Als „Savage Kid“ hat man es in einer Zeit voll uninspirierender Musik nicht gerade leicht. So beschloss Wild Evel, Frontman der Incredible Staggers, zusammen mit Mitgliedern der ehemaligen Teen- Beat-Combo, The Roadrunners, eine Supergroup zu gründen, die es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht hat, rauhen Garage Punk zu zelebrieren! Dabei treffen Billy Childish’s trashige Gitarrensolos auf die eingängigen Melodien der Miracle Workers, dazu kommen die „Dreifinger-Orgel“, unsi-chtbare Monster so wie Höhlenmen-schen und das Publikum folgt dem Schlachtruf „LET‘S GO RIGHT NOW“!

Ganz klar liegen die Wurzeln der Trash-bones in den U.S.A. der 60er Jahren, als Teenager anfingen nach der D.I.Y. Methode ihre eigene Musik zu spielen und ihre Ideen und Werte, in kompak-ten, eingängigen Texten verpackt, der konservativen Gesellschaft vor den Latz zu knallen. Der Sound, den diese Proto-Punks produzierten definiert ebenso den Sound der vier Freaks aus Österreich - Prägnante Fuzz-Gitarre, Farfisa Orgel, furioses Drumming, und wild, howling vocals, die ungebremst und unzensiert die Rock’n’Roll-Attitüde zum Ausdruck bringt.

Neben der Musik bestechen Wild Evel and the Trashbones natürlich auch durch die ungebändigte Bühnenshow, bei der jedes Mitglied sein eigenes Ding durchziet. Hinter den Drums meint man Keith Moon’s Reinkarnation wiederzuerkennen, während Wild Evel schon mal die Orgel schultert und zum Orgel-Solo ansetzt. Mit einem Longplayer und diversen 7-Inches im Gepäck bespielt die Band seit der Gründung im Februar 2009 die Bühnen von Europa bis Russland, wobei sie ihren unverkennbaren Sound und die brachiale Performance schon bei zahlreichen namhaften Fes-tivals präsentierten.

Being a savage kid lost in an era of uninspiring music the Staggers’ front-man, Wild Evel, teamed up in 2008 with part of former teenbeaters the Roadrunners and a fuzzface to form a supergroup, providing serious garage punk at it’s best! Take some of Billy Childish’s trashy guitar solos, some of the Miracle Work-ers’ and The Stomachmouths’ catching melodies, add the “three-finger organ”, invisible monsters and cavemen and you know what these guys are up to! LET’S GO RIGHT NOW!!!!

For sure the Trashbones have their rootsinthe1960sU.S.garagepunk,when teenagers started playing their own music, delivering their own ideas and ideals through tight and catchy lyrics telling the conservative society, “here we are”! The sound, that these proto-punks produced is the same sound of the four Austrian freaks – succinct fuzz-guitars, farfisa organ, furious drum-ming and wild, howling vocals that representa100%hi-octaneRock’n’Rollattitude.

Besides the sound, Wild Evel & the Trashbones also stand out with their untamed live performance for which each member pushes his plan through! Since their formation in February 2009, the Trashbones have been touring from all over Europe to Russia, where they were delighted to present their distinctive sound and furious live per-formance at numerous club gigs and remarkable festivals.
