3Funktion/Betrieb

Der Handscheinwerfer kann mit deman der Rückseite angebrachtenDruckknopftaster (Abbildung 1/2) ein-und ausgeschaltet werden.

LampenüberwachungBeim Einschalten (Push drücken) leuch-tet die Sparlampe ca. 10 Sekunden mitder Hauptlampe auf. Bei defekterHauptlampe erfolgt automatischesUmschalten auf die Sparlampe(Fadenbruchkontrolle). Ein totalerLichtausfall wird dadurch vermieden.

LadezustandsanzeigeDer Ladezustand des Akkus wird durchfünf Leuchtdioden angezeigt. 3 Funzionamento/uso

La lampada portatile può essere acce-sa e spenta tramite tasto a pressione(fig. 1/2) situato sul retro.

Posizioni di commutazione: ON – lam-peggiare – off

Monitoraggio della lampada

Accendendo la lampada portatile (pre-mere push), la lampada a risparmioenergetico si illumina per ca. 10 secon-di insieme alla lampada principale. Inpresenza di difetti sulla lampada prin-cipale si ha una commutazione auto-matica dalla lampada principale allalampada a risparmio energetico (con-trollo rottura filamenti) per non restareal buio.

Visualizzazione dello stato dicarica Lo stato di carica dell’accumulatoreviene segnalato da cinque diodi lumi-nosi. Accendendo la lampada princi-pale i diodi luminosi segnalano lacapacità della batteria per 10 secondica. La temperatura della batteriainfluenza la visualizzazione dello statodi carica. Se la batteria è completa-mente carica e il LED superiore si illu-mina solo per pochi istanti, ciò è dovu-to agli influssi di temperatura e non aun difetto della batteria o della lampa-da portatile.

3 Function/operating

The portable lamp can be switched onand off by the push button (illustration1/2) situated at the back.

Switching steps: ON-Flashing-OFF

Lamp monitoringWhen switching on (pressing the pushbutton), the economy lamp lights up forabout 10 seconds together with themain lamp. In the case of a faulty mainlamp, there is an automatic switch overto the economy lamp (filament breakmonitor) in order to avoid a total lightfailure.

Charging condition displayThe accumulator charge is indicated byfive light-emitting diodes. When themain lamp is switched on, the light-emitting diodes indicate the availablebattery capacity for about 10 seconds.The battery temperature influences thecharging state display. If the battery isfully charged and the upper LED lightsup only briefly, this can be attributed totemperature influence. Neither the bat-tery nor the portable lamp are faulty.

TiefentladeschutzVor dem Erreichen derLadeschlussspannung wird automa-tisch auf die Sparlampe umgeschaltet.Restleuchtdauer mit der Sparlampe ca.1 Stunde. Beim Erreichen derLadeschlussspannung wird die Lampeausgeschaltet. Leuchte nicht über län-gere Zeit ungeladen lagern. BeiNichtgebrauch den Handscheinwerferimmer im Ladegerät aufladen bzw.parken.

Überwachte Ladespannungsquelle:Mindestspannung bei 12 V ca. 11,8 V

bei 24 V ca. 23,6 V

Werden diese Mindestspannungenunterschritten, wird die Stromaufnahmeaus der Ladespannungsquelle auf einMinimum reduziert. Beide grünenLeuchtdioden des Ladegerätes sinddann ausgeschaltet. Diese Überwa-chung schützt die Fahrzeugbatterie vorzu großer Entladung. Eine totaleEntladung der Fahrzeugbatterie istdadurch nicht möglich, bei älterenFahrzeugbatterien wird somit nur beilaufendem Motor des Fahrzeugs gela-den.

N e t z w ä c h t e r f u n k t i o n(Notlichtfunktion)Steht der Handscheinwerfer imLadegerät und die Netzspannung fälltaus, leuchtet die Hauptlampe auf, wasfür das Auffinden desHandscheinwerfers ideal ist. BeiNetzwiederkehr wird diese wiederausgeschaltet.

Zum Abschalten der Notlichtfunktionmuss der äußerste Ladekontakt aufdem Handscheinwerfer unterbrochen(zugeklebt) werden (siehe Abbildung1/1). Dies ist auch beiFahrzeugeinbau bei 230 V erforder-lich, da sonst das Notlicht beiNetztrennung automatisch einschaltet.Gilt nicht bei Netzeinspeisungmit 12 V/24 V!

LeuchtenkopfDer Scheinwerferkopf lässt sich nachvorn um 20 ° und nach hinten um 90 °schwenken.

Se la tensione risulta inferiore ai valoriminimi sopra indicati, l’intensità dellacorrente assorbita dall’alimentatore èridotta al minimo. I due diodi luminosiverdi del caricabatteria in questo casosono spenti. Questo genere di control-lo protegge la batteria dell’automobileda uno scaricamento eccessivo e tota-le. Se le batterie dell’automobile sonovecchie, il caricamento dovrà avveniresolo a motore acceso.

Funzione di monitoraggio dellarete (funzione di luce di emer-genza)Se la lampada portatile è posizionatasulla base di ricarica e si verifica unaperdita di tensione, la lampada princi-pale si illumina e permette di indivi-duare la lampada portatile. La lampa-da principale si spegne nel momento incui viene ripristinata la corrente.Per disattivare la funzione di luce diemergenza occorre interrompere ilcontatto di ricarica più esterno situatosulla lampada portatile (v. fig. 1/1) uti-lizzando del nastro isolante. Ciò valeanche per le installazioni su veicoli conalimentatore da 230 V. In questo modosi impedisce l’accensione automaticadella luce di emergenza in caso diinterruzione di corrente. Non vale per un’alimentazionedi rete da 12V/24V!

Testa della lampadaLa testa del proiettore può essere incli-nata in avanti di 20° e indietro di 90°.

Total discharge protectionBefore the final charging voltage isreached, there is an automatic switchover to the economy lamp. The residualluminous duration of the economylamp is about 1 hour. After reachingthe charging end voltage, the lamp isswitched off. Do not store the luminaireuncharged for prolonged periods. Anunused portable lamp shall always becharged or parked in the chargingunit.

Monitored charging voltage source:Minimum voltage

about 11.8 V at 12 Vabout 23.6 V at 24 V

If tension falls short of these minimumvoltages, drawing of current from thecharging voltage source is reduced toa minimum. Both green light-emittingdiodes of the charging unit are thenswitched off. This monitoring effect pro-tects the vehicle battery against exces-sive discharge. Total discharge of thevehicle battery is thereby prevented.For older vehicle batteries, chargingshould therefore only take place withthe engine running.

Network-automatic contactorfunction (emergency lamp func-tion) If the portable lamp is placed in thecharging unit and there is a voltageloss, the main lamp will light up, whichis ideal for finding the portable lamp. Itis switched off again when powerreturns.

For shutting off the emergency lightfunction, the most external chargingcontact on the portable lamp has to becut off (glued up), see illustration 1/1.This is also necessary for installationinto vehicles at 230 V, otherwise theemergency light would be switched onautomatically in a case of power dis-connection. This does not apply topower supply at 12V/24 V!

4Laden

Die Ladung darf nur mit dem Würth-Ladegerät vorgenommen werden.Hierzu wird der Handscheinwerfer aufdas Ladegerät gesetzt und geparkt.Nach der für Blei-Gel-Akkus vorge-schriebenen I/U Ladekennlinie wird eroptimal und vorschriftsmäßig geladen.

Erstinbetriebnahme:48 h laden Y ca. 80 % Batterie-kapazität100 % nach einigen Ladezyklen

Begrenzte Lagerfähigkeit des Akkus:max. 6 Monate ohne LadungAkku nur geladen lagern

Die Kontaktgabe erfolgt zumLadegerät hin durch drei blankeKontaktbolzen (Abbildung 1/1) an derRückseite des Handscheinwerfers. Bittesichtbare Planflächen sauber halten.

5Reparatur und Instandsetzung

Wartungsarbeiten dürfen nur von dazubefugtem und entsprechend geschul-tem Personal durchgeführt werden.

Um die einwandfreie Funktion desHandscheinwerfers zu gewährleisten,ist nur der Austausch der in derErsatzteilliste aufgeführtenOriginalersatzteile zulässig.

LentiLa lente diffusore è provvista di cavitàlaterali per l’inserimento di lenti ausilia-rie. Due lenti ausiliarie nei colori tra-sparente e arancione sono fornite indotazione con la lampada portatile.

4. Caricamento

Per caricare la lampada utilizzare soloil caricabatteria Würth. Posizionare elasciare la lampada portatile sul cari-cabatteria. Così facendo la lampadaviene caricata in maniera ottimaleconformemente alle caratteristiche dicarica I/U richieste per gli accumula-tori al piombo gel.

Prima messa in funzione:Caricare per 48 h > 80% della capa-cità della batteria

100% dopo qualche ciclo di carica-mento

Durata limitata di conservazione del-l’accumulatore:max. 6 mesi senza caricamentoPrima di riporre la batteria è assoluta-mente necessario ricaricarla

Il contatto con il caricabatteria vienestabilito attraverso tre pin di contattopuliti (figura 1/1) sul retro della lam-pada. Mantenere pulite le superficipiane visibili.

5. Riparazioni e manutenzione

I lavori di manutenzione possono esse-re eseguiti solo da personale autoriz-zato e addestrato.

Per garantire un funzionamento perfet-to della lampada portatile è consentitosostituire solo i pezzi di ricambio origi-nali riportati nella lista delle parti diricambio.

LensesAt both sides of the light lens, there areslots for inserting auxiliary lenses. Twoauxiliary lenses of clear and orangecolours are supplied in the portablelamp set.

4 Charging

Charging is only permitted with theWürth charging set. Place the portablelamp on the charging set and park itthere. Optimum and proper chargingis achieved according to the character-istic I/U charging curve required forlead-gel accumulators.

First starting up:Charge for 48 h Y approx. 80 %battery capacity100 % after several charging cycles

Limited shelf life:Max. 6 months without chargingAccumulator must be charged whenstored.

5 Repair and Maintenance

Only authorised and properly trainedstaff must execute maintenance workparts.

In order to ensure the blameless work-ing of the portable lamp only originalspare parts given in the spare part listare replaced.

5.1 Batteriewechsel

Beim Batteriewechsel wie folgt vorge-hen:

1. Die Rückwand des Handscheinwerfers entfernen und dabei Schraube im Boden lösen (Abbildung 2/1).

2. Die Steckverbindung des Batterieanschlusses auf der Elektronikplatine trennen.

3. Batterie aus den Führungsschienen ziehen (Abbildung 2/2).

4. In umgekehrter Reihenfolge neue Batterie einsetzen. Losen Stecker aufPlatine kontaktieren, Rückwand wieder einsetzen und mit Schraube im Boden sichern.

Denken Sie an den Umweltschutz!

Verbrauchte Batteriepacks bitte umwelt-gerecht entsorgen. Wenn dies nichtmöglich ist - wir nehmen verbrauchteBatteriepacks zurück und führen dieAkkuzellen einem geordneten und voll-ständigen Recycling zu, dass heißt,mögliche umweltbelastende Stoffe wer-den zurückgewonnen und neu für dieProduktion von Akkuzellen verwendet.

5.1 Sostituzione della batteria

Per sostituire la batteria procederecome segue:

1. Rimuovere il pannello sul retro dellalampada portatile allentando la vitesul fondo (fig. 2/1)

2. Staccare la spina di contatto sulla piastra elettronica

3. Rimuovere la batteria dai binaridi guida (fig. 2/2)

4. Inserire la nuova batteria seguendol’ordine inverso. Ripristinare il colle-gamento con la piastra elettronica, montare il pannello posteriore efissarlo sul fondo con l’aiuto della vite di bloccaggio.

Rispettate l’ambiente!

Gli accumulatori usati vanno smaltitinel rispetto dell'ambiente o consegnatidirettamente alla Würth che provve-derà a riciclarli in modo sistematico edintegrale. In questo modo le sostanzepotenzialmente inquinanti vengonorecuperate e riutilizzate per produrrenuovi accumulatori.

5.1 Replacement of battery

For replacing the battery:

1. Remove back panel of the portablelamp and loose the screw in bottom(illustration 2/1).

2 Disconnect the plug-connection to the electronic plate.

3. Pull battery out of the guiding rails (illustration 2/2).

4. Insert new battery in reverse order. Contact loose plug to the electronicboard, carefully re-install the back panel by the locking screw inbottom.

Remember environmental pro-tection!

Used batteries must be disposed of inaccordance with environmentalrequirements. If this is not possible wetake them back and have the batterycells recycled correctly and completely,i.e. potentially pollutive materials arerecovered and used for the productionof new battery cells.

Svitare la vite alla base dell’anello fron-tale della testa della lampada portatilee rimuovere il tutto . Staccare il porta-lampada dal riflettore e svitare le lam-pade in senso orario. Le nuove lampa-de non vanno toccate a mani nude masolo con un telo protettivo. Riapplicarel’anello frontale e fissare serrando lavite (figura 3).

5.2 Replacement of lampOn the bottom of the portable lamphead front ring loose the screw andtake them off in a forward movement.Detach the socket from the reflector.Then the lamps can be unscrewed fromthe sockets (counter-clockwise rotation).Touch new lamps only with a protectivecloth and screw them in. Reinstall frontring and fix it with the screw (illustration3).

7Montage

Das Ladegerät ist ausschließlich für dieWandmontage vorgesehen(Befestigungsmaße sieheMaßzeichnung).

Auf verspannungsfreie Montage achten!Unebenheiten der Wandflächemüssen mit Distanzscheibenausgeglichen werden.

Einbauinformation bei Fahrzeuginstallation

Bei der Installation im Fahrzeug mit230 V- Anschluss ist folgendes zubeachten:

● der Handscheinwerfer ist mit einer Notlichtfunktion ausgerüstet,d. h. bei Netztrennung leuchtet die Hauptlampe automatisch auf (nurbei 230 V)

● es daher zweckmäßig, auch die 12 V/24 V- Einspeisung anzuschlie-ßen, dann unterbleibt das automati-sche Notlicht

● durch die Überwachung der Spannungsquelle mit automatischer Abschaltung bei Unterschreitung derMindestspannung – bei 12 V Y11,8 V und bei 24 V Y 23,6 V – trittkeine weitere Entladung/Belastung des Kfz- Akkus ein.

7 Montaggio

Assicurarsi che il montaggiorisulti privo di tensioni! Leuniformità della superficie dellaparete devono essere compen-sate con spessori.

Informazioni relative all’instal-lazione su automobili

Per l’installazione su automobili con ali-mentatore da 230 V osservare iseguenti punti:

● La lampada portatile è provvista di funzione “luce di emergenza”:in caso di interruzione di correntela lampada principale si accende automaticamente (solo per 230V)

● È opportuno collegare anchel’alimentazione di 12 V/24 Vper evitare che si accenda la lucedi emergenza automatica

● In caso di tensione inferiore alvoltaggio minimo (11,8 V per 12 Ve 23,6 V per 24 V) il sistemadi monitoraggio dell’alimentatore impedisce all’accumulatore dell’auto-mobile di scaricarsi o subire ulteriorisollecitazioni.

7 Mounting

Information for installation intovehicles

For installation into vehicles with 230 Vpower supply, please observe the fol-lowing:

● The portable lamp is equipped with an emergency light function, i.e. in the case of power disconnection, themain lamp lights up automatically (only at 230 V).

● It is therefore advisable to connect the12 V/24 V feed-in as well to avoid the automatic emergency light.

● By monitoring the voltage source andautomatic shutoff when tension falls short of minimum voltages – at 12 VY 11.8 V and at 24 V Y 23.6 V – there is no further discharge/stressof the car accumulator.

8Funktion/Betrieb

Montiertes Ladegerät mittels Ladekabelmit dem Versorgungsnetz verbinden.230 V- Ladekabel mit Steckdosenbuch-se 4/4. 12 V/24 V- Ladekabel mitSteckdosenbuchse 4/3. Dieses Kabel direkt an die Fahrzeugbatterieanschließen, da sonst der Handschein-werfer beim Ausschalten der Zündungeingeschaltet wird (keine Entladungder Fahrzeugbatterie möglich – durchLadespannungsüberwachung undAbschaltautomatik).

Handscheinwerfer auf die Stellflächesetzen und ihn gegen das Ladegerätedrücken, bis die Haltestege imHandscheinwerfer einhaken. Ingeparkter Stellung wird derHandscheinwerfer automatisch gela-den.

Das Laden muss bei Temperaturen über 0 °C durchgeführt werden.

9Reparatur und Instandsetzung

Am Ladegerät dürfen keineVeränderungen vorgenommen wer-den. Reparaturen dürfen nur vom dazubefugten Personal durchgeführt wer-den.

Bitte nur Originalersatzteile der Fa.Würth verwenden.

9.1 Sicherungstausch

Darf nur von einem Elektrofachmannbzw. beim Hersteller durchgeführt wer-den (Sicherungstausch ist mit einemLötvorgang verbunden).

8. Funzionamento/uso

Utilizzare il cavo di carica per collega-re il caricabatteria (precedentementemontato) alla rete di alimentazione.Cavo di carica da 230 V con presa4/3; cavo di carica da 12 V/24V conpresa da 4/3. Collegare questo cavodirettamente alla batteria dell’auto perevitare che la lampada portatile siaccenda spegnendo il quadro (la bat-teria dell’auto non si scarica graziealla funzione di monitoraggio della ten-sione di carica e al dispositivo di spe-gnimento automatico).

Posizionare la lampada portatile sul-l’apposita superficie e premerla controil caricabatteria fino a quando le staf-fe di bloccaggio della lampada scatta-no in posizione. Una volta posizionatasul caricabatteria la lampada portatileviene caricata automaticamente.

La lampada deve essere caricata atemperature > 0°C.

9. Riparazioni e manutenzioneNon apportare modifiche al caricabat-teria. Le riparazioni possono essereeseguite solo da personale qualificato.

Si prega di utilizzare solo pezzi diricambio della Würth.

9.1 Sostituzione del fusibile

La sostituzione del fusibile deve essereeseguita solo da un elettricista specia-lizzato e/o dal produttore (richiede sal-datura).

8Function/operation

Use charging cable to connect themounted charging adapter to the sup-ply system. 230 V charging cable with4/4 socket. 12 V/24 V chargingcable with 4/3 socket. Connect thiscable directly to the vehicle battery, asotherwise the portable lamp would beswitched on when ignition is switchedoff (no danger of further discharge ofthe vehicle battery due to charging volt-age monitoring and automatic shutoff).

Place the portable lamp on the provid-ed surface and press it against thecharging adapter until the lockingframes of the portable lamp lock intoplace. The portable lamp is chargedautomatically in parking position.

Charging has to be effected at temper-atures above 0 °C.

9 Repair and maintenance

The charging set must not be modifiedor changed. Only the authorized per-sonnel are allowed to execute repairs.

Please use only original spare parts ofWürth Company.

9.1 Replacement of fuseOnly an electric specialist or/and themanufacturer is permitted to executethat (in case of replacement of fusethere will have to be a soldering).
