PCR Principe:

-
10

Isohelix an Integrated DNA strategy.
Each Isohelix product has been specifically designedand developed to improve all the DNA samplingsteps from our original product the DNA buccalswabs right through to the DNA isolation and even ifyou wish checking the DNA’s PCR integrity. We havetaken an integrated approach by looking at eachindividual step to improve yields, reduce samplelosses and at the same time improve the handlingprocedures, the result to maximise yield and qualityof DNA.
Smarter Collection using Isohelix DNABuccal Swabs
The Isohelix range of Buccal Swabs has beenspecifically designed to give increased yields of highquality buccal cell and genomic DNA. Buccal cellsampling offers a viable alternative to bloodcollection and together with the Isohelix range ofDNA Isolation and Stabilisation kits enables high yieldsof pure, intact DNA to be collected easily and quickly.Isohelix swabs are suitable for both human andveterinary use and offer significant advantages overother swab designs in terms of efficiency of cellcollection by the unique swab matrix, which combinedwith a quick release surface, maximises yields of DNA.Swab batches are gamma treated and routinely testedfor human DNA contamination.
High yielding swabs for buccal cell DNA collection Unique swab matrix greatly improves DNA yields. Alternative to blood collection. Suitable for human and veterinary use. Easy to handle and quick to use.
