Die Wohlwend AG ist eine kleine renom-mierte Dental-Manufaktur im Fürstentum Liechtenstein.

Nach der Gründung im Jahre 1993 verwirklicht Franz Wohlwend seine eigenen Ideen (Visionen) und entwickelt mit seinen Mitarbeitern seine erste Verblendkeramik: Vision- die Metallkeramik.Die Vision-Classic Metallkeramik wird 1994 erfolgreich auf den Markt gebracht.Im November 1997 wurde die Wohlwend AG erfolgreich nach ISO 9001 zertifiziert.Im Hause Wohlwend AG werden die Produkte ständig weiterent-wickelt. Mittlerweile umfasst das Vision-Programm fünf verschiedene Keramiklinien und eine Hochleistungskeramik, die Vision-Zirkon Scheiben. Vervollständigt wird das Ganze durch eine Palette an Vision-Zubehör. Diese wollen wir Ihnen auf den folgenden Seiten vorstellen.Unser spezielles Herstellungsverfahren sichert den Technikern, bei allen Produkten, gleichermaßen die Vorteile der einfachen Verarbei-tung und Farbgenauigkeit. The Wohlwend AG is a small renowned dental manufacturer in the Principality of Liechtenstein.

After the founding in 1993 Franz Wohlwend turned his own ideas (visions) into reality and developed with his colleagues his first ceramic veneering system: Vision-die Metallkeramik.The Vision-Classic metal ceramic (pfm) was successfully brought to market.In November 1997, the Wohlwend AG was successfully certified to ISO 9001 standard.The Wohlwend AG will always continue to develop its products. The vital shade reproduction and natural fluorescence of Vision-Classic porcelain correspond to natural teeth. This replication of nature can be obtained by either using a basic two layer build-up or by incorporating additional dentine and incisal modifiers into the restoration.

Das Vision-Low-Konzept ist als Schichtmaterial für die Metallkeramik sowie Vollkeramik in den Einsatz zu bringen. Sowohl als “Standalone”-Presskeramik für die Mal- oder Schichttechnik, oder als Press-über-Metall-Technik.Und dies alles bei einer niedrigen Temperatur (770°C Dentinbrand) und einer geringen Härte. Diese Härte kommt der des natürlichen Zahnes nahe. Eine Antagonistenfreundlichkeit ohne den sogenann-ten Schleifpapiereffekt, jedoch ohne Einbußen der Biegefestigkeit, sowie einer natürlichen Farbwiedergabe und Brillanz.Dabei spielt sich alles in einem sehr populären WAK-Bereich ab und erlaubt so auch die Verwendung von vielen Nicht-Edelmetallen.

One system that meets all your needs!

The Vision-Low concept is to bring in use as a build up material for pfm and fullceramic restorations. Both, as a ”standalone” press ceramic for staining or layering technique, or as press over metal technique. All this happens at a low temperature (770 °C dentine firing) and a low hardness. This hardness is close to the natural tooth. Very Ant-agonist friendly without a sandpaper effect, even there is no loss of flexural strength, keeping the natural colour reproduction and brilliance.This plays out in a very popular area of the CTE-range, allowing also access to many non-precious alloys.

Vision-Keramik-Isolierstift. Dieser ist speziell auf unsere Keramikprodukte abgestimmt. Nicht "zu ölig" und einfach aufzutragen, da in StiftformVision-Ceramic-Isolating-Pen. This is particularly adapted to our ceramic products.Not “ too oily” and easy to apply, as it is in stick form.

Vision-Bonding ist ein Verbundmaterial aus keramischer Masse und Metalloxid. Das Bon-ding neutralisiert die Gerüstoberfläche und dient als WAK Puffer. Hervorragende Haftung zwischen Metall und Keramik und eine ausgezeichnete Temperaturwechselbeständigkeit, dadurch mehr Sicherheit.Vision-Bonding is a bonding agent, consisting of porcelain and metal oxides. The Bonding neutralises the metal surface and serves as a CTE buffer. Vision-Bonding is delivered ready for use. It is an excellent bond between porcelain and alloy, with temperature alternation resistance, this gives more security.

Vision-Pressstempel. Diese sind in zwei Ausführungen erhältlich und für alle gängigen Pressöfen geeignet. Für den einmaligen Gebrauch unsere Einbettmasse Stempel und für die mehrmalige Nutzung unsere Aluminium Oxid Stempel.Vision-Press-Plunger. These are available in two different types and are suitable for all current press furnaces. For single use our investment plunger and for the repeated use our aluminum oxide plunger.

Vision-Siliconring-Muffelformer zur Herstellung von Ringlosen Muffeln für die Presskeramik.Die Muffelformer sind in 100gr., 200gr.und 300gr. erhältlich. Eine Zeit und Kostenersparnis, durch ein einfacheres Einbetten und den mehrmaligen Gebrauch, im Gegensatz zu Papier-manschetten.Vision-Silicone-Ring-Former to produce ring less muffles for the press ceramic technique.The muffle formers are available in 100gr., 200gr.und 300gr. Vision-Porzellan-Krokodil und Glasplatte. Unser Maskottchen dient in diesem Fall als Wasserreservoir für den täglichen Gebrauch im Labor. Es kann auch als Dekoration verwendet werden. Die Glasplatte ist zum anrühren von allen Keramik Pulvern geeignet.Vision-Porcelain-Crocodile. Our mascot, in this case serves as a water reservoir for daily use in the laboratory. It can also be used as a decoration .The glasplate is for the usage of all ceramic powders.

Vision-Zirkon-Scheiben aus der Hochleistungskeramik Zirkondioxid.

Unsere Zirkon-Scheiben werden aus Tosoh Material erster Güte hergestellt. Die Ronden sind 98mm im Durchmesser und in den verschiedenen Stärken 10, 14, 18, 20, 25 mm zu haben. Spezielle Stärken können auf Anfrage ebenfalls hergestellt werden.Aus diesem Material lassen sich sowohl Einzelkronen, wie auch Brü-cken mit großer Spannweite herstellen. Primärteile oder Abut-ments, es sind keine Grenzen gesetzt. At the same time Zirconiumdioxid is completely biocompatible and caters with its tooth-like colour to the highest aesthetic demands.The discs are delivered in the so-called pre-sintered state which allows to machine them quickly and still with no risk of damage for the material and cutters. The milled frameworks are sintered at 1450 ° C in appropriate HT ovens. The holding time is 2 hours. Heating and cooling conditions depend on the size of objects and the controller. Vision-Zirkon-Einfärbefluid ist eine auf Wasser basierende Flüssigkeit zum Einfärben von Zirkondioxid.

Das Fluid dient dazu, die fertig gefrästen und nachgearbeiteten Zirkongerüste vor dem Sintern einzufärben. Die Einfärbung erfolgt durch das Tauchen des Gerüsts in das Fluid, wobei die Flüssigkeit das Zirkon infiltriert. Das Bemalen mit einem Pinsel ist ebenso möglich. Die Tauchzeit von 2 Minuten beeinträchtigt das Zirkon nicht in seiner physikalischen Eigenschaft und verleiht eine einheitliche Farbgebung. Der Farbstoff wird während des Sinterungsprozesses endgültig eingebrannt.

Es stehen 6 Vision-Einfärbefluide zur Verfügung, um das gesamte Farbspektrum der Vita Farbscala abdecken zu können.

Vision-Zircon-Colouringfluid is a water-based liquid for the colourization of zirconium.
