Seit der Gründung im Jahre 1919 werden von Saltus

Im Laufe der Zeit, dem Fortschritt derTechnik folgend, wurden neueFertigungsverfahren und eine neueLagertechnik eingeführt. Neben hoch-wertigen CNC-gesteuerten Maschinenist im Jahr 1997 ein neues vollautoma-tisches Hochregallager angeschaft wor-den. Produktverbesserungen erfolgenkontinuierlich. Neuentwicklungen, aufden Anwendungsbedarf abgestimmt,verstärken die Partnerschaft zwischenKunde und Lieferant.

Durch die Zusammenarbeit der SaltusMitarbeiter in Produktion undVerwaltung wird die Qualität derArbeitsprozesse, der Produktivitätsowie der Kundenberatung und -betreuung ständig verbessert. In Folgedieser kontinuierlichen Verbesserungenwurde im Jahr 1996 durch die AGQS,Remscheid das Zertifikat nach DIN ISO9001 erteilt.

Since it was founded in 1919, Saltus has been producing tools for automobile manufacturers, for aircraft and ship construction, for machine construction as well

as for other lines of industry. Saltus tools areutilized wherever threaded joints are used.They are either available through normalretail channels or can be especially manu-factured from drawings or samples to meetcustomer requirements. The quality, speciali-ty and versatility of Saltus products are responsible for increasing sales and marketshare. As the progression of time witnessed theintroduction of technological advances, italso saw the introduction of new manu-facturing procedures and storage systems.In addition to high-grade CNC controlledmachines, a new fully automated high-rackwarehouse was acquired in 1997. If the user wants the torque to be preset atthe factory then details have to be providedof the insertion tool that will be used.

Répétabilitédu couple même après 50000 utilisations.Déclenchement sensitif et sonore lorsque lecouple est atteint, réarmement automa-tique; fonctionnement couple uniquementpour sens de serrage à droite.Possibilité d’ utilisation de la clé pour effectuer des desserrages, sans fonction couple.Réglage couple par clé specifique DC-Eempêchant tout déréglage par l’opérateur.Emmanchement selon type 9 x 12 ou 14 x 18 (cf. pages 7 à 13). Sur demandepossibilité de préréglage d’un couple enusine (spécifier l’embout utilisé).

BedienungAm Griffende des Schlüsselschaftesbefindet sich deutlich sichtbar dieEinstellskala. Nach Lösen derVerschluß-Schraube wird die im Griffbefindliche Stellschraube mit dem beigegebenen 6-kt. Stiftschlüssel vor-oder zurückgedreht. Die Einstellungist richtig, wenn der beweglicheSkalenstrich mit dem gewünschtenTeilstrich auf der Einstellskala überein-stimmt. Verschußschraube wieder anbringen.

Der gewünschte Steckschlüsseleinsatzwird auf den 1/4” oder 1/2” Vierkantan-trieb des Schlüssels aufgesteckt. DenDrehmomentschlüssel mehrmals zurAuslösung bringen, damit die im Schaftbefindlichen Tellerfedern gesetzt wer-den und das eingestellte Drehmomentvoll und ganz stimmt. Der Schlüssel istdann betriebsbereit.

Vor Beginn des Abknickens soll dieAnzugsgeschwindigkeit etwa zweiWinkelgrade pro Sekunde nicht über-schreiten. Ist das eingestellteDrehmoment erreicht, winkelt derSchaft aufgrund des federbelastetenRollensystems ab.

Das eingestellte Drehmoment ist bereitsnach wenigen Winkelgraden desAbknickens erreicht, d. h. es mußnicht unbedingt bis zum Anschlagdurchgezogen werden (wichtig beiPlatzmangel). Der eingestellteAnzugswert fällt nach dem Abknickenum ca 30% ab, bis der Anschlag bei ca. 18% Abwinklung erreicht ist.Der Schlüssel darf dann selbstverständ-lich nicht mehr weiter angezogen werden.

OperationThe clearly visible adjustment scale is at theend of the shaft handle. Loosen the lockingscrew and turn the adjustment screw in thehandle forwards or backwards using thesupplied hexagon wrench. The setting iscorrect when the moveable graduation markis set on the desired mark on the adjust-ment scale. Tighten the locking screw.

The selected socket insert is locked ontothe 1/4” or 1/2” wrench ratchet. Make thetorque wrench cut-out several times so thatthe spring washers in the shaft are in placeand the set torque is fully engaged. Thewrench is now ready for operation.

The tightening speed should not exceedapproximately two angle-degrees persecond before the cut-out initiates. Oncethe preset torque has been reached theshaft cuts-out because of the spring-loadedroller system.

The preset torque is reached after only afew angle-degrees of rotation, that meansthe wrench does not necessarily have to bepulled to the stop (import in limited space).The preset pulling value reduces by approxi-mately 30 % after the cut-out until the stopis reached at approximately 18 % bend. Ofcourse, the wrench should no longer to bepulled.

Mode d’emploiAprès avoir dévissé la vis-bouchon, tournerà l'aide d'une clé mâle la vis de réglage setrouvant dans la poignée. Le réglage estcorrect dès que le trait mobile est en facedu trait du vernier correspondant au coupledésiré. Remonter la vis-bouchon.

Fixer l'embout sur le carré entraineur de1/4" ou 1/2" de la clé. Déclencher plusieursfois la clé pour que les rondelles-ressort quise trouvent dans la clé se tassent bien etque le couple réglé soit bien exact. La cléest alors prête à l'emploi.

Avant le déclenchement la vitesse de serra-ge ne doit pas dépasser environ 2° parseconde. Le couple atteint, la clé déclenche par un système de rouleaux sous contrainte des ressorts.

Le couple préréglé est déjà atteint après ledéclenchement de la clé de quelquesdegrés. Il en résulte qu'il n'est pas nécessaire de continuer à serrer jusqu'à labutée (important aux endroits difficilementaccessibles). Il est évident qu'il ne faut pascontinuer a serrer avec le clé.

Cargar la llave dinamométri-ca varias veces hasta el punto de descargapara que los muelles de discos se asienteny el valor de par de apriete sea completa-mente correcto. Luego de esto la llave dina-mométrica esta lista para el uso.

Antes del pandeo la velocidad de apriete nodeberá sobrepasar dos grados angularespor segundo. Cuando se alcanza el par deapriete ajustado el mango pandea debido alsistema de rodillos cargados por muelles.

El par de apriete ajustado se alcanza luegode pocos grados angulares del pandeo,esto quiere decir que no es necesario jalarhasta el tope (importante cuando haypoco espacio a disposición). El valor de parde apriete ajustado decrece luego del pan-deo aprox. 30% hasta que se alcanza eltope a aprox. 18% del movimiento angular.Naturalmente no se debe cargar la llaveencima de este punto.

Die elektronischen Drehmoment-schlüssel haben sich in vielenAnwendungs bereichen bewährt.Die Schlüssel sind robust aufgebautund bestechen durch geringeBaumaße, sowie einfache Bedienung.Die Schlüssel zeigen den jeweilserreichten Spitzenwert entweder übergroßdimensionierte LCD-Anzeige odermittels LED an, gleichzeitige Kontrolledes Min- und Max-Wertes durchfarbige LED. Es können bis zu 2000Meßwerte gespeichert werden.Aufladbarer austauschbarer Akku (TypDAZ-E, DDS) mit anschließbaremNetzteil 9 V. Rechts- und Linksanzug,automatischer Nullabgleich.

Direkter Druckeranschluß über die V24 RS 232 TTL Schnittstelle möglich.Durch die Werkzeugaufnahme 9 x 12bzw. 14 x 18 sind alle handelsüblichenEinsteckwerkzeuge verwendbar. BeiSonderlängen der Einsteckwerkzeugeist eine einfache Kalibration desSchlüssels möglich. Technische Ände-rungen vorbehalten.

Prüfgerät Das Prüfgerät zur Kontrolle,Kalibrierung und Einstellung vonDrehmomentschlüsseln. Werkzeug-aufnahme 1/2”, entsprechend Adaptersind erhältlich. Das Prüfgerät erkenntdas Auslösemoment des zu prüfendenSchlüssels durch spezielle Auslegungder Steuerelektronik. Das Gerät zeigtdas Auslösemoment an, einWeiterziehen hat dann keinen Einflußmehr auf die Anzeige. GleizeitigeKontrolle von Min- und Max-Wertendurch 2-farbige LED. Electronic torque wrenches have proven their value in many fields

of use. The keys have a robust construc-tion and are cimpressive due to their lowweight and simple operation.The keys display their reached peak valueeither on a large-sized LCD display or byLEDs with simultaneous check of the minimum and maximum values by colouredLEDs. Up to 2000 measurements can bestored in the memory. Replaceable rechargeable batteries (DAZ-E, DDSmodels) with connected 9 V mains adapter.Right and left tightening, automatic zero.

Option of direct connection to printer usingthe V24 RS 232 TTL interface. All inserts supplied through retailers can be used onthe 9 x 12 and 14 x 18 drives. The wrenchis simple to calibrate if inserts with differentlengths are used. Rights to make technicalalterations are reserved.

The testerdetects the cut-out moment of the wrenchbeing tested by employing the specidesignof its electronic control system. Montagevorspannkräfte und AnziehdrehmomenteMontagevorspannkräfte FM und Anziehdrehmomente MA für Schrauben mitmetrischem Regelgewinde nach DIN 13, Blatt 43 (M1,6-M2,5-M3 bis M39) undKopfauflagemaßen wie DIN 912 (ISO 4762), DIN 931 (DIN ISO 4014), DIN 934(DIN ISO 4032), DIN 6912, DIN 7984, DIN 7990.Die Tabellenwerte FM und MA basieren auf der SI-Einheit N (Newton). 1 N = 0,102 kp, 1 Ncm = 0,102 kpcm, 1 Nm = 0,102 kpm, 1 kp = 9,81 N, 1 kpcm = 9,81 Ncm, 1 kpm = 9,81 Nm.Die in der oberen Tabelle aufgeführten Montagevorspannkräfte FM ergeben eine90%-ige Ausnutzung der Schraubenstreckgrenze d0,2 (DIN 267 Bl.3) durch dieVergleichsspannung dred., in Abhängigkeit von der jeweiligenGewindereibungszahl µG. Aus der Montagevorspannkraft-Tabelle ist abzulesen,welche Schraube mit welcher Qualität bei einer bestimmten Gewindereibungbenötigt wird, um eine vorgegebene Montagevorspannkraft FM aufzubringen.Die Bestimmung des Anziehdrehmomentes MA zur 90%-igenStreckgrenzenausnutzung für eine in Abmessung und Qualität vorgegebeneSchraube erfolgt nach der rechten Tabelle in Abhängigkeit von der auftretendenUnterkopfreibung (µK).Um das verwendbare Nenndrehmoment zu erhalten, ist vom gefundenenAnziehdrehmoment MA noch die halbe Streubreite des vorgesehenenDrehmomentschlüssels abzuziehen.Berechnung der Tabellenwerte und Hinweise zur Anwendung nach VDI 2230.

Montagevorspannkräfte FM und Anziehdrehmomente MA (gerechnet mit µG =0,12 als mittlere Reibungszahl im Gewinde) für Schaftschraubenmit metrischem Regelgewinde nach DIN 13 Teil 13 und Kopfabmessungen von Sechskantschrauben DIN 931 bzw. Zylinderschrauben DIN 912.
