden auch die Bereiche der Außenanwendungen, Nassbereiche aber auch die

Einsatzgebiete in Medizin, Nahrung, Anlagentechnik und Büro umfangreich abgedeckt.

Auch kundenspezifische Lösungen wer-

den natürlich gerne von uns erarbeitet.

Neben dem umfangreichen Neuheiten-

programm in allen Bereichen der zuvor

geschilderten Materialien und Oberflä-

chenausstattungen, versteht MENTOR

sich natürlich auch als der Problemlö-

ser unserer Kunden.

Insofern verwundert es nicht, dass

Beleuchtungsleisten und Lichtvorhän-

ge für z.B. Schaltschränke und ähnliche

Applikationen inklusive der entspre-

chenden Steuerungseinheiten bereits

erfolgreich in Schaltschränke und ande-

re Anwendungen integriert wurden.

Gerade in diesem Zusammenhang ist

als Neuheit auch unsere neue Familie

der beleuchteten Griffschalen hervorzuheben, deren Ausweitung und Ergänzung

stetig vorangetrieben wird. Hier gibt es bereits vielfältige Ansätze im Maschinen-

und Schaltschrank-Griffbereich sowie in den Anwendungsfällen der Orientierungs-

beleuchtung.

MENTOR is a specialist in the area of handles and once again sets trends with the

contents of this catalogue. Apart from the wide range of thermoplastic materi-

als for plastic applications as well as of duroplastics for specific requirements in

special temperature-sensitive environments, further solutions in metal are being

offered. The customer may select steel,

aluminium or stainless constructions

as a preference for his special appli-

cations.

These different constructions are avai-

lable in a wide range of surfaces. This

permits the customer to choose bet-

ween various varnishes, powder coa-

tings, chrome platings, anodizing coa-

tings, or of course a stainless surface.

For metal handles in particular, a care-

ful emphasis is placed on professional

fabrication. In the case of the alumini-

um handles, for example, the mechani-

cally worked surfaces are sanded down

and the edges are rounded. Together

with the standard anodizing coating in natural and black color, they offer a parti-

cularly beautiful and high-quality design.

However, our product range in the area of stainless handles is particularly varied.

Together with our selection of handles in a grey-white design, it complements our

large standard product range in a special way.

It thus extensively covers the areas of outdoor applications, damp areas, but also

the application areas in medicine, food technology, plant engineering and office

technology. Of course we are happy to produce customer-specific solutions.

Apart from the extensive novelty pro-

gramme in all areas of the materials

and surface finishes described before,

we at MENTOR also see ourselves as

our customers‘ problem solver.

Insofar it is not surprising that illu-

mination rails and lights grids, have

into, e.g., switching cabinets and simi-

lar applications, together with their

respective control units.

Locate the handle inclusive the integrated light guide ➀ on the front panel. Fasten bracket ➁, washer ➂ and screw ➃ on the light guide side.

Drill and deburr the fastening holes with distance A in the front panel.

Fix the handle ➀ with washer ➄ and screw ➅ to the front panel.

Slip the LED socket ➆ over the bracket ➁ until it snaps in. In this process the LED fits into the drilled screw ➃.

Connect the electrical contacts. The anode is marked by „+“ on the LED socket ➆.
