Several hand sanitizer stands are availablethroughout the resort.

Our staff is regularly tested on COVID-19.

In order to shorten the contact time at thereception during check-in, you have the possibilityto provide all necessary registration data beforeyour arrival.

There are no newspapers, magazines or books inthe hotel or in the rooms.

The cleaning and hygiene plans were adaptedthroughout the public areas and in the rooms. Theintensity of disinfection was increased and theintervals shortened. These measures were auditedand awarded by TÜV Austria in December 2020.

In the restaurants you will be escorted to yourtable. You will keep it during your stay forbreakfast and dinner. Please inform us if you wouldlike to invite guests so that we can take this intoaccount in our table allocation.

You will notice only minimal changes during yourstay. We use cleaning products with improveddisinfection effect and, as always, we pay specialattention to the highest cleaning quality. Beforeyour arrival, your entire room including fabrics willbe disinfected with professional fogging machines.

There are no newspapers or magazines availableon your room. We are happy to give you thecurrent TV program at the reception desk and it isalso available on the Smart TV.

In the rooms and in all public areas, door bucklesand lift control boards, as well as the loungers inthe SPA area, are disinfected several times a day.
