MOULD CREATION

Dallo studio accurato della progettazione

dello stampo dipende la definizione di

qualità del manufatto. Gli aspetti da

considerare sono molti: il numero delle

forme da inserire, il punto di iniezione, gli

estrattori, le zone di raffreddamento ed altri

ancora.

The definition of the manufacture quality

depends on the in-depth study of the

mould designing. Many are the features to

be taken into consideration: the number of

the moulds to be inserted, the injection

point, the ejectors, the cooling areas and

many more.

STAMPAGGIO

MOULDING

La tecnica di trasformazione ad iniezione si

esegue inserendo i polimeri, elementi

granulari plastici, nella pressa.

Tramite un processo ad alte temperature

i polimeri fondono e, attraverso un cilindro

a vite, alimentano lo stampo.

Per compressione e raffreddamento la

massa plastica ottenuta in fusione assume

la forma prevista dallo stampo.

Such technique of injection transformation

is carried out inserting the polymers,

plastic granulated elements, in the press.

By means of a high temperature process

the polymers melt and, through a screw

cylinder, feed the mould.

Il trattamento galvanico è la finitura

di maggior prestigio per un prodotto

stampato in plastica. Una volta cromato,

distinguere un oggetto in plastica da un

prodotto in acciaio a volte è una

scommessa.

The galvanic treatment is, as fashion and

design dictate , the most prestigious finish

for a plastic moulded product.

Once a plastic object is chromium-plated,

distinguishing it from a steel one is a

miracle!

PROVE TECNICHE E CERTIFICAZIONI

TECHNICAL TEST AND CERTIFICATIONS

Prove e controlli di laboratorio con sistema

meccanografico, pressione di scoppio,

controllo estetico con sistema ottico

elettronico. VIFRA esegue una doppia

procedure di controllo qualità. Il primo in

reparto stampaggio, il secondo in

magazzino per il prodotto cromato o

assemblato.

Once obtained the moulded product we

proceed to control and testing by qualified

staff and measuring instruments certified.

VIFRA carries out a double quality control

procedure. The first one takes place in the

moulding department while the second one

in the warehouse on the chromium-plated

or assembled product.

ASSEMBLAGGIO E CONFEZIONAMENTO

ASSEMBLY AND PACKAGING

Secondo le specifiche del committente,

VIFRA completa i suoi servizi

assemblando e confezionando il prodotto.

Ad esempio:

- Assemblaggio del prodotto stampato

(vari componenti di una doccetta o la

saldatura ultrasuoni del tappo per una

boccetta di profumo).

- Assemblaggio e confezionamento del

prodotto finito: insacchettamento o

confezionamento manuale;

insacchettamento termosaldato;

confezionamento in blister.

According to the customer’s specifications,

VIFRA completes its services assembling

and packaging the product. For example:

- Assembly of the moulded product:

(the various components of a douche

or ultrasonic welding of a perfume bottle

cap).

- Assembly and packaging of the end

product: manual bag-filling or packaging;

heat-sealed bag-filling; in-blister

packaging.

THE MANIFACTURE

Il processo produttivo di VIFRA si avvale di macchinari e tecnologie

altamente specializzate.

Il reparto di stampaggio materie plastiche è costituito da 10 presse ad

iniezione orizzontali con tonnellaggi compresi tra 50 e 350 Ton, ed è in

grado di produrre, con i materiali più svariati, particolari tecnici entro un

range da 0,5 gr a 1000 gr per stampata.

Lo stampaggio industriale viene effettuato utilizzando i più moderni

materiali in modo tale da garantire durabilità ed affidabilità degli articoli

prodotti.

Le materie prime impiegate sono: resine termoplastiche (PP, PE, ABS, PA,

PPO, POM, PET, PBT, PMMA) e tecnopolimeri di nuova generazione (PEI,

PAA, PPS, PPA, PSU, PEEK).

VIFRA's production process uses highly specialized equipment and

technology.

The plastics molding department consists of 10 horizontal injection

molding machines with tonnage ranging from 50 to 350 tons capable

of producing, with different materials, technical details within a range

from 0.5 grams to 1000 grams for printed.

Industrial molding is conducted using the most modern materials in

order to ensure durability and reliability of items produced.

The raw materials are resins thermoplastics (PP, PE, ABS, PA, PPO,

POM, PET, PBT, PMMA) and next-generation polymers (PEI, PAA,

PPS, PPA, PSU, PEEK).
