2. Participation / Team quotas 3 male and 3 female competitors of each country (6+6 for the host federation) Plus the first 10 women and men as listed on the World Ranking (Boulder) at the registration deadline, plus reigning World and Continental Champions plus supplementary list

VISA: If you need invitations for Visa, please send us the names, birthdates and passport numbers plus the address where to send the invitations. Please do this before July 18th in order to get the invitation in time.

3. Registration / Deadline • Please use the online registration www.ifsc-climbing.org/egroupware • The federations are also requested to send a copy of the competitor list

including the accompanying team officials/ coaches to [email protected] . On this paper, every federation is requested to list the phone number of at least one team official/ coach.

• Registration Deadline: 6.00 pm Monday, August 8th • Important: Only competitors with valid IFSC international licenses for 2011

will be allowed! 4. Prize Money According to IFSC standards.

The World Cup will take place in the context of a big outdoor festival in and around the stadium. See: www.impark.de > Outdoorfestival Location Plan:

Parking (ticket required) is available right at the stadium, for getting to the stadium see Googlemaps or any other online travel planner! Every national team will get a contingent of free parking tickets at the registration. The team parking area will be signposted.

For the registration/ technical meeting: please take the gate at the Spiridon Louis Ring (access from Lerchenauer Straße only) and follow the signs “Registration/ Technical Meeting” to the “Ehrengastbereich” stadium entrance

11. Travel details

By plane: Munich Airport is approx. 35 km from the venue. From here you can either take a rental car or take the train (S 1, direction “Neufahrn” to Munich central station/ “Hauptbahnhof” (see also “By train” below).

By car: The Olympic Stadium is easily accessible from all directions (follow signs “Olympiapark” or “BMW-Welt”) and is located directly at the Munich Mittlerer Ring. For detailed travel information use a travel planner. Parking is available right at the stadium; the best parking area is reached via Landshuter Allee.

By train: From Munich central station/ “Hauptbahnhof” either take the Subway (U2, direction “Feldmoching”) to station “Scheidplatz” where you change to U3 (direction “OEZ/ Olympia Einkaufszentrum”) to station “Olympiazentrum”. Exit here. You can also take U1 from the Hauptbahnhof (direction “OEZ/ Olympia Einkaufszentrum”) to the last stop at the OEZ and there change to U3 direction “Marienplatz/ Fürstenried West” to station “Olympiazentrum”. From the city centre Marienplatz the station “Olympiapark” can be reached directly with U3 direction OEZ.

From the station “Olympiazentrum” head first to the big BMW World (futuristic building visible from the subway station). Leave the BMW world to your right and turn right into a walkway parallel to the big road Mittlerer Ring. The stadium can be seen to the left of the ring and is reached via a bridge over the Mittlerer Ring. You get to the venue right after you have passed the main entrance slightly to the right.

Place of venue: Munich Olympic Stadium, Spiridon-Louis-Ring 21, 80809 München, Germany – parking space is available right in front of the stadium (see location plan).
