4. ALL WORKS SHALL BE CARRIED OUT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BUILDING ACT (2004) AND BUILDING CODE.

5. STRUCTURAL WORKS SHALL BE APPROVED BY A CHARTERED PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER.

6. ANY ASBESTOS CONTAINING MATERIAL (ACM) ENCOUNTERED WILL BE REMOVED AND DISPOSED OF BY A.T. AT ITS COST.

8. EXISTING SIGNAGE SHALL, WHEREVER POSSIBLE, BE REINSTATED ON COMPLETION OF THE VERANDAH MODIFICATION WORKS. WHERE, FOR WHATEVER REASON, EXISTINGSIGNAGE CANNOT BE REINSTATED A. T. SHALL BEAR THE COST OF PROVIDING NEW SIGNAGE, IN CONSULTATION WITH THE OWNER, THAT IS COMPLIANT WITH THE AUCKLANDCOUNCIL SIGNAGE BYLAW (2015).
