Kurzanleitung für die erste Inbetriebnahme (v7.0 / 08.2017) - Seite 1 & 2 Deutsch

Vorbereitung:

Schritt 1: Bitte UNBEDINGT folgendes prüfen bzw. beachten:

- Ihr Router verfügt über ein 2.4GHz Frequenzband

- Das Smartphone ist mit demselben WLAN verbunden, zu welchem Sie die Kamera hinzufügen möchten.

- Das Smartphone, die Kamera und der Router sollten während der Installation nicht mehr als drei Meter voneinander

entfernt sein (Nach der Installation können Sie die Kamera dann auch am weiter entfernten Wunschort anbringen).

- Das WLAN-Passwort ist Ihnen bekannt.

Schritt 2: Kamera einschalten

Bitte schließen Sie die Kamera ans Stromnetz an. Sie wird leise zu piepsen beginnen: Di - Di - Di … und die LED blinkt

blau.

Sollte dies nicht der Fall sein, versuchen Sie bitte, die Kamera zurückzusetzen:

- Versorgen Sie die Kamera mit Strom, warten Sie ca. 30 Sekunden (die LED geht an und die Kamera gibt ein leises „Klick“-

Geräusch von sich. Anschließend warten Sie bitte noch ein paar Sekunden)

- Drücken Sie den „Reset"-Knopf (siehe Bild 9) an der Rückseite der Kamera 3 Sekunden lang mit der beilegenden Büroklammer oder

einem ähnlichen Gegenstand. Lassen Sie erst los, wenn Sie einen „Cash“-Signalton gehört haben.

- Anschließend warten Sie ca. 30 Sekunden; die Kamera ist nun zurückgesetzt

Schritt 3: HiKam-App

- Suchen Sie bitte nach „HiKam Kamera” im App Store (für iPhone) oder bei Google Play (für Android). Laden Sie die

App herunter und installieren Sie sie. Das ist natürlich kostenlos.

- Registrieren Sie für die App ein Konto, indem Sie auf „Neue Benutzer Registrierung“ klicken (siehe Abb. 1, 2).

Inbetriebnahme über „AirLink“:

- Konfigurieren Sie die Kamera mit AirLink. Die App wird Sie Schritt für Schritt durch die Konfiguration begleiten. Die

Einrichtung dauert ca. 3 Minuten (siehe Abb. 3, 4).

- Sobald die Kamera alle Konfigurationsdaten vom Smartphone erhalten hat, hören Sie einen Signalton („Dong…“).

Danach verbindet sich die Kamera mit dem Router. Sobald dies erfolgt ist, leuchtet die blaue LED-Anzeige permanent.

- Sie werden gebeten, die Kamera individuell zu benennen und das initiale Kamerapasswort einzugeben. Es lautet: 123 (siehe Abb.5)

- Anschließend werden Sie gebeten, ein neues Passwort einzugeben. Es muss aus 6-30 Zeichen bestehen (0-9, a-z, A-Z);

Sonderzeichen sind nicht erlaubt. (siehe Bild 6).

- Jetzt sehen Sie das Live-Video auf Ihrem Smartphone.

Fehlerdiagnose:

DHCP aktivieren und MAC-Filterung deaktivieren.

Falls die Einrichtung nicht gelingt, prüfen Sie bitte folgende Router-Einstellungen:

- Trennen Sie den Router vom Stromnetz. Verbinden Sie ihn nach ca. 30 Sekunden wieder mit dem Stromnetz und warten

Sie, bis die Online-Leuchtanzeige des Routers dauerhaft leuchtet.

- Falls vorhanden, schalten Sie das 5GHz-WLAN-Netzwerk im Router ab.

- WLAN Verschlüsselungsart: WPA2-TKIP oder WPA2-PSK/AES

- Falls Sie einen „Gast-Zugang“ verwenden: deaktivieren Sie bitte die Option „Nur Surfen und Mailen“ und aktivieren Sie

die Option „Die mit dem Gastzugang verbundenen Geräte dürfen untereinander kommunizieren“.

- Überprüfen Sie, ob WLAN Kanäle belegt sind, evtl. auf "Automatisch" umkonfigurieren.

Alternative über „AP Modus“:

Falls die Kamera über „AirLink“ keinen Signalton („Dong…“) ausgibt, versuchen Sie bitte, die Kamera alternativ mit

„AP Modus” einzurichten. Die Anleitung dazu finden Sie auf dem zweiten Blatt.

Montagehinweise:

- Halten Sie die Montageplatte mit einer Hand fest und drehen Sie das weiße Gestell gegen den Uhrzeigersinn zum

Öffnen bzw. im Uhrzeigersinn zum Schließen (siehe Abb. 7, Abb. 8)

- Für eine senkrechte Montage schieben Sie die Marke nach oben (siehe Abb. 9)

- Der RESET Knopf befindet sich auf der Rückseite der Kamera (siehe Abb. 9)

Preparation

Step 1: Please check /consider the following points:

- the router supports a 2.4 GHz frequency band.

- the smartphone is connected to the WiFi network you wish to connect the camera to.

- smartphone, camera and router are within a 3 meters radius during installation (once the initial setup is completed, you

can move the camera to your preferred location).

- you know the WiFi password.

Step 2: Start the camera

Please connect the camera to a power source. It will start beeping: Di - Di - Di … and the LED blinks in blue.

If camera does not beep, please reset it:

- Turn the camera on and wait for 30 seconds (the blue LED lights up shortly, then you will hear a slight ‘click’ from the camera;

then wait for some more seconds)

- Press the ‘reset’ button (see picture 9) on the back of the camera for 3 seconds with a paper clip, until you hear a ‘cash’ signal.

- Wait for another 30 seconds. The camera is now reset.

Step 3: HiKam app

- Search for ‘HiKam Camera’ in App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android). Download and install the app free of

charge.

- Register an app account by clicking ‘new user registration’ (see pictures 1 and 2)

Launch using ‘AirLink’

- Configure the camera using AirLink. The app will guide you through the configuration step by step. It will take around 3

minutes (see pictures 3 and 4).

- Once the camera has received all required configuration data from your smartphone, you will hear a sound (‘dong…’).

The camera will connect to the router. Once connected, a permanent blue LED light will turn on.

- You are asked to name the camera and to to enter the initial camera password which is 123. (see picture 5)

- You will then be asked to enter a new password, consisting of 6-30 characters (0-9, a-z, A-Z) (see picture 6)

- You can now follow the live video stream on your smartphone

Error diagnostics:

- In case “guest access” is used: disable the option: ‘guest access’ and enable the option: ‘the devices are allowed to

communicate with each other’

- Set WiFi channel selection to ‘automatic’

Launch using ‘AP mode’

If during the ‘AirLink’ setup, the camera does not emit the confirmation sound (‘dong…’), please try ‘AP mode’. The

instructions for ‘AP mode’ can be found on the second page.

Installation manual

- Hold mounting plate with one hand and turn the white frame counter-clockwise to open / clockwise to close (pictures 7, 8).

- For vertical installation, set the mark pointing upwards (picture 9).

- The RESET button is located on the back of the camera (picture 9).

Préparation :

1: Très IMPORTANT : veuillez vérifier les points suivants :

- votre routeur utilise la bande de fréquence de 2.4 GHz.

- Le smartphone est connecté au même réseau WiFi auquel vous souhaitez ajouter la caméra.

- Pendant l’installation, le smartphone, la caméra et le routeur se trouvent à une distance ne dépassant pas 3 m. (Après

l’installation, la caméra peut être installée plus loin du routeur).

- Vous connaissez le mot de passe WiFi.

2 : Mise sous tension de la caméra

- Veuillez brancher la caméra sur le secteur. Elle commencera à émettre des bips : di- di-di… et la LED clignote en bleu

Si ce n’était pas le cas, veuillez réinitialiser la caméra :

- Branchez la caméra sur le secteur et attendez pendant env. 30 secondes (la LED s’allume et la caméra émet un petit « clic ».

Patientez encore quelques secondes.

- A l’aide du trombone fourni ou d’un autre objet adapté, appuyez sur le bouton « Reset » (voir image 9) au dos de la caméra.

Attendez d’avoir entendu un signal sonore « cash », puis relâchez.

- Patientez pendant env. 30 secondes, la caméra sera réinitialisée.

3: Application HiKam

- Recherchez « HiKam » dans l’App Store (pour iPhone) ou dans Google Play (pour Android). Téléchargez l’application

et installez-la. Elle est, bien sûr, gratuite.

- Veuillez enregistrer un compte pour l’application en cliquant sur « Nouvel enregistrement d’utilisateur » (voir images 1 et

2).

Première mise en service via « AirLink » :

- Configurez la caméra via AirLink. L’application vous accompagnera, pas à pas, tout au long de la configuration. Cela

prendra environ trois minutes. (voir images 3 et 4).

- Dès que la caméra aura reçu les données de configuration depuis le smartphone, vous entendrez un signal sonore

(« dong »). Ensuite, la caméra se connectera au routeur. Dès que cette connexion sera établie, l’indicateur LED restera

allumé en bleu.

- Vous aurez à attribuer un nom à la caméra et à saisir le mot de passe initial pour la caméra. Il s’agit du 123 (voir image 5)

- Vous aurez ensuite à saisir un nouveau mot de passe. Il doit être composé de 6 à 30 caractères (0-9 ; a-z ; A-Z). Il ne doit

pas contenir de caractères spéciaux. (voir image 6).

- Vous pouvez maintenant visionner la live vidéo sur votre smartphone.

En cas d’échec de la première mise en service, vérifiez les réglages suivants de votre routeur :

- Redémarrez votre routeur : Débranchez-le, patientez pendant 30 secondes, puis branchez-le sur le secteur. Attendez que

l’indicateur de connexion à internet soit allumé.

- Si votre routeur émet en 2,4GHz et en 5GHz, désactivez temporairement le réseau 5Ghz.

- Mode d’encryptage : WPA2-TKIP ou WPA2-PSK/AES

- Si vous utilisez un accès « invités », désactivez l’option « Seulement surf et mail » et activez l’option « Les appareils

connectés à l’accès invités peuvent communiquer entre eux ».

- Vérifiez si certains canaux WiFi sont occupés. Le cas échéant, sélectionnez le choix automatique du canal.

Solution alternative via le « mode AP » :

Si la caméra n’émet pas le signal sonore (« dong… ») dans AirLink, essayez de la mettre en service en passant par le

« mode AP ». Vous trouverez des instructions sur la feuille 2.

Montage :

- Tenez la plaque de montage avec une main et faites tourner le cadre blanc dans le sens antihoraire pour ouvrir, dans le

sens horaire pour fermer (voir images 7 et 8)

- Pour un montage vertical, la marque doit être orientée vers le haut (voir image 9)

- Le bouton Reset se trouve au dos de la caméra (voir image 9)

Preparazione

1: Si prega di verificare i seguenti punti:

- il router supporta una banda di frequenza di 2,4 GHz

-lo smartphone è collegato alla rete WiFi a cui si desidera collegare la videocamera.

-lo smartphone, la fotocamera e il router si trovano entro un raggio di 3 metri durante l'installazione (una volta completata

l'installazione iniziale, è possibile spostare la videocamera nella posizione desiderata).

-si è a conoscenza della password del WiFi.

2: Avviare la videocamera

Collegare la videocamera a una fonte di alimentazione. E' possibile sentire il segnale acustico: Di - Di - Di … e il LED

lampeggia blu.

Se la videocamera non emette il segnale acustico indicato, è necessario il reset:

- Accendere la videocamera e aspettate circa 30 secondi (il LED blu si accende brevemente, poi si sentirà un leggero "clic" dalla

videocamera, infine attendere ancora alcuni secondi)

- Con un oggetto appuntito o una graffetta, premere il pulsante 'reset' (vedere l'immagine 9) sul retro della videocamera per 3

secondi, fino a quando non si sente il segnale 'cash'.

- Attendere ancora 30 secondi; La videocamera è ora resettata.

3: App HiKam

- Cercare 'HiKam Camera' nell'App Store (iPhone) o Google Play (Android). Scaricare e installare l'applicazione gratuita.

- Registrare un nuovo account cliccando su "nuova registrazione utente" (Figure 1 e 2)

Avviare con 'AirLink'

- Configurare la videocamera utilizzando AirLink. L'applicazione vi guiderà passo a passo attraverso la fase di

configurazione. Serviranno all'incirca circa 3 minuti (Figure 3 e 4).

- Una volta che la videocamera ha ricevuto tutti i dati di configurazione necessari dallo smartphone, si sentirà un suono

simile a un 'Dong ...'. Questo segnale indica che la videocamera si è collegata al router. Una volta collegata, il LED blu

rimane acceso.

- Viene richiesto di nominare la videocamera e di inserire la password iniziale della fotocamera 123. (figura 5)

- In seguito è possibile inserire una nuova password composta da 6-30 caratteri (0-9, a-z, A-Z) (figura 6)

- Ora è possibile accedere al video in streaming dallo smartphone

- Utilizzare la modalità di sicurezza: WPA2-TKIP o WPA2-PSK / AES

- Nel caso in cui venga utilizzato l'accesso "guest": disattivare l'opzione 'accesso guest' e abilitare l'opzione 'i dispositivi

sono autorizzati a comunicare tra loro'

- Impostare la selezione dei canali WiFi in 'automatico'

Avvio con 'modalità AP'

Se durante la configurazione "AirLink" la videocamera non emette il suono di conferma ('dong ...'), provare la

modalità AP, 'AP mode'. Le istruzioni per la modalità AP possono essere trovate nella seconda pagina.

Manuale di installazione

- Tenere la piastra di montaggio con una mano e girare la cornice bianca in senso antiorario per aprire / ruotare in senso orario

per chiuder (Figura 7, 8).

- Per l'installazione verticale, impostare il contrassegno verso l'alto (Figura 9).

- Il pulsante RESET si trova sul retro della videocamera (Figura 9).

Wir bieten den AP Modus als Alternative für den Fall, dass bei „AirLink“ kein Bestätigungston („Dong…“) ertönt.

Im AP Modus erzeugt die Kamera ein WLAN-Signal namens „Hikam-…XX“ (XX steht für die zwei letzten Ziffern der

Kamera-ID, die auf dem rückseitigen Kameraaufkleber zu finden ist).

Sobald das Smartphone mit dem WLAN „Hikam-…XX“ der HiKam-Kamera verbunden ist, kann die HiKam-App

verwendet werden, um die Kamera einzurichten und dann die Netzwerkeinstellungen abzuändern, sodass sich die Kamera

mit dem Router verbinden kann.

Schritt 1: Stellen Sie die Kamera auf AP Modus

- Schalten Sie die Kamera ein und warten Sie 30 Sekunden

- Drücken Sie den „Reset“-Knopf (siehe Abb. 9) auf der Rückseite der Kamera 10 Sekunden lang mit einer Büroklammer,

Warten Sie anschließend bitte weitere 30 Sekunden.

- Jetzt ist die Kamera in AP Modus. Die LED blinkt sowohl blau als auch rot.

Schritt 3: Fügen Sie die HiKam-Kamera in die HiKam-App hinzu

- Öffnen Sie die HiKam-App und warten Sie ein paar Sekunden. Die HiKam-App wird die Kamera automatisch finden.

- Sie werden gebeten, die Kamera zu benennen (z.B. Wohnzimmer) und das Initialpasswort der Kamera einzugeben. Das

Initialpasswort lautet 123.

- Dann werden Sie aufgefordert, ein neues Passwort einzugeben, das aus 6-30 Stellen bestehen kann (0-9, a-z, A-Z)

Schritt 4: Ändern Sie die Netzwerkeinstellungen

Sie können jetzt die Netzwerkeinstellungen ändern, damit sich die HiKam-Kamera mit Ihrem Router verbinden kann.

Einstellungen -> Netzwerkeinstellungen-> WiFi -> Wählen Sie Ihr WLAN-Netzwerk in der Liste der Netzwerke aus ->

Bestätigen Sie -> Geben Sie das WLAN-Passwort ein.

- Die HiKam-Kamera wird neu starten und zum Normalmodus zurückschalten. Das Smartphone beendet automatisch die

Verbindung zum WLAN der HiKam-Kamera.

- Jetzt sehen Sie das Live-Video auf Ihrem Smartphone.

We offer AP mode as an alternative to “AirLink”, in case of missing confirmation sound (‘dong…’) with “AirLink”.

In AP mode, the HiKam camera generates a WiFi signal named ‘Hikam-….XX’ (XX is the last two digits of the HiKam

Camera ID. The camera ID can be found on the back of the HiKam camera.)

Once the smartphone is connected to the HiKam camera’s WiFi ‘Hikam-…XX’, you can use the HiKam app to configure

the HiKam camera and then modify the network settings, so the camera will be able to connect to your router.

Step 1: Set HiKam camera to AP mode

- Turn the camera on and wait for 30 seconds

- Press the ‘reset’ button (see picture 9) on the back of the camera for 10 seconds with a paper clip. Then wait for another

30 seconds.

- The camera is now in AP mode. The LED blinks both in blue and in red.

Step 2:

menu and connect your smartphone

- Open the HiKam app, wait for some seconds, the HiKam app will detect the HiKam camera automatically

- You will be asked to name the camera (e.g. living room) and to enter the initial camera password, which is 123.

- You will then be asked to enter a new password, consisting of 6-30 characters (0-9, a-z, A-Z)

Step 4: Change network settings

You can now change the ‘network settings’, in order to make the HiKam camera connect to your router.

Settings -> Network Settings -> WiFi -> Choose WiFi in the WiFi list -> Confirm -> Enter WiFi password.

- Then the HiKam camera reboots and quits AP mode for normal mode. The smartphone disconnects automatically from

the WiFi created by the HiKam camera.

- You can now follow the live video stream on your smartphone.

Nous proposons le mode AP comme solution alternative dans le cas où la caméra n’émet pas de signal sonore de

confirmation (« dong… ») dans AirLink.

En mode AP, la caméra émet un signal WiFi qui porte le nom « HiKam …XX » (XX correspondant aux deux derniers

chiffres de l’ID de la caméra que vous trouverez sur l’autocollant au dos).

Connectez votre smartphone au WiFi « HiKam …XX » de la caméra HiKam, puis utilisez l’application HiKam pour

effectuer la première mise en service de la caméra, puis pour modifier les réglages de réseau afin de permettre à la caméra

de se connecter au routeur.

1 : Réglez la caméra sur le mode AP

- Branchez la caméra sur le secteur et patientez pendant env. 30 secondes.

- À l’aide d’un trombone, appuyez pendant 10 secondes sur bouton « Reset » (voir image 9) situé au dos de la caméra.

Patientez encore 30 secondes.

- Maintenant, la caméra est en mode AP. La LED clignote en bleu et en rouge.

2 : Allez dans les réglages de votre

smartphone et connectez votre

smartphone au WiFi émis par la

caméra.

3 : Ajoutez la caméra HiKam dans l’application HiKam.

- Ouvrez l’application HiKam et patientez pendant quelques secondes. L’application HiKam trouvera la caméra

automatiquement.

- Vous aurez à choisir un nom pour votre caméra (p.ex. « salon ») et à entrer le mot de passe initial. Il s’agit du 123.

- Ensuite, vous aurez à entrer un nouveau mot de passe qui peut se composer de 6 à 30 caractères (0-9, a-z, A-Z)

4 : Modifiez les réglages de réseau

Vous pouvez maintenant modifier les réglages de réseau afin de permettre à la caméra de se connecter à votre routeur.

Réglages -> Réglages de réseau -> WiFi -> Sélectionnez votre réseau WiFi dans la liste des réseaux > Confirmez >

Entrez votre mot de passe WiFi.

- La caméra HiKam redémarrera et rebasculera en mode normal. Le smartphone mettra fin automatiquement à la

connexion au WiFi de la caméra HiKam.

Offriamo la modalità AP in alternativa a "AirLink" nel caso in cui il suono 'dong ...' non venga emesso durante la

configurazione con "AirLink".

Nella modalità AP, la videocamera HiKam genera un segnale WiFi denominato "Hikam- ...".XX' (XX sono le ultime due

cifre dell'ID della videocamera HiKam. L'ID della videocamera si può trovare sul retro del dispositivo).

Una volta che lo smartphone è collegato alla rete WiFi della HiKam 'Hikam- ...XX ', è possibile utilizzare l'applicazione

HiKam per configurare la videocamera e modificare le impostazioni di rete, in modo che il dispositivo sia in grado di

connettersi al router.

1: Impostare la videocamera HiKam in modalità AP

- Accendere la videocamera e attendere 30 secondi

- Premere il pulsante 'reset' (vedi figura 9), sul retro della videocamera, per circa 10 secondi, con un oggetto appuntito o

una graffetta. Attendere ancora 30 secondi.

- La videocamera è ora in modalità AP. Il LED lampeggia sia in blu che in rosso.

3: Aggiungere la videocamera HiKam all'Applicazione HiKam

- Aprire l'applicazione e attendere alcuni secondi. L'App rileva automaticamente la videocamera HiKam

- E' necessario nominare la videocamera (ad es. Soggiorno) e inserire la password iniziale della videocamera, ossia quella

di fabbrica 123.

- In seguito è possibile inserire una nuova password composta da 6-30 caratteri (0-9, az, AZ)

4: Cambiare le impostazioni di rete

Ora è possibile modificare le 'impostazioni di rete' per collegare la videocamera HiKam al router. Impostazioni ->

Impostazioni di rete -> WiFi -> Scegliere WiFi nell'elenco WiFi -> Conferma -> Immettere la password WiFi.

- Quindi la videocamera HiKam si riavvia e si chiude la modalità AP per tornare alla modalità normale. Lo smartphone si

disconnette automaticamente dal WiFi creato dalla videocamera HiKam.

- Ora è possibile accedere al video in streaming dallo smartphone.
