ZINSER DNC V5.0 has been designed to transmit NC-programmes from a computer to CNC controlled cutting machines.

ControllersZINSER DNC V5.0 allows any number of controllers to call data from the hard disk of the computer.

The following controllers can be connected:• ZINSER CNC 920• ZINSER CNC 500• ZINSER CNC 2000• ZINSER CNC 2010• ZINSER CNC 300• Controllers of other suppliers e.g. MG12 SE20 (on request)

Hardware and operating systemRequirements to operate ZINSER DNC V5.0:• Computer: standard Windows computer• Operating system: Windows 7, Windows 8.x, Windows 10• Interfaces: Each controller requires a separate serial interface at the

computer. This can be provided by a USB / V24 - converter.

Connection cableTo connect the CNC controller to the computer we recommend the CurrentLoop system and twisted pair cable.
