It does not matter whether the purpose is to inspect a BGA which had just replaced using the rework sys-tem, or whether the aim is to establish or verify correct process parameters – the ERSASCOPE inspection system has established itself as the preferred tool to non-destructively inspect hidden solder joints, and as such it should be at hand in each and every electronic manufacturing environment. It does not matter whether the purpose is to inspect a BGA which had just replaced using the rework sys-tem, or whether the aim is to establish or verify correct process parameters – the ERSASCOPE inspection system has established itself as the preferred tool to non-destructively inspect hidden solder joints, and as such it should be at hand in each and every electronic manufacturing environment. The new ERSA mobile SCOPE is a mobile inspection system providing quick and easy solder joint inspection wherever it is needed.

Im Ausbildungsverbund Lötschulungen des DVS bietet ERSA ganzjährig Schulungen zur Handlöt-Arbeitskraft / Elektronik-fertigung (DVS 2620) an und veranstaltet Know-how-Seminare rund um die Maschinen- und Prozesstechnik.
In addition to its comprehensive product range, ERSA also of-fers a range of services such as employee qualifi cation mea-sures, system and process audits, ramp-up support or equip-ment capability studies. ERSA also advises its customers on the subject of special applications, having extensive test facili-ties in its 400 m² in-house application and demo center.As an accredited member of the Training Association Soldering Education of the DVS, ERSA offers year round training courses leading to the certifi cation of the participants as Manual Sol-dering Specialist / Electronic Manufacturing (DVS 2620). In ad-dition to these training courses, ERSA also offers Know-How Seminars covering systems and process technology.
